Boa tarde! O quarto estava com problema no chuveiro ! Só tinha água gelada e quando solicitado conserto disseram q ué era problema na resistência e não tinha como realizar a troca, não sendo ofertado uma nova solução. Solicitei pedido de camareira para o quarto , inclusive , estava saindo e vi a mesma realizando a limpeza nos quartos. Cheguei no hotel , não tinha sido realizado limpeza e a justificativa foi que não fazem limpeza todos os dias. Porem, a mesma estava no dia em que solicitei limpeza. Não houve solução. Apenas tivemos que aceitar! Achei meio que descaso com o cliente . Elogios: o café da manhã era bom e atendentes prestativas

Estadia excelente, o hotel é bem localizado, possui quartos confortáveis, amplos, cama confortável. Piscina muito boa e quando fomos estávamos só nós na piscina. Café da manhã simples porém muito satisfatório.
