The property appeared rundown from the outside; however, the first floor appeared well furnished and clean. The back sliding door net screen needs to be replaced. But again, overall, it was a great stay!

Great stay in a picturesque town in rural NY! I stayed at the main house which was very specious and nicely appointed. Easy 35 minute drive to Woodstock which was the reason for my trip...

It was spacious. Michelle was very accommodating and answered all our questions immediately. Since it’s a limited kitchen, it’s great if you are eating out. However we ate in and was able to cook on the electric hot plates and made it work. They had pots, pans, everything you needed. We loved the place !
