Knights Inn Bracebridge

I use a cane and there was no ramp access, disabled parking, door pushes or grip strips in the bathtub. There was something wrong with the TV as I had to reset it every 20 minutes. They provided no written instructions for the TV and I had to ask them to come and get it working in the first place. It was clean however and they were pleasant.

Dirty room. Claimed they couldnt do anything as it was "inaccessible" no security at all as the door to guests rooms couldnt shut or didnt require any key to enter so anyone could uust walk in and have access to the hotel. Window to said enterance was smashed and not protected from sharp glass still on the window. For what we paid plus experience we recieved 100% not worth it and appalled. Also no wifi access at all so be prepared to hotspot your phone to have any access to television

The bathroom and shower were excellent. The water pressure and temperature were very good. The broken ice machine was disappointing and the television controls were confusing with no written directions

When we arrived at 5pm it took over 15 min for some one to come and let us in. The room was very clean and newly renovated however the area they show on the web page is rented out to people that live there. Also even though it is non-smoling I had a headache and stuffed sinus from the order of weed. The 'guest' pn pne side of us banged on the wall till after 11pm and the person on the other side was so loud we could hear him talking. There is no coffee or maker and the ice machine was broke. The heater/air conditioner is so old it is not in metric

Rooms are in the process of being re-done and the rooms are very clean and modern (although still being fixed up). The outside of the building is a work in progress. This is a motel transitioning to a hotel.

The owner is super nice however our room sadly didn't seem to have any cold water, and the day we were there it was quite noisy with people leaving their doors open and running between there rooms and tva blasting. The beds are very on the firm side which some may like. The parking spots are tiny, if you have a sub or truck I wish you luck parking beside other vehicles. Other then that our room was very clean, lots of open channels to watch and nice open area in the back with a BBQ that you can use or walk your dog.

Stayed in cabin. Very nice setup with deck and barbecue. Will definitely stay here next time we are in Bracebridge.

Great stay, building is under renovations so it was a little messy at the time and there was no parking had to park on the road behind the building. Wouldn’t have been a big deal but I had over $100,000 worth of material in my vehicle which would’ve felt better if it was on site. It’s circumstantial I’m sure it’ll be better equipped when Reno’s are finished

Strong smell of cigarettes in the room; the place smelled really bad in general. The ice machine was not working, and there was no coffee machine in the room. I'm not a picky person, but this place was bad. Thankfully, I only stayed one night.

Really clean, newly renovated rooms, great and friendly service there. Great prices, will be returning for future trips. Thanks.

I liked that the motel is located in a very convenient place in Bracebridge at walking distance from everything like food and bars. Our room had a very strong body odour smell and also the window was broken. We requested to be changed to a different room and the next room was definitely better. Overall the place felt dirty and smelled like cigarettes everywhere.

Got there and tv wouldnt work, they did try their best but they couldnt get it working, everntually after approx 90 mins they did agree to move us to another room. Girl in charge was vert helpful and was accomodating. The other thing was there wasnt a coffee maker which was unusual as there nornally is one so we had nowhere at favikity to make a coffee, to get one meant driving approx 5 mins or so but in winter time you dont really want to be doing that. Bathroom was newly renovated so it was nice and clean, bath towels could have done with being bigger, just hand towels really. Overall it is a nice clean place, basic amenities.

A night stay with family, clean and comfortable, modern room, just maybe you can hear the sound from next room.

The front desk service was absolutely fantastic. He noticed right away that I arrived on my motorcycle, and offered to change my room so I can have a view of my motorcycle from the room. He also walked me right to my room and made sure everything was to my liking. I truly appreciate the friendliness, and thoughtfulness of the front desk. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, seems like it was recently renovated.

The internet did not work the first night. No breakfast at this hotel, even thought the booking said breakfast included. I will not return to stay at this hotel.

Expedia said there was 2 rooms available then when I got there the manager didn’t want to get out of bed to come to the front desk to check us in. Once he came down he told us that there was only one room available for the agreed upon price and one other room for twice the price. After canceling the visit we were informed that we were unable to be refunded our money. So we returned to the hotel after already leaving the hotel to go to another one because Expedia talked to the manager and he told them there was 2 rooms available and would not refund our money. After arriving for the second time I have to call home multiple times over the air phone at the door before he answered and came back down. After arguing with what he had told us and what he had told the representative he finally slammed the keys down and was very rude to us. After getting in the room I realized he did not provide the wifi password for us. I stayed in the cabin room and tried to take a shower and the hot water turned freezing after 3 minutes. There were crackheads in and out of their units and definitely using drugs.

The staff went above and beyond when our other place was double booked they took us in in a heart beat even gave us a late check out. Staff went above and beyond and rooms are so comfortable

This location was basic and served our needs perfectly. The front desk person was personable and very willing to help with anything we needed. I would stay there again and recommend this spot.

Front desk staff was amazing. Accommodated our group nicely.

I left my prescription glasses there and the staff (Alai) was helpful in getting them returned to me.

The beds were very comfortable; the staff was exceptionally friendly.

Best and affordable place to stay in Muskoka, near to every thing, hitesh the receptionist guy is very polite and professional person, really help us a lot. Definitely stay again. 👍👍

My husband checked us in while I was still at work, then went golfing at a course with poor reception. I went to the Inn after work to get settled. I went to the desk to ask for a key. I was told I could not gain access to the room without confirmation from my husband. I offered my license for proof of name & address. My offer was refused. I would not be allowed in unless the clerk spoke with my husband directly. Up to this point my husband was out of reception, I was getting angry now because I was being refused entry to a room I booked in my name, with my phone number, & my credit card. I walked out furious trying to call my husband. The call connected, he was equally angry and asked me to go back inside so he could speak with the clerk. The call dropped. The clerk said that the call needed to come to the Inn from the registered phone number so he could see proof. I sent my husband a text asking him to call the Inn. I was standing in the lobby like an idiot. Poor reception again, my husband wasn't getting my texts. Finally the clerk decided to call the number registered to the room. MY PHONE rang in MY hand, I showed the clerk. I told him I was the one who booked the room, & that I was now angry. Still, the clerk would not let me into my room. I gave the clerk my husband's phone number, he called him directly, after words, the clerk agreed to show me to the room. When we got there, I asked for a key & was refused. While complaining to my husband, the clerk came back with it

good location and price

This is a great budget and pet friendly hotel. Rooms were clean and not a lot of hotels in this town have 2 Queen beds. Most are 2 double beds. For a family of 4, you want Queen beds. It was a good stay and liked the location as well.

I needed to take a break on a long journey. This was perfect and a reasonable cost.

Newly renovated rooms, air conditioning and very clean. Staff very polite and helpful when we stayed there. Great prices and great location to many different attractions in muskokas. Stayed two nights with my autistic son, and will be staying again there whenever I go down to muskokas for any future family trips from now on. Thanks so much

Since Covid, no continental breakfast. It needs. Coffee makers in all rooms.

There was not even a coffee machine in the motel room. Bare minimum for a high price.

It was a nice room. Clean bathroom and room. Only, what I missed, was hot water kettle and mugs or glasses.
