Cute bed and breakfast close to everything! Nice heated pool with an awesome view of Seneca Lake. Breakfast was very nice; enjoyed visiting with other guests over a coffee, fruit, eggs,… Would definitely stay again!

The longhouse B & B provides a beautiful view of the lake. The facility is spacious, has many amenities, including a game room, heated pool, gazebo with fire pit and more. Included in your stay is a home cooked breakfast each morning, perfect for beginning your day. We enjoyed our stay.

Pleasant stay at this location. We stayed in the B and B on the top floor. Went with another couple. It was nice we had our home room but plenty of locations to meet up and spend time together outside our room. Pool, outside deck, game room and tv room. Breakfast was good and it was nice meeting the other guests. Will definitely be back.

Breakfast was great with lots of fresh fruit, bagels and muffins, cereal, hot beverages, juice, and a different cooked entree every day. The staff was helpful without being intrusive. The suite was spacious enough, but there were some deferred maintenance issues that should be addressed, and the cool dampness and odd odor was offensive. We had a lower level room, and the rooms on the upper floors may not have had those issues. The facility was clean enough, but the pool was not usable due to drowned bugs, dirt, and leaves floating in it.

Loved everything about this B&B. It was nice and peaceful with the upstairs balcony, closed porch and two roofed patios with fire pits. Staff were very nice and excellent with the tour and breakfast. And their reliability to stock the fire pits. Only thing was the pool was said to be heated but still very cold. Would definitely stay here again.

Finger lakes are great and the B&B at this property is wonderful. Fantastic views of Seneca Lake and many vineyards from a big porch accessible to all guests. Kitchen access, a pool table, ping pong, and grandma will cook you eggs and sausage to order. We were able to upgrade for a room with jetted tub and it worked great.

What a great place. They have truly thought of everything. We are just here for one night but the accommodations here could keep us here for longer. We would definitely recommend and come back ourselves.

We stayed here for an overnight wine trip. The inn itself sits behind the motel up a hill. We stayed on the first floor which had a large living room with a pool table. Outside had 2 firepits under gazebos amd an 84 degree heated pool.

The house was amazing. Clean, and had every amenity imaginable. Full service kitchen. Multiple TV and sitting areas. Pool table, ping pong table, cards, board games. There was a full individually prepared breakfast every morning with fruit, bagels, muffins, eggs, French toast, bacon, sausage, juice, coffee, the works. Highly recommended as a great reasonably priced get away. I would suggest doing this stay with friends, the accommodations are perfect for this type of trip to the finger lakes ( Seneca ) region!

Our stay was very nice. We had a king size bed, which was very comfortable and a reclining sofa with TV. The bathroom was very well lit with a jacuzzi tub. Our room was next to the kitchen area so we could walk right outside the room to get our breakfast and coffee. The B & B had a large deck where you could eat breakfast and take in the gorgeous view of Seneca Lake. The pool was a great perk and the gazebo with gas fire pit made the stay that much nicer!

Very friendly staff. Very clean. Property could use a little TLC here and there but we found it very comfortable and would stay again.

Has a view of Lake Seneca. It is comfortable and nice. On the surface it looks clean and very inviting, but carpets not clean-put on white socks and walk to the bathroom, yikes your socks are dirty, light switches not clean, lamps dusty...I admit I am a neat freak, but thick dust and the game room green carpet with 1" edges with a white hue due to dust, is not my thing.

The rooms on the lower level smelled musty and staff smoked in the building which you could smell in the stairway and room. Check in office had a sign no smoking yet that space wreaked of smoke and had to change clothes to get rid of the smell. Shower head is low and only reached my shoulder but hot water was plentiful. Bath towels were thick and plush. Refrigerator was big and had a separate freezer. Breakfast was ok and consisted of scrambled eggs and ham slices, fresh fruit, bagels and English muffins. Juice and milk available. We elected not to go on our second morning because of the smoker.

The office is filthy, out dated, and smells of smoke. Our room was 84 degrees , it took 2 hours to cool down, the rug was so old it had permanent dirk tracks, the robes smell, the refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker are in the bathroom, lawn furniture filthy. So disappointed we couldn’t wait to leave and this cost me $240! What a waste of our 25 Wedding Anniversary !!!!!!

Coffee maker in room had not been cleaned. Chairs on porch not clean. Coffee in room was cheap and tasted terrible.

The 8.8/10 rating is not representative of the property. The house on the hill was in terrible condition. The main entrance was littered with leaves and other debris. The recreation room was a wreck. Breakfast on the balcony included ashtrays on the tables that were filled with rainwater and cigarette butts. The room we slept in was fairly clean and comfortable but smelled musty. The property obviously had better days. The landscaping was over-grown with many weeds.

Perfect two days at the manor!! Absolutely pristine housekeeping. Everything in our room was immaculate…shiny, polished, gleaming. Crisp white sheets, comfy bed. Fridge stocked with cold drinks. Coffee maker. Nice seating area. Spacious room. Delicious hot breakfast as well as fresh fruit, cereal, bagels. Hats off to the breakfast lady who cooks and cleans the rooms. Excellent job!!! Game room, soaking pool, fire pit and magnificent view of the lake. Great value. Would definitely return!!

They tried hard with amenities etc but the room felt like a basement- needed a good airing or room freshener. The staff tries hard but there needs to be some money spent here. Very expensive for what you get. Strong odour everywhere. We stayed because it was clean & the staff was nice and did their best. Very large rooms

Great little inn. The room was very roomy and comfortable with a great view. the common areas made it very contusive to mingle with the other guests and because there's only 7 rooms , it's just right. Incredible full breakfast prepared by the care taker. We sat on the back porch and watch deer run by on the grass, we even saw a hot air balloon float right by!

Nice place that appears to have been updated recently(carpeting and mattress) however some of the other updates were not done by a high quality carpenter. Little things( toilet seat crooked, shower head loose, door not squared up and door lock not installed correctly) that kept it from getting 5 stars. Very nice and friendly staff. Very good breakfast.

This property is in an amazing location, beautiful view and amenities. The grounds are in great shape, with a pool, fire pit, gazebo, adirondack chairs set up for viewing, etc. The common areas on the main second level are great: nice granite countertop, kitchen area, sectionals, many tables, etc. The breakfast was great, thoughtful selections and flexible serving. But: we arrived around 5:00 pm (check in was 3:00); no one was there! We knocked on several doors, went through the entire property and finally found other guests on a deck who told us we needed to check in at the "main" hotel. There was never an communication about this, or signs to indicate it. Our room off the ground level was, certainly, large. A sitting area with short, ugly curtains obscuring the view. The platform bed was in the main area, and was so high there were old wooden steps to get into it. These were creaky and cumbersome and I barked my shins several times and fell a couple times. The bathroom was ridiculous. A large area, one wall with a single, stained toilet with poor-fitting seat. One wall with countertop. One wall crammed with shower/tub combination, plus a microwave stacked on a mini-fridge. The oversized door was so large it clonked into the vanity top every time it opened. A lot of attention was spent on the grounds and common areas. The rooms are badly in need of updating and rethinking of the kitchen/bathroom layout and furnishings. I'd stay in the area again, but certainly not here!

The owners were very friendly and ready to serve and accommodate us. The rooms were spacious and clean. They were a little dated, but the house is huge with many areas to sit and enjoy the view. It is very convenient to the town. I would definitely stay here again!

Great for a relaxing couples weekend. Room 6 was nicely appointed with very comfortable king bed, jetted tub, electric fireplace, and GREAT water pressure in separate shower. Regina was friendly and accommodating and made delicious French toast in the morning. We read other reviews and knew parts of the property were more “well loved” than others, as they’ve been upgrading as they go. It’s a quirky hodgepodge of styles. Lol. But don’t let that stop you. Room itself was very nice and comfortable. We will be back. :)

If you stay here, request a room on an upper floor. The rooms could use some updating and improvements. The basement level we stayed in was not what we expected. There was a smell of diesel fuel.

We had an OK stay. Our room was recently redone. Fresh paint, new rug and furniture however the decor was old fashioned. We did love the king size bed, very comfortable.

We needed a very late arrival our first night and they were very accommodating.

This bed and breakfast was so cute!! The staff were amazing and all super friendly. The breakfast in the morning was very nice and the other guests were all so nice. Overall great place. **** The only thing we didn’t like was the blanket and comforter provided. It was “furry” / “fuzzy” and didn’t give a clean feel. It wasn’t your typical hotel bedding and did not appear to be easily washed. We ended up going to the local dollar general and purchased a comforter to use during our stay.

We stay here every year and have done so for about 4 years now. They continually to upgrade and improve on the rooms and main areas. The family that runs the place are always helpful. The rooms are large and is a great location close to Watkins Glen Center and to Seneca Lake.

We enjoyed the staff. Cindy was very helpful and breakfast was delicious. I will definitely stay again.

Everyone we spoke with was extremely friendly. The pictures don’t do the property justice, it is so much nicer than we imagined. We will be coming again!!

AMAZING stay! The lodge is a secret gold mine. Pool is heated! Breakfast is amazing! Very clean! All the amenities (pool towels, games, toiletries, etc.) And the scene is wonderful. We got lucky finding the Longhouse Lodge. It is family owned and you can tell that the whole family (grandma cooks and cleans) take pride in their work. Words can’t say enough about how impressed, and I’m picky, how perfect the Longhouse Lodge is.

Beautiful view, close to town and staff was friendly. Clean large rooms.

Comfortable, quiet and relaxing B&B set amongst many trees with views of Seneca Lake. Lots of areas and rooms to sit and relax in… would be great place to gather with family or friends.
