It’s a beautiful resort driving up. Rooms are good. We got a pool room which was great to be able to just walk into the pool from our room. Only down side is no food option besides breakfast you have to order the night before for a surcharge. Breakfast was great though and worth it. On the upside of no option on sight the staff is amazing at helping you order food to be delivered and will plate it for you. Grab is also great for food delivery to the hotel and just getting around for shopping. Let’s talk about the BEST PART OF OUR STAY! The staff was INCREDIBLE. They helped our group of 8 book a private van tour of Nong Khai and our receptionist Jane was our guide and was amazing. This tour was AMAZING and I can’t recommend it enough. We did so much and saw so much and lunch was included which was so delicious at MustarD Cafe. There were also multiple incidents where we just needed staff help and they were quick to help. We needed to go to 711 to pay for our airline tickets and every grab driver kept cancelling. We asked if someone could take it and without hesitation they did. They didn’t charge us but we tipped and they didn’t even want to accept. Overall our experience has been so good and I couldn’t recommend this resort anymore if you are visiting the area.
