Natura Treescape Resort

Lagoon was closed so we did not get to experience this (it was one of the main reasons we choose it)

First time staying here in the hotel. Walls are thin-bring earplugs! neighbors were terribly loud but concierge asked our them to quiet down so my children could sleep. There is a noise ordinance of 10pm and is enforced. Our window curtain was broken and wouldn't close all the way - but luckily I had a clothes pin! The beds were comfy for all members of my family. Including the pillows (we bring our own because you never know what you'll get!). No complimentary continental breakfast, which is a bummer on a budget vacation. Room had a larger mini fridge that let us prepare simple meals. The little freezer kept ice packs frozen for us to use on the return trip home. The bathroom was a bit too small, elbows hit the door when getting out of the shower. The included passes to Timbavati Wildlife Park and Land of Natura water park were the best part and what made up for the lack of room perks. We spent most of our time between the two. Two afternoons at the waterpark(9 minute drive from the hotel) and a full morning at Timbavati (within two blocks of the hotel). If you've never been - check in to your hotel to get your wristbands to gain access to the waterpark. (The wrist bands also are your room key, which was pretty great since they're attached to you for your whole stay). You also must request the passes to Timbavati. Go right as they open and buy a feed box. Trust me! Didn't use tv/internet - on a screen fast!

Very nice stay. Rooms were older but clean. Had to ask for towels a couple nights but only 2/5 nights did they not switch out towels. They were very accommodating and nice when we asked. Did not realize the main waterpark for the resort was about 10 miles driving distance but that worked out okay too. The area we stayed in was very busy with traffic. Overall we loved our stay in Wisconsin and had a wonderful time!

Stayed in the hotel portion of the property. The hotel was a remodeled facility. Overall based on the age of the facility it was in very good condition and clean. It was nice to have a smaller indoor pool and outdoor recreation area. Need to travel to the larger outdoor lake/pool facility, but it is worth the extra travel. Room also came with free tickets to the zoo which was also very nice.

As with every other place in the Wisconsin Dells, the fine print 'resort fees' are a crock! But other than that, the property was really nice. The staff was super helpful and attentive. More so than expected. It was a really nice perk to allow us to use the amenities of their other properties. The pool was REALLY cold for this time of year.

Overall, felt that the pictures were not the most accurate representation. Stayed in the main building and felt that it was quite loud- heard other guests in the hotel. Air conditioning unit was ridiculously loud and would turn off and on every few minutes. Very disappointed that the outdoor swimming area right on site closed at 5pm. One thing I did like was that the keys were connected to our wrist band.

Great property, clean and convenient hotel. The water park is fantastic!

The room was clean and nice. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The indoor pool was clean. The outdoor pool with the inflatable set had a lot of algae in the water and was green. Although the surrounding sand and play area was clean. wasn’t clear that we had to pay for land of natura parking until check in - $15 a car.

hotel is very outdated and old there is basically no soundproof I can hear my neighbors snoring all night. But for the price, it's actually pretty good, they give you free tickets to the zoo next door, its small but can still kill some time there and you get the access to the water obstacle course and treetop walk.(about 10 minutes drive from the hotel)

Natura is awesome! The rooms are clean the beds are amazing! Natura Resort waterpark is great snd us included in your stay!!

Very upset about the whole stay. Pool was cold and the hot tub heater wasn’t working. I have a video of the room where I stayed has a roach very disturbing I may say.

Housekeeping was lacking, property needs to be cleaned throughout and hot tub was disgusting.

The “natural lagoon” was full of algae and fish. The log mini home was the size of a closet and a step below knock-off glamping. Needs a deep-scrubbing. Loft had crumbs and wall behind toilet had feces-splatter. The toilet was disgusting, to the point we preferred to use public restrooms before coming back to our cabin. I only rented this option to have our own bathroom but felt duped by the facilities. Got clean towels on the last day which was too late.

Unhappy. Two of the three beds had dirty sheets. My room smelled heavily like chlorine and it was hard to sleep and breathe. Quiet time was not taken serious at 1030pm..it was VERY loud next to me. People were yelling, going in and out and banging throughout the night. No phones in the room to call front desk which is strange. Would be nice to have a clearler understanding of the waterpark being a 10min drive with the passes that were included.

This property is very worn out and unclean. There are a lot of repairs that need to be made and a lot of details that were left behind. The lack of a lock was one that really bothered us as a family.

The room itself was very clean and they cleaned our room on a daily basis if we wanted. But the walls and ceiling are paper thin. People were very loud in hallway and above us.

The beds were quite comfortable and I slept really good. However the downside is that the AC machines are quite loud. Even when ours was not running, I could hear other machines running from adjacent rooms. If you are an extremely light sleeper, this would definitely interrupt your sleep.

Hotel was nice for the price but the noise levels were through the roof it was so loud all night till about 5 am.

The staff at the front desk were lovely, however the lobby itself and the common areas of the hotel were run down and smelly. Our beds were fine and the room was fine as well. The bathroom was tiny though. The waterpark and amenities that are included are awesome!!

The pictures are so nice. I was expecting more. Like most smaller places in the Dells it’s a little dank and could use some updating. The bunk beds are nice looking but the mattresses are super thin on hard wood. Not comfortable.

This was our first time to the Dells. The property was nice, but we didn’t really understand the property layout and the offsite property. At check-in, the staff did quickly go thru their spiel about the property, but we were left none the wiser. In their defense, it’s a lot to cover and they’ve probably said it 100 times. A bit of a heads up about Land of Natura would have been really helpful. Like how quickly it fills up (pure chaos). Facilitating rentals would be a GREAT service to include at check-in or at least give the heads up to get there early or book online. The one day we had planned for Land of Natura was a total bust as there were no rentals left and not a bit of shade. There are almost no places in the room to hang wet stuff, which makes no sense for a water park hotel. There was one small hook in the bathroom where there was no air circulation, so we had to get creative. Room was dated but clean, kids loved the bunk bed. Plumbing wasn’t the best (had to hold toilet handle down until bowl was empty, shower didn’t drain until we took out the stopper completely). Lagoon was great and we enjoyed the pool/sauna on rainy days. We definitely overpaid, but everything in this area was overpriced (food, attractions, etc).

I’m not one for writing bad reviews for businesses. However, from the moment we stepped foot in this establishment the day of check in, we were met by two extremely rude women at the front desk. One claims to be a manager but no manager I’ve ever met is as ignorant and downright disrespectful to guests the way this woman was. The receptionist was equally unpleasant, told me they don’t take Apple Pay (they do) and did not know how to do her job at all. The rooms were not worth the price. Our security lock meant to keep US secure in our room was completely missing from the door. Holes exposed where it once was. The toilet had some kind of sandy residue in it. Clear tell-all that it had not been scrubbed prior to our stay. Shower drain didn’t work properly so any shower taken, you were standing in several inches of dirty shower water. There was a hole in our wall and several extremely loose outlets… unsafe, not to code, and unusable as chargers wouldn’t even stay physically plugged into them anyhow. The building quality in general is very cheap, the elevator is sketchy, and the main door at entrance 2 never securely closed. To make matters worse, the city experienced a power outage for several hours our finally night there and someone who had physical keys to the building (GM maybe?) told us the reason the second and first floor had power but the third floor didn’t was because the third floor didn’t have backup generators set up for it, where the other floors did. I was a little nervous after reading some other reviews but we had a great experience! Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean. Our room was clean and the beds are super comfortable! The only issue we had were that the walls are thin so you definitely can hear your neighbors. Even though we went in off season they gave us resort tickets to use at a later date. We will absolutely come back and stay again.

The front desk worked really hard to fulfill our request for adjoining rooms. They were always friendly, helpful and I appreciated their efforts.

To start off, I do not write negative reviews often, and even when I have a negative experience, I try to work it out before I post anything like this. We had prepaid for a 2 night stay. My kids were having a blast. Unfortunately while we were at the water park, I got a call from my mom's hospice nurse that her condition had taken a sudden turn for the worse and that we should get there. While my husband packed up the room, I went to the front desk to explain the situation. Knowing we'd prepaid and it was nonrefundable, I asked if they could give us our second night as a credit, so we could come back later this summer. I was told that I "should have let them know before 10:30". I showed the woman the voicemail from my mom's nurse, timed at 2:17, and asked how I could possibly have let them know by 10:30 when I got the call after 2. They told me they couldn't do anything. There was ZERO empathy or sympathy - they didn't even say they were sorry that they couldn't do anything. This was astonishingly poor customer service. They clearly just don't care. If they'd given us credit for our second night, we probably would have come back and stayed 2 nights - giving them even more money. I never would have mentioned this if we had better customer service, but its also worth noting that the pictures of the rooms online are either heavily edited or 20 years old. The rooms are small, dark, and dated. My kids loved the bunk beds though! Needless to say we will not be back.

Good location

We enjoyed our stay at the resort. We particularly liked being able to go to the Land of Natura with free parking and free admission. We could have gone to the zoo but did not have time. Location was pretty good, central to lots of Dells attractions. Kids loved the bunk beds. Fridge didn't chill the best but we made it work. Would stay again.

Right in the heart of the Dells, easy access to all the fun and a good value. The waterpark was awesome!

Close to restaurants and things to do. Was there only for one night. Only 13 minutes from the casino.

Property is in the heart of the city, very convenient to many spots

I didn't realize there was so many properties linked to Treescape. We loved the ones we made it to. Some a little smaller, great intro to the Land of Natura. Would be great for littles that may be overwhelmed by the Land of Natura. Seems fairly new, so everything was clean and in great condition. Loved that the Treescape was not in the center of the Dells, I don't like big crowds or lots of traffice, it was an ideal location in my opinion!

I recently stayed at this resort, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The bath drainage was terrible — the water just wouldn’t drain properly, which made showering unpleasant. On top of that, there was no bath soap provided, which seemed like a basic amenity that was overlooked. Another inconvenience was the lack of a sidewalk, making it difficult to walk around safely. As for the coffee, it was awful — definitely not what you’d expect from a resort. To make matters worse, the closest coffee shop was a BP gas station, which really says a lot. Overall, I expected a more comfortable and accommodating stay. Hopefully, management takes these issues seriously and makes some much-needed improvements.

This resort is a great place to stay with young kids. Quiet compared to the waterpark resorts. Close to Mount Olympus and Noahs Ark but still have to drive. Wish there was a place to get coffee within walking distance though

The hotel is older, but the room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Maybe an on-site cleaning crew would help the image. The lagoon was exactly that. Like swimming in the river. 😵‍💫. No free breakfast. Yes, not as expensive as some other hotel. All in all, interesting. Would we stay again. NO
