Everything was great except the indoor pool wasnt heated. It defeated the purpose of swimming indoors since the water was just as cold as water outside would be.

Safe area, quiet, comfortable bed, Standard breakfast Plentiful parking Highlight was desk receptionist/mgr was excellent - friendly, courteous, knowledgeable about restaurant choices - not nearby but reasonable distance. She went above & beyond to locate spare outlet adapter so I could charge my cell phone. A # one classy lady. Aldo there was plenty of gas station options nearby. I would recommend this hotel to all travelers. Will stay in future

Elevators were filthy dirty! Pool was freezing. Couldn’t even swim in it.

Ruthie on night shift was the most amazing woman ever! Thanks for helping out my 3 year old ginger when she had bedtime troubles. The hotel was clean and comfy. Then saltwater water pool was the coldest indoor pool we've ever swam in, but we made do!

Front desk people were nice. Pool was good. Breakfast was not great. Powdered eggs, biscuits but no gravy, waffles were good. Room was decent. A little mold in the caulk around the tub.

Very limited parking available!!! Extremely noisy all day long...beating & banging!!! The refrigerator froze all my drinks solid!!! Vending machines took my money!!! Pool hours were inconvenient!!!

When we got there the lady (Mama Ruth) was very sweet and professional! But, that is where it stopped. When we got to our room it smelled like roach spray. There was also a leak under the bathroom sink. We went to the pool and it was so cloudy and slick feeling that we felt we needed to shower and the paint on the filter intake was peeling and rusted. When leaving the pool we were going to go to the gym but upon looking thru the window to the gym we noticed that the water cooler was leaking. The plug from several of the machines was sitting in the said water leak so we decided it was very unsafe to workout.

Very dirty hotel. Smelled like skunk weed in the hallways. Floors appeared to be never vacuumed. Bath towels all had yellow stains. Leaky pipes. Looked like poop smeared all over walls. Elevators were filthy, in the two days I stayed I noticed the same trash and dirty crap all over the floor. Trash was not even emptied inside the hotel by the elevator and outside the hotel too. Yuck!! What a disgusting hotel. I highly advise you not to stay here regardless of the high rated reviews. I have video and pictures of the filthy hotel rooms to.

The third floor smelled musty in the hallway. The smell was stronger closer to the laundry room. The walls and doors need a coat of paint. The rooms were great.

Hotel is in need of major remodeling. The hallways and room had a damp smell. There was mildew in the shower. Breakfast was limited and not appealing. While you could tell they tried to keep it up, at some point things just need a renovation. Bed was ok and sheets seemed clean. You get what you pay for.

Mold in the bathroom. Dirty linens were tossed behind the lamp which also wasn’t cleaned. So much mold in the shower I refueled to use it.

This hotel was completely dirty from stains in all of the carpets to the cigarette smoke smell, which sleep inns don’t allow smoking supposedly, to a black substance smeared in our shower. It generally smelled bad. I don’t know how the hotel has the rating that it does, it’s suspicious.

Hair dryers broken and dirty sheets on one of the beds smelled like they tried to clean carpet before our visit musky smell usually we have excellent stays at Sleep Inn this was a bad visit

Overall, this is a safe and secure hotel to stay if you’re visiting or just passing through. It’s relatively quiet and I did not see the presence of bugs. The issue arises in the matter of cleanliness. The first thing you notice upon entering the hotel is the smell. Throughout the whole establishment it smells like soap scum, smoke and dirt. The entire hotel needs a deep cleaning. The carpets are filthy, the walls covered in cobwebs, and the covers on the bed and the bathroom towels are dingy. The shower pan had visible dirt also. It’s extremely dusty as well. It’s fairly affordable and convenient but unfortunately, I will not be returning because I cannot stomach the smell. The cleanliness is just not up to par and it brings down the value of the hotel.

Not the cleanest room…stains on rug, dust on bedside table, and the bathroom ceiling had dust/webs. Bed was comfortable and we were tired.

The staff are friendly. The hotel is very dated and in need of new carpet and repairs to the hallways. The room needed some TLC. The bed was comfortable. Someone was smoking weed prior to our arrival or nearby but our first night was quiet. The second night was a little loud with patrons of a near motel shooting fireworks in the parking lot. No smell the second night.

All was good except for noise. Walls seemed to be paper thin and very noisy in the halls when trying to sleep.

No hot water for our shower no matter what time you took it. Once it got warm it didn’t stay warm. Will never stay again. It was clean staff was nice but you can’t take a hot shower.

Hotel served its purpose as a quick place to stay along the drive home. Rooms curtain was torn, dresser drawers wouldn’t stay closed, there was a bug in the room, sharpie written in the shower. Beds were very comfy and sheets very soft though and truly that is all that mattered.

Room smelled - and musky front desk person assured me a quiet place after explaining my last hotel stay however It sounded like bowling balls hitting the wall during the late pm and a large sounding dog barked right outside of my door at Tv remote didn’t work Front desk lady ruthie/ruby was very nice

Get the 4th floor if possible. Stayed on the 3rd floor and there was 4 kids, 2 adults above us. It sounded like a bowling alley all day and night.

THE BATHROOM LIGHT IS DIM . WE TOLD THE FRONT DESK AND THEY STATED THAT STYLE OF LIGHT IS ALWASYS DIM.

Booked my double bed on here. Went to check in and they were out of the room I booked. Then they tried to upcharge me 50$ plus tax to get a single bed room. Also the parking is meh at best.

Honestly, the staff made this place amazing! They were so helpful from the first time I called after booking tlmy rooms to the moment we left! Sure, there was a little issue with the door card reader on one of our two rooms, but the staff was quick to address it! Our son just got stationed at Ft. Campbell and I assure you that this is the ONLY place we will stay when we visit! The staff truly made our experience the best possible!

Do not bypass this hotel, but most of all don’t miss the opportunity to speak with the front desk. We were lucky enough to have Nichole during check in and not only is she efficient, but she was so pleasant. She really set the tone for the whole stay and even my kids were surprised at how nice she was compared to interactions they’ve had with other front desk staff in previous locations. She was extremely patient which my issues with my 3rd party reservation mess up and adding a dog deposit on my stay and then my card messed up… all while my kids tried to get in and out to use the restroom she wasn’t bothered at all and even jokes with them in-between helping me and helping them! Extremely pet friendly, with inviting staff and close proximity to fast food and gas stations. Very safe location for families with an amazing hot free breakfast that was consistently restocked with food, cutlery, and condiments.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! Honestly, I would rate this property worse than a 1-Star if I could. I rented two rooms at this hotel for a 2 night stay. It started with check in and I was treated rudely as it seemed that she was mad that I rented the rooms on Expedia instead of through the hotel itself. I explained I got a better deal through Expedia since I have AAA membership. She huffed and puffed, finished checking us in then gave us our keys and did not tell us any details. I’m don’t like to complain, so when I got to my room and saw how filthy the floors were and how dusty everything was i decided to check on my dad’s room and his was just as bad. I took videos and pictures of everything. The place was a night mare. The pipe in the bathroom under the sink was leaking all over. The walls looked like they had something smeared all over them. Curtains were stained. Floors were stained. Lamp shade looked like someone sat on it. Luckily the beds & pillows were at least clean. Oh and did I mention the “white” bath towels that had yellow stains on every single one of them?!? Well I brought my own towel from home and my own sanitizer that I cleaned with. The hallways smelled like skunk weed. Funny that this is a No Smoking Fresh Air Hotel. Haha!! Funny!! What a joke! But in all seriousness I would have complained but no one seemed to care about anything and the boss was supposed to be there but never showed up. So here I am online, voicing my opinion on this Expedia review site.

Ruth, the check in lady was very friendly and fast at check in. Room was clean, beds were comfy. The toilet was like an elementary school toilet though, need to upgrade that for sure. Room stayed cool and Pool was nice and warm.

The only reason why I gave it a 3/5…. We booked online through Expedia but it didn’t let us pay the pet deposit. So when checking in, my husband used our credit card to pay the pet fee. The front desk lady said we were good to go, and she’d charge the card. The next day, after loading some stuff into the car, we went back to grab our dogs (they were kenneled). The key didn’t work anymore. So I went to the front desk, and they had no payment for our dogs. So we had to pay… AGAIN. Ridiculous. What did the front attendant do with the card yesterday? Will be keeping an eye on that. But other than that, we loved the hotel. The gym was also sad. Not a lot to do.

Check in was very smooth We arrived very late at night with 4 sleepy kids. We reserved a suite and the lady at the front desk went up to the room to open up the sleeper sofa and make sure it had bedding on it. Everything was great. Thank you to the staff.

Great locale near I-24 but also Ft Campbell and Clarksville, TN.

Quiet, clean and comfortable what more can you ask for. Conveniently located near a major highway and close too places to eat and shop. Great stop on my road trip.

The facilities are nice and located in a good, accessible area. The whole area is well maintained, restaurants are close by and highway access is a stone throw away.

Stayed two nights and enjoyed my experience very much. This is a no frills, yet very good place to stay that is close to main highways and easy trip to get food and other essentials.

Overall great. Nice room. Wonderful breakfast selection. Only actual complaint is that there was a moldy smell in the bathroom and appeared to be mold around trim in the shower.

The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The staff was very friendly and the room was quiet. The hotel needs a little TLC, new carpet etc. The breakfast was ok. The juice machine was not working and no fruit. It would be nice to have more healthy breakfast choices.

Staff were friendly, and fast at check in. Room was very clean, and the bedding was like butter. Only negative thing I have to say about our stay, was that they ran out of butter and plates in the breakfast area. And the eggs tasted funny to everyone. Other than that, I would stay again for sure.

Good breakfast

The breakfast bar was always well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the air was left on in the room so it was cool when we arrived. The towels were fluffy and thirsty with four already in our room. The staff was extremely friendly.

No breakfast as they didn’t get a shipment. Disappointed. Otherwise would have been a five star
