The hot tub has been out of order for 6 months we were told and that was the only reason we picked that hotel and also the only reason we traveled on Friday. We could have saved our money and just traveled to our event on Saturday morning.

When we got to our room, the AC was not working and it was 95° outside. We was moved to a different room which was nice, but my grandson had to sleep on the couch. Next we went to take the kids to the pool and the only reason I booked this hotel was because it had a hot tub. When we got down there, the hot tub was not working. Was very dissatisfied with this day. I paid over $300 for this hotel and it was not as I had hoped.

I love staying here because they're one of the fewest I'm Ohio with a hot tub. This day the jets were not working but it was still hot and clean and I was allowed to get in it. It's buy the mall , Walmart,and lots of good options in walking distance. Free breakfast

Property was conveniently located. Nice to have a pool and spa. Miss Z the breakfast coordinator was amazing. Few issues were that the beds are hard as rocks. Not ideal after moving furniture all day. The spa jets didn’t work. The pool area was flooded due to the pool being overfilled and drains not working. Elevators went down on the day we were leaving and we are on the top floor.

The pool was dirty and the hot tub did not work at all. Big disappointment!!! This was my reason for choosing this hotel. Also details like sticky headboard on the bed and dirty elevator walls weren’t favorable. I’m usually super happy with Holiday Inn Express. I don’t plan on visiting this location again.

We were greeted when we arrived and a few inconveniences were resolved on the first night. Other than that there is nothing to rave about our stay. The hotel was mediocre in cleanliness. The bed and furniture were not comfortable. There were no blankets for the pullout. The room was not supplied with adequate towels. Guests were loud and we could hear them from our room. They ran out of food at breakfast. The hot tub didn't work. The pool was dirty, especially the filter. Other guests brought alcohol into the pool area.

The shelf the refrigerator sat on was all cracked up. The freezer in the little refrigerator leaked water. There was spots that looked like burn marks on the floor. One of my kids threw up and we were told to put the bedding in the hall and they would come back to get it. It was still there 2 days later at check out time. The lady at the front desk said she was wondering why it was in the hallway because no one said anything about it.

Very convenient location. Room was very clean aside from some stains on the carpet in our room and some rips in the carpet in the hallways. Hot water and the water pressure was excellent. The bathroom and room was very clean. Hostess at check in was very friendly. Would stay here again.

Overall a good stay. The hotel and the room are dated. In our room, the carpet had stains on it, and the bed has seen better days. The shower also needs to be updated. But the room was comfy, the breakfast was very good, the location was perfect. Like I said, a good stay but a refreshing is much needed.

This is my go to when in town. I was given the same room as last time. 309 is this the 3rd party booking room? It’s a long hallway to the main area. The couch was dirty. Tv small. No microwave. The fridge froze my things. Breakfast was till ten am was perfect. I was up at 5am and fell asleep. Too much extra space in a room is not good for sleeping safe.

Only issue, front desk person not at desk when arrived to check in. Ive stayed there 2 weeka in a row on a Friday. Neither hweek, were front desk personnel at desk when I arrived. The forst Friday, staff was friendly amd apologized for not being at desk. 2nd Friday, a male coming thru from maintenence (maybe) was going to help me, when girl finally ce around corner. No apologies or welcoming. She just did the task of checking me in. Everything else about the hotel was fantastic. Enjoyed my stay very much

One of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever encountered. Had a very late arrival, about 1:00am and was given the room key to an occupied room. After minutes of trying to get the key to work, the guest opened the door to let me know I had the wrong room. I went back to the front desk and explain the situation to the gentleman working. He said they must have given me the wrong room, key, and, without apology, gave me a different room. Those keys didn’t work. I went back downstairs and explained the situation and he reprogrammed the keys. Those keys didn’t work either. I went back down, frustrated, and he came up and let us in with a master key and told us they were out of keys. The next morning I went down and spoke with the manager, and she said it was his first night left alone. She was able to program keys for me and comped me some points on my IHG account. As of my writing of this review, those points are not reflected, very disappointed in this property all together.

I just came from a 9 hour drive my key took serval times to work. After coming up and down from top floor to 1st to get it reset. Front desk finally came up with me and there was a man in the room Sleeping. He could’ve killed me. They double booked the room. Room was dirty. Shower was full of hair. Bedsheets we’re itchy.

The southwest omelet was awesome! The cinnamon rolls, also great! The lady running breakfast had amazing customer service. We really enjoyed having her there. The place was quiet and seemed like it was in a nice area. I only stayed one night. I was very happy with the choice to book here.

The breakfast bar was very inefficient and not great selection. The toaster is in a weird location and several pieces of equipment weren't working. They are currently doing a renovation, so some of the obvious problems--like the elevator button being held on by tape, will probably be fixed. There were no towels in our room when we checked in, so we asked a maid in the hallway. The next day, our towels were taken and only two were left for our family, so we had to ask again for more.

The cleanliness and friendly service were up to expectation. The pancake machine was broken, and the pool closed earlier than expected, which were two bummers.

Best part about staying here was the breakfast - and it was really the wonderful woman serving breakfast that made it so enjoyable. I don't remember her name, but she made the experience much more enjoyable.

Staff is friendly and the area is nice but the room and linens were terrible! Bed was uncomfortable and the pillowcases looked like they were dragged through the parking lot....one even had a footprint on it. The couch cushions were torn and ripped. There was candy all over the floor too when we arrived. The room smelled mildewy which aggravated my allergies. Not my first stay here, but it's been a few years. Definitely disappointed. I would suggest if you offer a desk and computer chair that at least one light in the room would have adequate wattage to fully illuminate the room. It was barely adequate with all the lights on.

Room was beautiful and clean! Pool was murky anf hot tub was not heating. My reservation was online and based on amenities. The out oc commission sign is located at front desk upon check in. This is a little bit misleading and slight rip-off. Other than that, breakfast was fresh and delicious!. Mufins taste pre-packaged.
