Hotel Phillips

Room was excellent, with Kitchen, and was very clean. So quiet we never heard a sound all night, and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was as advertised, but was bare minimum (could have been a few more choices). We enjoyed our stay very much, recommend highly.

Foyer was beautiful, floors were beautifully shined! Our room was large, comfortable, clean and looked just like the pictures. It seemed as tho there was some staff available during tornado warning where directed to the basement and at the continental breakfast altho without identification. We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Phillips!

The room was great, but the initial code to get in the building was wrong! A resident of the apartment side gave us the right code so that we could get our check in paperwork! Everyone around is super nice!

The check in at the desk was different. But ended up being okay. The hotel room was for the most part clean. When we first arrived we found the kitchen did not seem to have been swept. Also there were no trash bags for the trash can. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay!

The room was nice and very clean. It is a place where you could stay for a few days with the kitchen included. Very nice environment and in a great location
