There was a 110 plug by the bed plugged in 2 laptops one started smoking the other one stopped charging found the charging cable transformer fried. Found drug needles in the rocks my dog almost stepped on it. there were homeless people hanging around the property.

Our room was not ready, and we waited more than an hour with others. Staff could not tell which rooms were cleaned which created some uncomfortable tiffs behind the counter in front of everyone. When we got our room the aid conditioner was not working. The room in general was in some dis-repair. Floors were not clean. They did find a different room which was better. The lack of proper management was evident. The new guy at the counter was doing his best. The gal next morning at the counter was pleasant. The pool looked nice but was chained shut. Things were a bit spooky. I'm not sure this should be listed as a family healthy motel.

First of all when we got there our rooms weren't clean so we had to wait at least a 45 minutes for the rooms to get clean then when we went in the room the floors are still dirty the covers look like they weren't washed the walls were yellow and the air conditioner didn't work there was roaches the ceilings were cracked by the heater vents there was holes in the bathroom walls the people there were allowed the pool had a water hose and it's filling it up we were there 24 hours in the pool never got full it had to be the worst place I ever stayed in my entire life I will let everybody I know not to stay at that Motel it was ridiculous the pictures on website 5 years old

Motel 6 is still the best option for travelers who are on a budget. They made my trip possible with their inclusive dog policy and the room is clean, the beds are clean and the staff are wonderful people. They give you a parking permit and there is mobile security that patrols the building. Having a place to stay that gives you a sense of safety makes a difference.

Check in was smooth, room was pretty clean, found a few hairballs on the ground but that’s sorta to be expected. Lotta interesting characters hang around here but anyone that’s a nuisance is kicked off the property by security pretty quickly (witnessed this firsthand). Pretty average stay but the front desk staff definitely made it better.

Just traveling home. It was 1 am just needed a place to sleep. Saw a security vehicle so I assumed I was safe for a couple of hours shut eye. Slot of homeless in the area.

I had no air conditioning, a three night stay, the room was hot stuffy and the staff had no way to fix it. There was no refrigerator, no microwave. Upon check in, there was no internet and could not process payments, they wanted cash. You get what you pay for, low price, low grade amenities.

When we arrived the front desk man was wonderful. Easy check in. We had truck and trailer so had to park in the back, on the way there were a group of what appeared like gang members outside our door. When we parked in the back, there were drug deals and homeless people all over the parking lot! No way we’re we staying there and leaving our vehicles in the back!

The table, the floor, the bathroom and the linens were all dirty. They were bugs, crawling around, and I have no idea how flies were getting into the room, but there were several. It made for a very uncomfortable 10 minutes that I actually stayed there. I knew I couldn’t get my money back so I just left the key card next to the TV and left. I stayed in the room for as long as I could and as long as I could feel comfortable, which was like I said 10, maybe 20 minutes tops. I left and rented a room elsewhere for the weekend.

Our room was dirty, the toilet didn't flush properly and the people next to us were so loud and fighting that the cops showed up 2ce while we were there. Felt very unsafe. Also our door did not latch properly and kept opening anytime someone on the same block of rooms opened or closed their door. And the floors were so dirty when we got there we had to sweep ourselves just so we didn't step on anything. And it had roaches!! I know it's just a motel 6 but I expected clean and safe conditions at the very least.

The room wasn't serviced (cleaned) at check in time. The none smoking room was reaking of cigarette smoke and still dirty. The second room was cleaner but even though clearly marked none smoking still smelled really bad of cigarettes. The staff was polite about it but we still ended up scrambling to find another motel.

There was blood the sheets in the room. They send me to another room. The refrigerator didn't work, the microwave was dirty with no plate, the fronts is the drawers were broken off. We tried to stay here with friends and half the rooms had bed bugs, one room had blood stains on the bedding- our rooms ac didn’t work, it was 95 degrees in the room, lock on on door was broken off and there were stains on the walls- homeless and people doing drugs everywhere- definitely not a place to stay for one night if you need to, we ending up just sleeping in our car at a rest stop- this place is literally despicable and a poor excuse for a decent place to stay

The room smelled of cigarette smoke. The fire alarm was covered with Saran Wrap. The walls had a few holes. The AC did not work that great. It took half the night for the room to cool down. Staff was helpful but place was full so no other room.

We had a miserable night stay. The AC was not working and the room was uncomfortably hot. The front desk couldn't do anything about it. We were forced to sleep with the window open and of course it was extremely noisy Not happy about any of this. Front desk said they would put in a request for a discount but haven't heard anything. I was under the impression that they knew that the room had a broken AC but they rented it out anyway. Turns out we were the unlucky ones. Please comp our stay as it was a miserable experience for my son and I.

I was first checked a room where there was no a/c in 95degree weather. Then I was moved to a room where the smoke detector was sitting on the table, there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and the floors were filthy. The TV didn’t work in my room, and half the lights didn’t work. This was in the worst condition I have ever seen amogel and am incredibly disappointed in Motel 6.

My reservation was canceled since we did not arrive and check in before 6 pm. I have never had this issue anywhere else. I made my booking through hotels.com. Nowhere on hotels or motel 6’s website says they will cancel your reservation if you are not there. I was not contacted to see if I was still coming or that it was canceled. It was not just a reservation and pay when I arrive. I had already paid for my room. When I arrived to check in the girl at the front desk she could not find my reservation and then explained that their policy is to cancel at that 6 pm mark. I had to pay for the room again and then speak to a manager the next day. She took my info but refused to give me a phone number or management she said she was not allowed too. When we finally got to our room the door did not lock. The only way to lock it was with the security latch. You could just push it open with out a key.

The check in guy and check out girl were friendly and welcoming, the bed was comfy, and has security drive by. the only issues i had was no microwave or fridge in my room (should've had a discount for that), other than that it was a way better stay there than the other hotels i stayed
The check in guy and check out girl were friendly and welcoming, the bed was comfy, and has security drive by. the only issues i had was no microwave or fridge in my room (should've had a discount for that), other than that it was a way better stay there than the other hotels i stayed

This was an absolutely okay motel 6 and honestly one of the safest I’ve felt at. Everything was clean and the room smelled nice as soon as we walked in. The mattress was firm, the towels were absorbent, the pillows were floofed. The staff were very, very polite and nice to talk to. The location is at the crossroads of two busy highways, so you can hear the semis & their noisy breaks, and folks bumping loud music down the freeway, but that’s not the hotels fault. I just played some white noise in the background and it was enough for me. Be warned, you will need to pay an extra $5 for Wi-Fi, but I didn’t think that was too bad. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re on a budget and need a last minute place to sleep, stay warm and shower.

The front desk staff was great. No manager avail to assist with rooms. Dirty rooms. We had to wait for 2 hours and manager was arguing with customers when she finally showed up. We had to reclesn our owm room again Bed bugs n dirty.

Loved how quiet it was; however, there were several homeless people that were obviously doing drugs (woman on the sidewalk to stairs at 8 in the morning on Saturday, had tinfoil, lighter and was obviously off and the next morning at 8 there was a man sleeping on the stairs that had a blackish tinted pipe and lighter next to him and after three times of trying to wake him up [the second time he woke up but was sluggish and non-communicative]). I loved the inside of the room (although a bit on the smaller side) I wouldn’t trust my kids to go out of the room by themselves.

Air conditioning wasn’t working in my first room - I was about dying - so I ended up having to pay to upgrade to a suite. Also there were scary people around the back of the hotel going in and out of the hole in the fence - I think they were smoking something out there in the middle of the night, because I kept seeing fires in the dark.

When we arrived the front desk man was wonderful. Easy check in. We had truck and trailer so had to park in the back, on the way there were a group of what appeared like gang members outside our door. When we parked in the back, there were drug deals and homeless people all over the parking lot! No way we’re we staying there and leaving our vehicles in the back!

Well I checked in and was given room 251. Walked in and the smell of smoke was overwhelming. Hate smoke as it gives me a headache, but had to leave and when I got back asked to change rooms. They gave me room 145 and walked in and didnt smell like smoke (at first) but was very stale. The thermostat was shredded but was able to see the on/off and fan speed. Nothing worked. So went back and asked for a different room and was told since I was changed once, couldnt change again. They did give me a fan but it was so loud had to turn it off to get to sleep and then I could smell the smoke. Was barely able to sleep as the air was stale and smelled of smoke and ended up with a pounding headache. So a negative star but they do not allow it. The location is poor, but was thinking just needed a place to get some rest and it was cheap. Mistake as I had almost no rest but I guess it was cheap. Clientiele was like the people of Wal Mart, very iffy at best, but could have coped if the fan was working and didnt smell like smoke. Best to pay more money to have gotten some rest,
