A séjourné 1 nuit

This hotel seems to be a hangout for vagrants. They hung out by the entry door smoking. They were loud and obnoxious. The young man at the desk was more interested in what was on his phone than he was in providing service. Our keys were programmed, then didn’t work. Elevator was broken all 3 days of our stay. At night time, young people roamed the halls, yelling at each other. Rm 302 needs a new refrigerator and Rm 305 the toilet runs non-stop unless you giggle the handle for 30 minutes. Beds are on steel frames and are uncomfortable. Horrible experience 👎👎👎👎

The state was terrible from the time I checked in the TV didn’t work. The shower sprayed water all over the bathroom. The room wasn’t very clean. There aren’t any comforters on the bed nothing but sheets and two pillows wasn’t very clean so the lady at the front desk put me in another room that was just a bad shape so when I went back to the front desk, she gave me another room that I had to make some repairs in so I wouldn’t have to go to another room. The elevator was out just about the whole time the stairwell stink it was terribly dirty and there’s beeping in all of the hallways 24 seven the staff helped all they could, but the hotel itself is maintained terrible I definitely would not stay there again.

I reserved a non-smoking room with roll-in shower and they didn't have one. The room they tried to put me in had a awful smoking smell. The front desk manager told me that the guy that was staying in the room smelled like the room smells. So, I did not stay at this hotel! Now you are not going to make it right and refund my money. I will see yoy in court.
