This hotel was very bad . not clean very dirty with cockroach walking climb around ever where

Muito proximo a um shoping center excelente, estaçao do metro, equipe muito atenciosa e simpatica, ficamos muito satisfeitos por 10 dias!

The one bedroom with kitchen that we stayed in was adequate for 3 people and clean with all needed dinnerware. The housekeeping staff is excellent and very responsive to urgent requests. The front desk staff (Ahmed, Bilal, Joey) are exceptional, very friendly and professional and eager to help. The location is excellent (5 minute walk to Metro and large shopping mall) I highly recommend this facility, and in the future I will not hesitate to use it again.

It’s an aging property - the maintenance is poor. Air conditioners are dirty with a thick layer of dirt/dust on the filters and main bedroom unit is rattling. Notified the front desk, but it shouldn’t be guests telling them about maintenance.
