Somehow did not know the property did not have an elevator, made is very difficult for the family member that was a "Disabled Veteran Family Member" to get to and from the room we were assigned.

This hotel is fine for a night or so. I just used it for a place to crash so cannot comment on anything other than the room (didn’t have breakfast either). Positives: Bed comfortable, room clean. Dog friendly. Negatives: No elevator - which I hadn’t seen when I made the booking & I have mobility issues & struggle with stairs; pet fee $20/pet, check in seemed to take a long time. Imo it’s kinda expensive - I booked same night as had an emergency at home and needed a room for the night - so idk if that meant it was more expensive than usually? Overall the room I got was large & clean and I had a good nights sleep

Check in was great, after 3pm and the clerk turned the room air on before we went up to cool it down for our young child. Friendly when we asked about pool hours! And they have pool towels! Friendly at checkout! Overall great stay!

First room had mold in the vents and reeked of smoke. The front desk took care of it quickly which I appreciated. However the next morning, with more than an hour left of breakfast, we were told they ran out of food. It was fine for our one night stay. Wouldn't book here again tho.

The room was absolutely horrible. We went for a wedding so we dropped our stuff and ran out when we got back an hour later and really went looking at the room it made me and my girlfriend want to throw up. The window was disgusting, there were boogers, blood and dirt on the walls. Mold growing in the corner of the floor in the bathroom, gross shower head, dirty mini fridge and what I can only assume as semen on the couch. I’m sending an email to the GM as well as you guys. This hotel spoils not be rated as high and is no with Antares near what it cost. Also apon lashing my girlfriend looked at rooms to stay in and found our exact room the day of needed for $30 cheaper than I had booked it a month in advance. The man at the from counter did not care and was reluctant to give me the info for the GM. Terrible terrible terrible. I would never in a million years recommend this room or hotel, better off sleeping in your car.

If Gordam Ramsey is still doing his show Hotel Hell, he might show up here. Although staff puts on a friendly smile it is a mask to what is really going on at this hotel. The front waiting area has air conditioning units stacked up which is just kinda tacky but not that big of a deal. It is when you get to the rooms that potential hotel stayers need to be aware of. The rooms featured stained mattress(es), rusted bathroom fixtures, a dead bug in the bed, stapled comforter (stitching falling apart), gunk that has been fixed into their top bed sheet, possible cigarette holes in sheets, dirty fixtures, dirty windows, paint scraped off wall, ceiling in bathroom peeling off by several inches dangling. Overall dirty. I could not bring myself to sleep under the covers. I did not experience breakfast. I did let management know throughout the stay and experienced multiple rooms. There seems to be no refund at this hotel. I discussed issues upon checkout that morning. I only took a few photos.

The hotel is outdated and does not have an elevator. When you first walk in the over powering smell of Fabuloso hits you in the face. The bed covering had cigarette burn marks, and did appear clean. There were also people running up and down the hall in the late/early morning hours. These things aside, the hotel is okay to stay in. I’ve stayed here a few times before but this time things were not the best.

As soon as I walked in to check in the man at the front desk immediately told me I was at the wrong hotel. I was confused and he said again you are at wrong hotel. I showed him my reservation on my phone and then he said ok. He then tried to get me to pay when I had already paid online and I had to show him the receipt for him to not charge me again.It was a very strange check in. Then I received a phone call after check out from the hotel accusing me of stealing a comforter from the room! Never been treated like this at a hotel before and I travel a lot.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They seem to be doing a lot of renovation to upgrade. The only complaint I have is that the vending machines weren’t well stocked and I had to go to the desk to get quarters because it wouldn’t take bills.

The gentleman who checked us in was friendly. The lady working the night shift was loud and unprofessional engaging on disagreement with felow worker AT the lobby. The bed was comfortable. No closet in the room to hang anything. Staff was friendly and helpful but said my room number out loud while checking me in which can jeopardize both safety and privacy.

It was conveniently located. However, the side door to outside did not lock and I found it open twice. And a guest across the hall sat in his open window smoking. I won't be back.

It was conveniently located. However, the side door to outside did not lock and I found it open twice. And a guest across the hall sat in his open window smoking. I won't be back.

First room had mold in the vents and reeked of smoke. The front desk took care of it quickly which I appreciated. However the next morning, with more than an hour left of breakfast, we were told they ran out of food. It was fine for our one night stay. Wouldn't book here again tho.

The gentleman who checked us in was friendly. The lady working the night shift was loud and unprofessional engaging on disagreement with felow worker AT the lobby. The bed was comfortable and location was good. Breakfast was poor, no quality products. If you just need a place to sleep, is a good stay.

The breakfast was not as we have had in other Quality hotels. Not attended well, not refreshed. Granted we were eating toward the end of breakfast time, but no one was around, the eggs lined like they were put out 3 hours earlier and left open. They were dried up and turning green. The security was sketchy. We saw a city police car cruising through the parking lot several times during our 3 days. The back door that was to remain locked and with key card access only was initially propped open with a rock. We removed the rock the first night. It was not put back in, but we found that it didn’t need it because the door was never locked. We heard rumors they were allowing long term rentals here and it appeared there may be some families staying there. We saw kids with back packs etc. we certainly don’t mind kids and families, but the long term rentals can change the environment and vibe. After the first night we talked about changing hotels but just stayed out of convenience and not knowing the area.

The hotel was in a great location and was a good option for our budget. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that really affected our stay. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow and difficult to use. More importantly, our room had a strong smell that seemed like someone had vomited in the room before we arrived. We probably should have asked to switch rooms as soon as we noticed it, but at the same time, this is something we feel should have been caught and addressed before the room was given to us. The breakfast was okay, but the options were pretty limited. The gravy was also very watery and could definitely use some improvement. Overall, the location and price were good, but the cleanliness issue, very slow Wi-Fi, and limited breakfast options made the stay less enjoyable than we had hoped.

I thought it was a great motel. I think I’ll save some money and stay at Quality Inn more (forgetting the exact name). The gal at the front desk was very helpful!!

The room was clean. Jetted tub was nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. Only complaint I have is the bed was super soft. Other than that it was a really good stay.
