Very clean room. Rob very welcoming and efficient. The breakfast was delicious and great choice. There is parking is ample at the front of the property but more parking at the rear.

I had a warm friendly welcome, the room was spotless and fully sufficient for my stay and my breakfast experience was very good, including provision of honemade bread and marmalade. I was also able to park for free right outside.

Excellent B&B in a great location just a short walk from the centre of Perth. I had an excellent room, there were great choices for breakfast, and there is good parking. I'd definitely stay here again.

Good location for visiting Perth. Rob made us feel very welcome & the staff did the same. We stayed in room 2 which is to the rear . Very comfortable & quite. Only 1 thing ...The TV could be bigger 😂 The breakfast was very nice & had a good selection to choose from. Added bonus was parking facility

All good here, a bit noisy traffic wise but I did remove the secondary glazing to have the window open! Excellent breakfast and on-site parking was ideal.

My single en suite room was spacious, clean, and attractive, with a wardrobe, desk, and plenty of room for storing my things. The hosts were friendly and cooked a delicious hot breakfast each day, with several menu choices. It was nice to chat with other guests over breakfast in the bright, attractive dining room. There was also a nice common sitting room with comfortable furniture, tea, and snacks. The house is located on a busy road, but there is ample parking for several guests out front. My room was at the side, and the traffic quieted at night, so it wasn't a bother as far as sleeping. The guest house is a half mile walk to town with one grocery store and two take-out places (pizza and Chinese/Scottish fish) along the way. If you're heading somewhere close to the south bridge, you can walk along the riverfront path, which is nice. The two taxi services I used to get to and from the bus / train were punctual and friendly; that's an easy option if you don't want to walk or have heavy luggage. All in all, this was a friendly, clean, and attractive place and a good value for the solo traveler.

Very pleasant welcome. Room comfortable and clean. Parking at the front of building. Walking distance to have dinner & drink at local place. Breakfast was ‘to order’ which meant all hot. Adequate size cooked breakfast with option to have additional cereals, juice, yogurt etc. Served additional coffee/tea if wanted. Pleasant stay.

I will definitely return to this Hotel . Very clean , very good value for your money , and the Breakfast is to be one of the reasons you stay . Good old fashioned Full Breakfast, with black pudding and Haggis, toast and Orange juice, with tea or coffee. Thanks so much for the warm welcome , see you in 2026.

Very clean guest house with really tasty breakfast. Short walk to city centre and to Scone Palace snd gardens. In room coffee and tea (+ biscuits!). Very comfy bed. Would certainly stay again.

Experienced staff. Tasty breakfast, elegantly presented and just the right amount. You can even have hagis and black pudding! Comfortable bed. New bathroom. Walkable to town. Well worth the stay.

The guest house is two houses next to each other. The room was lovely and clean with a tea/coffee tray and a wee fridge. It is on a main road with traffic, which did not worry me. Parking off road in front. Breakfast provided good continental and cooked options. Hosts were friendly and attentive.

The breakfast was very tasty and filling the bed was comfy. We had a room sat the front of the house so a lot of road noise. TV way to small. The owner was super nice and helpful. The place was easy walking to town.

Good location for visiting Perth, clean room and good breakfast. On a busy main road so didn't get a great sleep due to noise of traffic even though I put up the extra layer on window which I assumed was to dull the sound. My bed had a bit of a dent in middle of mattress and being a single I was quite uncomfortable. On a plus it was a cosy wee room , warm and clean. Breakfast was very nice.

Problems gaining access & contacting owners but once in they were very friendly and attentive. Room was clean and had all you could need except shower gel. Bathroom was very small but room others was fine.

The owners were very nice. The breakfast was great. Beds were comfortable. We were directly on a busy road, with our room facing it. The owners have additional window coverings which helped greatly with traffic noise. Would stay here again!

We had an amazing stay! Rob made us feel right at home and gave great recommendations on local attractions. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, I especially loved the homemade blueberry jam. The location is perfect for a short walk to city center.

The hotel is two Edwardian houses a 15 minute walk from the city centre, albeit somewhat uphill on the way back. Our room was well appointed and well presented. There was a good choice of food at breakfast and the cooked options were excellently prepared to order and tasted great. The proprietors were welcoming and friendly without being intrusive, a balance not always achieved by guest house owners. We'd happily return in the future.

Excellent B&B in a great location just a short walk from the centre of Perth. I had an excellent room, there were great choices for breakfast, and there is good parking. I'd definitely stay here again.

We found the property handy to park at and walk into town easily from there. There was a very good breakfast each morning and lovely coffee.

We had an amazing stay! Rob made us feel right at home and gave great recommendations on local attractions. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, I especially loved the homemade blueberry jam. The location is perfect for a short walk to city center.

My single en suite room was spacious, clean, and attractive, with a wardrobe, desk, and plenty of room for storing my things. The hosts were friendly and cooked a delicious hot breakfast each day, with several menu choices. It was nice to chat with other guests over breakfast in the bright, attractive dining room. There was also a nice common sitting room with comfortable furniture, tea, and snacks. The house is located on a busy road, but there is ample parking for several guests out front. My room was at the side, and the traffic quieted at night, so it wasn't a bother as far as sleeping. The guest house is a half mile walk to town with one grocery store and two take-out places (pizza and Chinese/Scottish fish) along the way. If you're heading somewhere close to the south bridge, you can walk along the riverfront path, which is nice. The two taxi services I used to get to and from the bus / train were punctual and friendly; that's an easy option if you don't want to walk or have heavy luggage. All in all, this was a friendly, clean, and attractive place and a good value for the solo traveler.

Very clean guest house with really tasty breakfast. Short walk to city centre and to Scone Palace snd gardens. In room coffee and tea (+ biscuits!). Very comfy bed. Would certainly stay again.

I will definitely return to this Hotel . Very clean , very good value for your money , and the Breakfast is to be one of the reasons you stay . Good old fashioned Full Breakfast, with black pudding and Haggis, toast and Orange juice, with tea or coffee. Thanks so much for the warm welcome , see you in 2026.

Good location for visiting Perth. Rob made us feel very welcome & the staff did the same. We stayed in room 2 which is to the rear . Very comfortable & quite. Only 1 thing ...The TV could be bigger 😂 The breakfast was very nice & had a good selection to choose from. Added bonus was parking facility

Conveniently located near the centre of Perth, the room and bathroom were a reasonable size as well as clean, comfy and well equipped. The shower was nice and powerful. The breakfast was lovely with nice staff hosting. The only point to note is parking out the back is small and tight. Parking out the front is off a main road. I found it easier to just park for free on the street at the back of the hotel, parallel to the hotel car park so as not to take any resident’s spaces. Overall I would stay here again

Everything about my experience was first class. Rob was extremely accommodating. He was available and allowed me to drop a bag off at 7am on the day I was checking in and then pick it up again at 7pm on the day I was departing. He also accommodated my request for early breakfast at 7am on the Sunday when I needed to leave early. The breakfast itself was of a very high quality made with fresh local ingredients. The room was perfect and the bed was extremely comfortable. Hazeldene Guest House will definitely be my first choice when I am next staying in Perth.
