This is a two star Hotel in a great location (tourist attractions, shopping & metro). We had the accessible room so had quite a bit of space. Shower was really good and bed comfortable enough. There is virtually nothing else. No fridge or kettle though they had a coffee machine in reception you could use. We wanted to drink some wine and asked for glasses and were given paper cup??? It was over priced, but it was in the middle of the olympic games and all prices were inflated. While the hotel needs some (lots) of love and care, it worked well for us.
This is a two star Hotel in a great location (tourist attractions, shopping & metro). We had the accessible room so had quite a bit of space. Shower was really good and bed comfortable enough. Pacific Hotel was perfect for my few day stay in Paris. The room was on the smaller side but I definitely felt safe and the staff were so friendly. They were happy to store my best pre and post check in which was amazing! Don’t know that I’d pay for the buffet breakfast next time as options were limited.

Hotel central , dá pra fazer tudo a pé. Boa estrutura de transporte público. Quarto pequeno, como visto nós comentários. Café e chá disponíveis todo dia. Mercado e boulangeries praticamente ao lado , assim como lavanderia e farmácia.

We stayed for 1 night in August near the top floor. It was warm but there is no air conditioning/cooling, so we had to leave the windows open all night which is not as effective and we were bitten by insects. They still use physical keys and ask for them to be returned when leaving the hotel (and collected when returning). The lift/elevator is tiny - it can accommodate 2 people well plus 1 baggage at a squeeze - worth considering for larger parties. The area/neighbourhood was fairly quiet and clean. This is a budget hotel (but expensive during the Olympics) in an old building with thin walls and simple rooms - worth the money if you pay much less than we did!

Excelente atendimento, quartos e banheiros limpos e confortáveis. O chuveiro esquenta bem, tem aquecedor no quarto e no banheiro. Oferece água e capuccino gratuitamente. Permitiram fazer checkin antes e ainda ficaram com a nossa mala após o check out. Quanto a localização é excelente, fica muito próximo à uma estação de metrô, é próximo a Torre Eiffel. Além disso tem mercado perto, restaurantes, farmácia, lavanderia e cafeteria. Com certeza voltaríamos a nos hospedar neste hotel.

As long as your expectations are reasonable this is a great place to stay. The front staff was very helpful with the directions, luggage storage, and even helped us open a bottle of wine. The room is very small but clean and comfortable. The hotel is dated, but if you just need a safe comfort place to sleep, this will do just fine.

It was a nice place to stay, however we found a couple hairs on the pillows and bed. As well the room attendant almost entered our room the next morning without knocking, while we were still in bed.

Ideal location for the Eiffel Tower and Arc D'Truimph. Other than that, this hotel requires renovation, but first and foremost, it needs a thorough deep clean throughout. There was hair on the towels, sheets, and pillows, so cleaning not up to standard. And tea and coffee making facilities would be nice.

We chose this small hotel based on location primarily, and pricing second. It was well-managed, very good housekeeping, extremely clean and all staff were welcoming. The room was smaller than I expected, and I’d opt for larger next visit. It had a working balcony which was appreciated. Plenty warm in winter and great shower water pressure. The beds were very comfortable - white pressed linen, and great pillows. The only downside was sound travels across rooms, and some late night visitors or early morning travelers disrupted our sleep. Breakfast was also available on site for about 10 eu but we went out for meals every day.

It was convenient place to stay. Room was small and was a handicap room so everything was set up for that. It was the end of our honeymoon so it wasn’t the greatest. The bed was very comfortable and it was very clean. Shower was awful. Everything got wet.

Hôtel se trouvant dans une rue calme, très bien situé à seulement 3 mn à pieds d'une station de métro. Excellent accueil de l'ensemble du personnel qui semble être aux petits soins pour ses clients. Propreté de la chambre et très bonne literie. Seul inconvénient, on entend ses voisins de chambre, pour ma part avec des boules quies j'ai passé de bonnes nuits

Estadia boa, apenas no checkin achei a recepcionista um pouco indelicada, pedi um pouco de paciência pois não sou fluente em outra língua. No geral quartos OK, limpeza OK, bom apenas para dormir, que era a intenção. A localização é boa, perto de transporte público, e pontos turísticos. Oferecem água normal, com gás e cafés na recepção à vontade.

There is virtually nothing else. No fridge or kettle though they had a coffee machine in reception you could use. We wanted to drink some wine and asked for glasses and were given paper cup??? It was over priced, but it was in the middle of the olympic games and all prices were inflated. While the hotel needs some (lots) of love and care, it worked well for us.

From entering the Hotel to leaving, the staff were a pleasure. Always had time for a chat and ready to help with any questions. Location close to Eiffel Tower was excellent with metro station about 100 meters away. Would definitely use again if in Paris.

Elevator can only fit one person comfortably and is like being a scary ride at an amusement park that has had its day… had someone walk in our room unannounced to check something but didn’t know what they were checking, had a person sitting at the top of the stairs were our room was when we entered our room and went out touring which was also strange. Our neighbours were very noisy as the walls are thin. The bed was comfortable, shower had hot water and the location was excellent… great shops, cafes and restaurants close by… along with the Eiffel Tower. Front staff were very friendly and helpful.

There was some kind of cleaning staff that was making so much noise at about five or six o'clock in the morning.They were extremely loud, other than that, the front desk staff was very nice.And this hotel serves its purpose as a nice, comfortable place to sleep and shower. If you are looking for a luxury hotel, go somewhere else, but remember, you will pay a lot more too. Very convenient location close to the eiffel tower and close to the train.

Excellent séjour ! Le service était impeccable, avec un personnel souriant et accueillant. Le petit-déjeuner était complet, même si nous aurions apprécié un plus large choix de fruits et du lait chaud. L'hôtel est propre et bien entretenu. Nous avons également apprécié la possibilité de laisser nos bagages sur place avant notre départ.

Pacific Hotel was perfect for my few day stay in Paris. The room was on the smaller side but I definitely felt safe and the staff were so friendly. They were happy to store my best pre and post check in which was amazing! Don’t know that I’d pay for the buffet breakfast next time as options were limited.

We chose this small hotel based on location primarily, and pricing second. It was well-managed, very good housekeeping, extremely clean and all staff were welcoming. The room was smaller than I expected, and I’d opt for larger next visit. It had a working balcony which was appreciated. Plenty warm in winter and great shower water pressure. The beds were very comfortable - white pressed linen, and great pillows. The only downside was sound travels across rooms, and some late night visitors or early morning travelers disrupted our sleep. Breakfast was also available on site for about 10 eu but we went out for meals every day.

Me encantó Pacific Hotel. Además de que está muy cerca de la torre Eiffel, también está muy cerca de las estaciones del metro y RERC para ir a Versailles. El desayuno buffet muy rico. Yo no sé hablar Francés pero el recepcionista de la mañana hablaba español y el de la tarde Inglés así que fue muy fácil comunicarse. Ambos fueron muy amables y me explicaron cómo llegar a los distintos sitios turísticos de París. Definitivamente cuando vuelva a París volveré a elegir este hotel.

Upon arrival, hotel easy to find in nice quiet area. Staff very friendly and approachable. Room a nice size with en suite shower and air con. Thankful for both i this very hot spell of weather. I noted on the hotel.com site air con wasnt mentioned so it was a great bonus. There is a machine for coffee ans hot chocolate that is available free at all times and cold and sparkling water available too. We didn't do breakfast but it did smell and look good as we had other arrangements. Large windows onto the courtyard. Hotel is within walking distance to Eiffel tower... and other attractions. Lots of small places to eat nearby and the food was delicious. Lots of local shops to buy drinks and snacks. I wouldn't hesitate in coming back to this hotel. We had a great stay.

Quarto padrao europeu, não temos o controle da temperatura do ar condicionado, acredito que é controlado pelo hotel, pegamos a onda de calor e a temperatura no quarto com o ar ligado ficou entre 25/26 graus. Cafe da manhã bem simples. A localização é boa, mercados por perto, 15 a 20 minutos a pé da torre Eiffel. Quarto limpo. Achei a parte do chuveiro perigosa para um idoso pois ficava mais elevado que o chão.
