Very quick and welcoming booking in process. The room was quite nice, well appointed, although a little small. It did have a king size bed. Breakfast was very good, with a good selection of cerals, juices, yoghurts, and various cooked offerings, including the full English. Excellent parking

Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Room was very comfortable. Lovely sitting area out back with a great view. Quiet room. Got a good night sleep. Didn’t get to try the restaurant so can’t review it.

The hotel and staff were great. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is a perfect location to visit the Cotswolds and only a few minutes drive to Stow and Burton. Parking is easy and the breakfast is fantastic. Outside of the creaky floors and traffic noise. I would recommend staying here for anyone interested visiting the area.

Arrival check-in was good. Breakfast on the first morning was good, however the breakfast on day 2 was poor. We had dinner on 2nd night in the 2 rosette restaurant, which was average, it was a Sunday evening only a few tables, but we were all sat on top of each other! The Capet in the main dining area needs cleaning really desperately.

We had a wonderful time, staying here. The hotel room is spacious and well maintained. It located very centrally to all the sites and drives throught the Cotswolds. The staff was very helpful. Even the resturant was excellent, we in particular enjoyed the venison dish when we had dinner. Highly recommend!

The room was dated and not the cleanest I’ve been in, we were put in a room by the fire escape door which when the main doors are closed people use to come and go so when a party of people came back from a wedding we were woken by them coming in, very noisy.

I can’t say enough good things about this place!!! It was marvelous. Beautiful and cozy, with such attentive staff members. From a quick response to an e-mail, to a warm welcome, and simply paying attention to details throughout our stay. All in all, this place was spectacular!!

Very difficult to get anywhere as we had no car. Very isolated between 70 mile hour road and a long on dangerous track to Stow on the wold.

The location was perfect between stow and bourton-on-the-water. The staff were fantastic, so friendly And helpful. The food in the restaurant was superb. We will be back for another visit soon.

Could not cut food up as knives &forks were very blunt pastry was hard on the pie you need some new cutlery otherwise hotel was very clean and nice 👍 the gravy was very salty at the evening meal did let the chef know this but did enjoy our stay

Fabulous stay. All staff very helpful and friendly. Evening meal great,roast and highly recommend.Breakfast this morning was one of the best we've ever had . Room very comfortable and large,will definitely return.

Wonderful place! Location is spot on. The staff are great all very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is delicious, great variety and all cooked to perfection. We would recommend without doubt as our stay was everything we could have hoped for. Comfortable bed, amazing staff, great location.

This property is near two busy main roads so you can hear the traffic Staff all helpful Property clean I had executive room and bathroom was lovely Air conditioning was good. Menu for food was fairly plain Not much to choose from Breakfast was excellent

A fantastic hotel stay as a family of 3. Room was perfect (we had a family room with 2 bedrooms) Aircon was a great touch in last weeks hot weather. Food in the restaurant was 1st class. Loved it !

We booked to stay over the Bank Holiday weekend. The hotel is lovely and modern, with plenty of parking. The room we had was clean and tidy, with AC which was brilliant considering it was the hottest weekend of the month so far! The bedroom was comfy and we slept really well. The bathroom was clean although there were a couple of things which need to be looked at: the light above the shower had no cover and the shower hose had black marks on it. There are Molton Brown products available to use if you forget your own toiletries. Breakfast was served in the Yew Tree Restaurant. There was a good selection of cereals, pastries, bread for toast, fruit, etc. The hot breakfast choice was also good, with the option of selecting what items you wanted for the full English. We had dinner at the Restaurant, it was quiet for a Saturday with only a few tables. We enjoyed our meal; just one minor point when we were served our mains, my husband's plate was cleared but mine was left even though I had finished. All the staff were professional and friendly. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the Cotswolds villages, with Bourton-on-the-Water, Stow and Moreton-in-the-Marsh nearby

Excellent restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. We both had the venison which was delicious. Plenty of choice for breakfast including Eggs Royale. Helpful friendly staff. Parking free and easy. Quiet at night despite being between 2 main roads! Nice 30mins walk into Stow. Only downside was the room was quite small for the price.
