Hôtel très appréciable, tout près du lac, et à proximité de restaurants. Grande chambre, bouilloire, café et thé, petit frigidaire. Piscine, jacuzzi, salle de sport, restaurant en Rooftop. Une adresse à ne pas oublier !!!

Excellent séjour pour un week-end détente en couple. Très bon accueil du personnel. Hôtel agréable et bien équipé (bar, salon, billard, jeux vidéo, piscine, jacuzzi...) tous les équipements sont fonctionnels et parfaitement accessibles. Les petits déjeuners pris au restaurant de l'hôtel sont bons et complets. La vue terrasse du restaurant sur le lac est très agréable. Si vous venez en train veillez à anticiper un trajet d'environ 30 mn à pied (les bus ne circulent pas le week-end) ou 10 mn en taxis.

On a même pas pu profiter de la piscine elle était très très froide et quand je leur et dit on est venu pour sa on et dessus la réponse a été que il on eu un souci dans la semaine que sa allait chauffer sof qu’on partait son avoir profité ils auraient dû prévenir car très déçu

Merci à Marjorie pour le merveilleux accueil et les conseils ! Chambre 206 du 29 au 3/01/24. Chambre très confortable. Grande terrasse. Vue sur le lac. Jacuzzi et piscine à bonnes températures et accessibles jusqu'à 21h00. Parfait ! Salle de sport, billard, bar...! Petit déjeuner copieux dans un très joli cadre, en terrasse (l'été). Attention toutefois au choix de la chambre en période estivale... Très beau parc aquatique...très accessible de l'hôtel... Donc proche....Merci à toute l'équipe pour votre très bon travail.

Le jour le plus chaud du mois, la climatisation n'a pas pu être allumée, car elle n'est activée qu'en juin ; chambre super chaude, ma file d'attente depuis 4 mois transpirant et pleurant dans la chaleur, nous ne pouvons pas dormir même avec la porte du balcon ouverte, car c’était pleine de moustiques. Le toilette de la chambre sentait les égouts, la moquette sentait la moisissure et les chaises de la chambre avaient des toiles d'araignées. Le frigo n'était pas assez froid et cela a gâché nos sushis. La piscine était bien, mais il n'y a aucun moyen de l'utiliser en famille car il n'y a pas de place pour s'asseoir ou un placard pour laisser un sac de bébé par exemple. Le restaurant et le service de restauration étaient les seuls points positifs de cet hôtel.

The hotel had friendly and helpful reception staff, free onsite parking, and clean spacious rooms. That’s where it stopped. The shower head holder was broken, the room had paper water cups and no spoons with the coffee cups, they didn’t clean the room or provide new cups when they did the room service. And the restaurant was a joke, the staff have no idea what customer service is, I had to get up to ask for water and extra drinks when it was table service, and it was over priced. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Le personnel était sympathique. La chambre était confortable MAIS poussiéreuse au niveau des tables de chevet, du téléphone, de la table. Le sèche cheveux ne fonctionnait pas. L'eau du jakuzi était très (trop ?) chlorée. Le petit déjeuner était trop cher. Il devrait y avoir 2 formules : une à volonté à 14 € et une basique autour de 7/8 euros. Lors du ménage, on ne nous a pas remis de café, ni de sucre, ni de lait pour le second: jour dans notre chambre..

Stayed for one night when driving through. Was ok for that. The floor and rooms were suuuuuuper hot!! Thermostat read 27 C! Had to keep sliding door to balcony (nice balcony!) wide open all night to maintain a survivable temperature. Cleanliness of bathroom could have been better, between the rails of the towel rack was very dusty.

Check-in with the guy was good. The room was not good; airconditioning did not work while we were on the top floor and it was 31 degrees outside! Toilet kept flushing, it was very annoying. The door key did not work, so for 2 days in a row we had several issues. Some ligths were not working properly. Patricia from the reception was very nice and helpful. However I would not recommend this hotel

Parfait. Taille de la chambre spacieuse avec balcon au calme. Belle vue sur une partie du Lac. Petit bemol au niveau de la clim qui avait du mal à refroidir et sur la porte d'entrée pas du tout insonorisée. On entend parler les clients qui passent dans le couloir.

Petit déjeuner frais, très bien. Un plus pour la vue sur le lac. Chambre correcte, La baignoire dans la salle de bain ne permet pas un accès facile pour les personnes à mobilité réduite. La robinetterie est mal fixée. Personnel sympathique et à l'écoute. Il manque une rampe d'accès à la piscine, pour la même raison que la salle de bains.

Accueil fantastique de la part de la responsable qui m'a recue ce soir là. Tout en douceur et bienveillance. On entre dans un petite cocon à l'atmosphère apaisante. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est à 100m des berges enchanteresses du lac. Balade, course à pied, seance de Yoga tout edt possible dans ce si bel environnement. J'adore venir chez Aquacube. C'est ma base pour chacun de mes déplacements professionnels sur le secteur. Fermez les yeux et laissez-vous porter.

Hotel sympathique et bien situé. Par contre pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, il y a quand même des choses a revoir dans certaines chambres, le support serviette qui tient par miracle, la robinetterie de la douche qui ne tient pas... J'ai été très surpris au petit déjeuner d'avoir un miel de chez Metro ou autre mais surtout pas français et à la composition douteuse, rien de local c'est très dommage

The hotel had friendly and helpful reception staff, free onsite parking, and clean spacious rooms. That’s where it stopped. The shower head holder was broken, the room had paper water cups and no spoons with the coffee cups, they didn’t clean the room or provide new cups when they did the room service. And the restaurant was a joke, the staff have no idea what customer service is, I had to get up to ask for water and extra drinks when it was table service, and it was over priced. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Excellent séjour pour un week-end détente en couple. Très bon accueil du personnel. Hôtel agréable et bien équipé (bar, salon, billard, jeux vidéo, piscine, jacuzzi...) tous les équipements sont fonctionnels et parfaitement accessibles. Les petits déjeuners pris au restaurant de l'hôtel sont bons et complets. La vue terrasse du restaurant sur le lac est très agréable. Si vous venez en train veillez à anticiper un trajet d'environ 30 mn à pied (les bus ne circulent pas le week-end) ou 10 mn en taxis.

Le personnel était sympathique. La chambre était confortable MAIS poussiéreuse au niveau des tables de chevet, du téléphone, de la table. Le sèche cheveux ne fonctionnait pas. L'eau du jakuzi était très (trop ?) chlorée. Le petit déjeuner était trop cher. Il devrait y avoir 2 formules : une à volonté à 14 € et une basique autour de 7/8 euros. Lors du ménage, on ne nous a pas remis de café, ni de sucre, ni de lait pour le second: jour dans notre chambre..

I am very disappointed 😞. We had been traveling the whole day, and checking in was good and quick. And basically, that was it. The room was spacious and had enough space for three of us plus a dog. The balcony was absolutely disgusting and very disappointing because we had paid good money for one night. We also booked dinner with the hotel, but we left hungry, with no food. When we came to the restaurant, we asked the waiter if we could sit outside. He was not happy that we asked him to sit outside because it had rained for the last few hours and the tables were wet and just needed to be wiped. He said that it was our responsibility and we must take responsibility for sitting outside. I'm not sure what this meant, and I asked him to wipe the table. He then came with a cloth and moved all the water in front of us onto the floor, basically on my shoes. Then I asked him that the table was still wet and could he dry it, and he was extremely unhappy that I asked him again to come back and sort the table. Then he just dumped menus on the table and just left. Absolutely atrocious service for the price we paid for our room. We left the restaurant without any food, no apology, nothing; they just couldn't be bothered 😕. For an international hotel, this is not good at all. Breakfast was good, but not enough. We came down for breakfast around 9 am, and it was already empty. We had what was left. I really feel sorry for a family of 5 who came after us, and there was nothing.
