Our stay was great. The pool and the area was very clean. The hot tub was a good size and very clean as well. It would have been nice to have towels in the pool area. Our room was clean and comfortable and quiet. The price was right. We would definitely return.

Very nice stay for me and 2 grandkids. Room had everything needed. Microwave, fridge and tv with lots of choices. Entire unit had been updated recently and everything was perfect and clean. Outside included 2 pools, grills and basketball hoop with playground too. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in time was 4 on Saturday and wish that was earlier. Everything was well done!

The property was very nice. Both pools were very clean. We were on a main road (Rt.28) but it was very quiet at night. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our family of 4 stayed 3 nights here and loved it! We had our own space and the best double room! The outdoor pool and indoor pool/hot tub were very clean and had monitors to check people in. Great location close to a few shops, coffee house and inflatable water park area. They had a kitchen area to use and little game room area as well. We would definitely stay again!

The check in was unorganized but the staff were very friendly. The girls were very sweet & helpful. Its very clean when we arrived, . The instructions in the binder were a little confusing so we went to the office for better clarification.. the inside pool was nice and big. The kids enjoyed swimming. Overall Happy with the place as my son said its the best vacation.

Staff were very friendly, amazing size indoor pool and hot tub. They have a lot of rules for cleaning the room upon departure (you take out your own trash to the dumpster..) yet they leave tip envelopes out for house keeping. Personally if i’m leaving a room spotless to avoid fees, i’m not gonna leave a tip. thanks

Our stay was great. The pool and the area was very clean. The hot tub was a good size and very clean as well. It would have been nice to have towels in the pool area. Our room was clean and comfortable and quiet. The price was right. We would definitely return.

HVC is clean, and all staff and vacationers are are helpful and friendly. Centraly located, and has kitchenettes and fully equipt kitchen. Great pools, indoor and out!

The facility needs more chairs at the pool , a television in the bedroom, air-conditioning for both rooms, the facility is extremely outdated. It’s over 30 years old and needs it updating.

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Holiday Vacation Condominiums. The condo was clean, and quiet even though the area its in is a very busy area. The kids loved the indoor and outdoor pool. The pool areas are updated and very clean!

NOT a resort or condo! Old run-down motel (at best). Don't expect any TV channels. Missed a Celtics playoff game. Hard bed (Murphy bed) - very uncomfortable. Staff rude-ish. Only one key worked (actual keys). You know it's a motel when they still have ashtrays outside of the room (albeit outdoors). Really? Come on guys, get with the times. Expect a fee for EVERYTHING. Don't check out late, not even by a minute! They don't supply pool towels - bring your own - from home! (it even says this in the welcome packet - which is written very rudely). No laundry on-site. Will never go back ... nope. Never.

Better than expected from other reviews. Convenient spot to stay for the night before heading to the ferry in Hyannis in the morning. Lots of food options nearby. Only complaint is that the sofa bed was terrible, but the kids managed for the night.

Leighton at the front desk was very personable and helpful. He made sure we had easy access to a room. I love that the rooms here have a separate bedroom. There was also a coffee maker and a stove a mini fridge and a microwave. They also provided dishes silverware and glasses. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Units are a bit older and outdated but very fresh and clean. When you walk in to the unit it feels very welcoming. Small but there is everything you need. Will definitely consider again in the future when we are in the area.

You must read check in and out time rules. Office closed after 9pm. We had a difficult time getting through to them by phone. Luckily we got ahold of manager and he left our room open. No one to check us out Saturday morning so we just left key in key drop. Room smelled bad, overall run down and old, locks on sliders broken, no tv in bedroom.

At check in my paper work was bitter was given keys and asked to come back later tried back twice and last time was told I can sign it in the morning. Went twice in the morning and was told the manager still wasn’t in but would be there around 12 unfortunately I had to leave at 11:30.

The office charged my debit and my discover card. And for weeks I been asking for a refund, at first they said, it never happened so I gave them proof. They made a mistake and didn't owned up to it. I stayed there last year and recently and I won't go there again. Also the guest next to me were very noisy for days, wrestling and drunk at all hours and playing basketball at midnight. I couldn't even rest and also the fire alarm was acting up and ringing for no reason for days. I did complain and they took it off and said, they will replace it and never came back with a new one putting us at risk!! Never again!!

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Holiday Vacation Condominiums. The condo was clean, and quiet even though the area its in is a very busy area. The kids loved the indoor and outdoor pool. The pool areas are updated and very clean!

Better than expected from other reviews. Convenient spot to stay for the night before heading to the ferry in Hyannis in the morning. Lots of food options nearby. Only complaint is that the sofa bed was terrible, but the kids managed for the night.

HVC is clean, and all staff and vacationers are are helpful and friendly. Centraly located, and has kitchenettes and fully equipt kitchen. Great pools, indoor and out!

The property was very nice. Both pools were very clean. We were on a main road (Rt.28) but it was very quiet at night. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our family of 4 stayed 3 nights here and loved it! We had our own space and the best double room! The outdoor pool and indoor pool/hot tub were very clean and had monitors to check people in. Great location close to a few shops, coffee house and inflatable water park area. They had a kitchen area to use and little game room area as well. We would definitely stay again!

This spot is super clean. Bathroom in our unit was tight. If you were 300lbs you would need to ask for a bathroom with no wall immediately infront of the toilet. I have family members who would’ve been upset if they were with us. . Room had one full bed. Very firm. Scratchy sheets but super clean *parents beware- if you choose the spot because the pool looks nice for rain days, be aware that the pool is only open until 745. And then it’s adults only. Also 16 and over for the hot tub. Strict rules. It does not state this when booking. Swimming after dinner is a fun thing for my child and many others but not allowed, also it doesn’t open until 4 on weekends. Side note: the room had 6 horse flys in it. They must’ve come in while cleaning crew was there. Easily wattage but not great for kids

Very cute place and the apartment style rooms are great for privacy or people who sleep at different times.Bathrooms are a bit dated in decor but everything is well maintained and very clean. Staff was super nice!
