Property is undergoing a renovation. Room was definitely in need of work, but it was clean and the beds comfortable. The parking area and the back of the property have trailers for the renovation and are not really pleasant to look at and do take up parking spaces (although there are plenty around).

Couldn’t ask for a more convenient location. Walk to many restaurants! Hotel was nice. Gym was good. No food included but you have a full kitchen and fridge. So as long as you know that, it’s a great place!

The uniqueness of this property is that every accommodation is actually that. An accommodation. As in free to use. So long as it’s maintained after your use. It’s fantastic. The crew is more than willing to help you with ANYTHING you might need. Plus, the pool is open for 24 hours 😱👌👍

Property is under renovation, the common areas are dirty, my room was damp even with the ac running all day and night. When I returned to the hotel at 9 pm, my key card didn't work and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to fix it.

Bed was fine- bed cover a bit dirty- medium-sized hole in the window curtain remains since my last stay (same room). For check-in, front desk staffing is usually lacking, no one there at all for at least 10 minutes in some cases. Side door of the building was hit-or-miss at my last stay. This time it was “completely broken” and had to be propped open to get back inside. Doesn’t work with room key any more.

Really liked the property. Hotel was in a good location.. next to plenty of eateries. Room was nice and spacious. No complaints. Staff was friendly and helpful as well. Parking was plentiful. I would definitely stay again!!

Room was needing help. Room 213 the bathroom floor needs to be replaced. Food was left in the microwave from last person in the room. The dishes in the dishwasher were clean mixed with dirty dishes. Carpet was dirty and a screw found on the floor in the bedroom. This will be the last stay and any Candlewood suites.

The property was nice and pretty clean. When I booked the room, the photo and details showed a sofa bed, I called the property to verify a sofa bed would be in the room, and was told yes. It was to be a room with two queen beds and a sofa bed. We arrived, there were two queen beds, no sofa, and obviously no sofa bed. All in all, it was a decent stay, and I would stay again. Hopefully next time I receive the correct information.

We were just in town for a softball tournament so we just needed a place to sleep. Very comfortable and clean room. The front desk clerk was a delight!

Stayed here many times in past few years because it was renovated and we like the separate bedroom living room. This time we were put in a handicapped room that was smaller and meant for wheelchair access which made the bathroom uncomfortable. Room should have been for someone who needed it. Worst part about this stay is the filth of room and bathroom. Bedding wasn’t changed and kitchen had food stuck everywhere in it and fridge and freezer had huge spills never cleaned. Floor had spills old food and hair everywhere and we had to scrub it ourselves. Toilet had feces all around rim. Also kitchen shelves empty of all accessories that are supposed to come with it.

Housekeeping needs to step up. 1st room smelled like a spicey restaurant that lingered in an unpleasant way. 2nd room was average with a smell that covered up the spicey stink. Front desk was LOVELY!

Stayed here many times and always get the one bedroom king. We love the space it gives and the full kitchen is great. The front desk girls this stay were absolutely wonderful from check in to assisting us with water and snacks.

Very poor experience!! Check in was smooth but room was bad! Curtain was broken and was originally told to "throw a blanket over the window" to get privacy. Turns out the blackout curtain is behind the sheer curtain and manager said "the staff didnt know to look back there" TV was factory reset and unable to be used! Was switched to another room. This room reeked of cigarette,body odor, and weed. Here again this TV didnt work. Front desk staff was very helpfull and obviously streesed because of housekeeping and management issues. Do not recommend any time soon!

We made a mistake on the website, for the original order, and attempted to cancel the stay, but the hotel not only refused to cancel but charged the card anyway and would not refund the stay. I won't use Expedia again because of this, and will continue to give that particular hotel the worst reviews I can.

Reserved a suite a month in advance. When I got there, the one woman on duty wasn't very personable or friendly. They gave our suite away saying that an extended stay person had taken it and tried just swapping it out for a regular room with double beds without any kind of price adjustment or compensation. We left because the woman refused to do anything to make up for the error. This is pretty sad as we've stayed there several times without an issue and normally really like staying there.

I had paid for the 1 bedroom king suit but when I got there they gave me a standard 2 queen bed room which is cheaper but was not reimbursed any money for my room being downgraded. There was no notification my room would be changed either.

Really liked the property. Hotel was in a good location.. next to plenty of eateries. Room was nice and spacious. No complaints. Staff was friendly and helpful as well. Parking was plentiful. I would definitely stay again!!

Couldn’t ask for a more convenient location. Walk to many restaurants! Hotel was nice. Gym was good. No food included but you have a full kitchen and fridge. So as long as you know that, it’s a great place!

I was not informed that this property was under renovation.. So I was surprised when we arrived… When I booked, I thought breakfast was included, but was advised it wasn’t… Booked a king bed, but was given a queen… No shower curtain in our bathroom… backsplash was unfinished and coffee pot was mismatched and didn’t function… slightly annoyed after paying $250 a night for 2 nights…

The front desk staff was never around or they were sitting on the sofa watching the TV in the lobby. This was very hard when we wanted something. The rooms were clean, we we're there for a while so we just didn't find it necessary to use the cleaning service everyday. The only thing I wish the hotel had was a free breakfast in the morning like most hotels.

My reservation had a hiccup over the payment. The desk clerk was extremely compident and straightened it out while staying completely calm. Room was very nice and clean. Thank you to the staff.

Not a good stay…cannot recommend. Good: laundry free, great coffee, spacious room, full refrigerator. Bad: hotel very dated and unclean. Parking very difficult with limited handicap spaces. Spa / whirlpool weak, jets were very weak. Stove did not work. TV was a nightmare…minute delay before picture would come on…limited channels…extremely frustrating. AC inconsistent, freezing then hot. Old rickety luggage carts. One operating elevator. Worst of all was checkout day. Checkout at 11am. At 11:04 the front desk called our room and asked if we were extending our stay. I said we were in process of getting cart and were loading to leave. Received another call from front desk at 11:16 asking if we were leaving the room yet. Rude and unprofessional. This was my second negative experience at a Candlewood and will be my last
