Apartments Abjanic - Estudio con terraza (2 adultos) - Ilije Sarake 8

This location was perfect. We were minutes walk from the heart of Old Town without being stuck in the hustle and bustle. The apartment itself was well kept and me seen with everything we needed for our stay including a stove top kitchen ware and a fridge. We would absolutely stay here again.

The property pictures were nothing like the lobby and entrance to our apartment, steep stairs to our rooms, old iron gate, long walk to get to our plc.

You should not book this place. The pictures are very deceiving as they have a lot of water pictures on the webthat indicate are ‘lobby’ but these rooms do not offer any water view! The view from the bedroom is of the street and the rooms are against the wall and you cannot see any water.. in fact there is a whole bunch of rubble covered up with tarps….not a nice patio area. also the room is very hard to locate as they do NOT have the ‘apartment’ plaque that should be outside the door where us enter. This room is also the farthest from any of the entrances to old Dubrovnik..so lots of stairs and distance but we thought that it would be worth it because we thought we were going to be right on the water but not true! Only one set of keys inconvenience when u have 3 adults going in different directions. When I asked her about the pictures she said. The pictures are from her daughter’s apartment and from the ‘bar’ that is several blocks away. So these pictures should be removed from the website because they do not represent this property. The other issues that we had. With this property was the ‘solvent smell’ looks like they did some renovations and there is a very strong solvent smell especially at night that smells very TOXIC and cannot be healthy. they try and cover up the smell with air fresheners that plug into socket. They also have this “humidifier’ in the bedroom to mask the smell but it looked like it

This was an amazing stay! It was our first time In Croatia and a great introduction to the country. Nevena was so accommodating and did whatever she could for us. The apartment was clean and spacious and in an amazing location. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We loved it.

The location and room were great but there was no wifi
