RIP OFF - AVOID !!!!!!!! Booked the hotel for a two night stay three months in advance. On arrival at 7pm I was told they didn't have my booking. I showed them my Expedia confirmation email and then they said even though I had paid for two nights it was only enough to cover one nights' stay as the Manager didn't like Expedia's commission rates for online bookings. A total con. Ripping off people. The receptionist I dealt with was unprofessional and extremely rude and abrupt. The manager would not speak to me on the phone. The area in which the hotel is situated is otherwise residential and not nice at all. No shops, restaurants or amenities nearby and I was told that there was no breakfast service available for the morning. It's also far out of the city centre, a 40min walk or a bus journey. No kettle or fridge in room so it was tap water or nothing which I had to keep drinking as the room was far too warm and could not be changed. Neither could I open a window as I was on the ground floor with a street directly outside. The bed was uncomfortable and the above issues meant I had a very poor nights sleep. I was glad that I only ended up staying for only one night instead of two, getting a far nicer and cheaper room in old town for a great second nights' stay. Avoid this hotel, terrible !!@

Aqui começa uma história ( comentários sobre o hotel) e depois tem outra história abaixo sobre a localização do hotel : - O hotel foi uma surpresa agradável e bem mais barato que os outros - Quarto super limpo , cama boa ,banheiro e chuveiro ótimo , trocaram as toalhas e limparam o quarto - Tv e Wi-Fi bons - Piso não é carpete , isso é bom - Atendimento na recepção foi ótimo , rápido e objetivo, faltou ter um mapa da old town de Bratislava - Quarto não tem frigobar, isso é ruim - Não tem café da manhã Em relação a Localização é uma história à parte, pois tendo Uber ou táxi por 5 euros até a old town , fica tudo mais fácil e resolvido - Mas realmente o hotel é longe ( uns 10 minutos de carro ) da old town e ao redor do hotel não tem supermercado e nem restaurantes, nada , só tem residências . - Você tem que vir a noite para descansar e dormir no hotel , só isso . Preis/Leistung stimmt soweit. Leider sind weder Cafe, noch Bar oder Restaurant geöffnet und somit gibt es, entgegen der Hotelbeschreibung, kein buchbares Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind hingegen geräumig und das Bett war okay. Es hat jedoch immer sehr lange gedauert bis es im Bad warmes Wasser gab.

I liked the fact it was a very calm area, that it was not expensive, though the service could be slightly better, such as soap in the shower, and a very simple breakfast, or at least some coffee in the room, like cheap even, not like an amazing expections... But I the service at reception is impeccable, the lady is very helpful, and on the ball!

Brekfast served only 7:30-8:30 AM, no bar for coffee or drinks although it says there is. Dirty blanket, leaking siphon under the sink, dirty windows. Make sure you took bed AND Breakfast although it is advertised as B&B. Cannot pay for extra breakfast if you are not on the breakfast list.

Wir kamen an und konnten in Ruhe einchecken. Es ist super, dass der Parkplatz kostenlos ist. Die Lage ist in Ordnung, aber auch nicht komplett zentral. Man kommt innerhalb ein paar Stationen mit dem Bus in die Zentralgegend. Zimmer waren sehr sauber, wurden aber nicht täglich Betten gemacht. Aber die Handtücher wurden gewechselt. Es ist ein sehr gute Cafe in der Nähe. Der einzige Manko war, dass das Auschecken nicht wie gewohnt verlief. Wir kamen zur gewünschten Zeit zur Rezeption und es war niemand da, um ordnungsgemäß auszuchecken, daher konnten wir die Zimmerkarten nur ablegen. Für einen Kurztrip war das Hotel gut.

No restaurant available and no previous warning it would be closed no cleaner for 3 days when complained told it is their policy not to clean unless asked. They do not inform you of this in advance room not very hot - minus temperatures outside - long wait for hot water to reach my room on first floor only saving grace the two guys on re emotion in evening very helpful to finish no one at reception with 10 people queuing to check out

My family and I checked in Hotel Victor late on Saturday night tired after long drive. The deluxe suite that we paid for was big but dirty: stained sheets, spider's web on the ceiling, etc. We asked for another room. It looked a bit better and I started taking a shower before dinner and saw a used men's contraceptive device on the shelf. Also we found somebody's socks on the heater. The air-conditioner did not work either. We told reception about our problem and were told that the owner will contact us. We waited but nobody contacted us. So my family and I had to move out and urgently find another hotel late on Saturday night. Today I wrote to the hotel management asking for refund since we did not stay in that hotel. The manager was rude and refused refund. The is outrageous! I have never experienced that kind of service in whole my life. So, stay away from that hotel if you do not want to have the same kind of trouble for your money that I had.

Aqui começa uma história ( comentários sobre o hotel) e depois tem outra história abaixo sobre a localização do hotel : - O hotel foi uma surpresa agradável e bem mais barato que os outros - Quarto super limpo , cama boa ,banheiro e chuveiro ótimo , trocaram as toalhas e limparam o quarto - Tv e Wi-Fi bons - Piso não é carpete , isso é bom - Atendimento na recepção foi ótimo , rápido e objetivo, faltou ter um mapa da old town de Bratislava - Quarto não tem frigobar, isso é ruim - Não tem café da manhã Em relação a Localização é uma história à parte, pois tendo Uber ou táxi por 5 euros até a old town , fica tudo mais fácil e resolvido - Mas realmente o hotel é longe ( uns 10 minutos de carro ) da old town e ao redor do hotel não tem supermercado e nem restaurantes, nada , só tem residências . - Você tem que vir a noite para descansar e dormir no hotel , só isso . No outro dia pega um táxi e vai para old town e os pontos turísticos

Preis/Leistung stimmt soweit. Leider sind weder Cafe, noch Bar oder Restaurant geöffnet und somit gibt es, entgegen der Hotelbeschreibung, kein buchbares Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind hingegen geräumig und das Bett war okay. Es hat jedoch immer sehr lange gedauert bis es im Bad warmes Wasser gab.

Apartmán je novo vybudovaný, priestranný, čistý a pekne zariadený. Jediné čo mne chýbalo, je kávovar alebo konvica, ale na krátky pobyt to nevadí. Za jediné negatívum považujem slabé odhlučnenie. Počuť rozhovor susedov nad vami a taktiež hluk prichádza aj z chodby, kde počuť kroky a buchnutie dvermi. Ľudia s veľmi ľahkým spánkom môžu mať problém. Ale vo všeobecnosti pobyt hodnotím pozitívne a v prípade potreby sa do tohto hotela rád vrátim.

Hotel razoavelmente próximo ao Aupark Shopping, onde deixamos o carro para conhecer a cidade. Check in e check out foi fácil e descomplicado. Quarto pequeno mas confortável. Não é um hotel excepcional, mas cumpre sua função entregando serviços proporcionais ao valor pago pela diária.

RIP OFF - AVOID !!!!!!!! Booked the hotel for a two night stay three months in advance. On arrival at 7pm I was told they didn't have my booking. I showed them my Expedia confirmation email and then they said even though I had paid for two nights it was only enough to cover one nights' stay as the Manager didn't like Expedia's commission rates for online bookings. A total con. Ripping off people. The receptionist I dealt with was unprofessional and extremely rude and abrupt. The manager would not speak to me on the phone. The area in which the hotel is situated is otherwise residential and not nice at all. No shops, restaurants or amenities nearby and I was told that there was no breakfast service available for the morning. It's also far out of the city centre, a 40min walk or a bus journey. No kettle or fridge in room so it was tap water or nothing which I had to keep drinking as the room was far too warm and could not be changed. Neither could I open a window as I was on the ground floor with a street directly outside. The bed was uncomfortable and the above issues meant I had a very poor nights sleep. I was glad that I only ended up staying for only one night instead of two, getting a far nicer and cheaper room in old town for a great second nights' stay. Avoid this hotel, terrible !!@

Can’t complain for the price, the chap who checked us in was very friendly, location was fine for what we needed and taxis are cheap, perfect if you just need somewhere to get some sleep and have a shower.

Wir kamen an und konnten in Ruhe einchecken. Es ist super, dass der Parkplatz kostenlos ist. Die Lage ist in Ordnung, aber auch nicht komplett zentral. Man kommt innerhalb ein paar Stationen mit dem Bus in die Zentralgegend. Zimmer waren sehr sauber, wurden aber nicht täglich Betten gemacht. Aber die Handtücher wurden gewechselt. Es ist ein sehr gute Cafe in der Nähe. Der einzige Manko war, dass das Auschecken nicht wie gewohnt verlief. Wir kamen zur gewünschten Zeit zur Rezeption und es war niemand da, um ordnungsgemäß auszuchecken, daher konnten wir die Zimmerkarten nur ablegen. Für einen Kurztrip war das Hotel gut.

The most awful stay. I have booked for 2 nights. When came in the second booked night, my key was not working in the elevator. Walked the stairs. But when I entered the room, all my clothes disappeared!!! I went to the reception and they told me that this was a mistake, and showed my clothes that they took out from the room and placed somewhere!!! I asked how this could happen that I have reservation for 2 nights, but after the 1st - somebody collects my clothes and throws away from the room? “I don’t know”, was the answer. I definitely do not recommend this hotel. The most awful stay, ever.

No restaurant available and no previous warning it would be closed no cleaner for 3 days when complained told it is their policy not to clean unless asked. They do not inform you of this in advance room not very hot - minus temperatures outside - long wait for hot water to reach my room on first floor only saving grace the two guys on re emotion in evening very helpful to finish no one at reception with 10 people queuing to check out

I liked the fact it was a very calm area, that it was not expensive, though the service could be slightly better, such as soap in the shower, and a very simple breakfast, or at least some coffee in the room, like cheap even, not like an amazing expections... But I the service at reception is impeccable, the lady is very helpful, and on the ball!

Can’t complain for the price, the chap who checked us in was very friendly, location was fine for what we needed and taxis are cheap, perfect if you just need somewhere to get some sleep and have a shower.

Preis/Leistung stimmt soweit. Leider sind weder Cafe, noch Bar oder Restaurant geöffnet und somit gibt es, entgegen der Hotelbeschreibung, kein buchbares Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind hingegen geräumig und das Bett war okay. Es hat jedoch immer sehr lange gedauert bis es im Bad warmes Wasser gab.

I liked the fact it was a very calm area, that it was not expensive, though the service could be slightly better, such as soap in the shower, and a very simple breakfast, or at least some coffee in the room, like cheap even, not like an amazing expections... But I the service at reception is impeccable, the lady is very helpful, and on the ball!

Brekfast served only 7:30-8:30 AM, no bar for coffee or drinks although it says there is. Dirty blanket, leaking siphon under the sink, dirty windows. Make sure you took bed AND Breakfast although it is advertised as B&B. Cannot pay for extra breakfast if you are not on the breakfast list.

Bohužiaľ ani prémiová izba nezodpovedá cene (zariadenie, posteľ, znečistené WC...) na izbe nefungovala klimatizácia. Raňajky rovnako nestali za príplatok. Celkovo veľmi slabý dojem. Za celkovú platbu 86 eur za jednu osobu som ešte na Slovensku takto nekomfortne ubytovanie so slabymi raňajkami ešte nemal.

No restaurant available and no previous warning it would be closed no cleaner for 3 days when complained told it is their policy not to clean unless asked. They do not inform you of this in advance room not very hot - minus temperatures outside - long wait for hot water to reach my room on first floor only saving grace the two guys on re emotion in evening very helpful to finish no one at reception with 10 people queuing to check out

Camera pulita, parcheggio disponibile sia esterno che interno, aria condizionata si raggiunge il centro di Bratislava o con un autobus in 15 minuti o per chi piace camminare come a noi sono 3,5 km a piedi passando anche sopra il modernissimo ponte sul danubio dove la parte pedonale e separata e sotto la parte delle macchine e si può ammirare il Danubio in tutta la sua bellezza.

Room was good, staff were quite good. Two issues, though. Firstly, location is not great. Secondly, and this was a real inconvenience, I couldn't have breakfast the day I left as at 7.55am the restaurant was not open, despite a sign indicating it opened at 7.30am. Also, Reception was meant to be open at 7am, according to the profile on the app, and I wanted to leave my bag there for a few hours. Couldn't do this, and just before 8am I had to leave. Really disappointing.

We booked a room for two people at Hotel Viktor in Bratislava for the night of 10–11 August 2026. Unfortunately, this turned into by far the worst experience we have ever had with a hotel. We were driving from Denmark to Bratislava and knew that we would be arriving late at night. To avoid any issues, we specifically tried to contact the hotel during the day to inform them that we would be checking in late. Both my wife and I called the hotel several times, but no one answered. We have screenshots of our call history documenting these attempts. When we arrived at the hotel during the night, the entrance to the reception area was locked. We were exhausted after the long drive. We repeatedly pressed the button by the main entrance and called the telephone number displayed on the door for guests checking in. Again, no one answered. Eventually, other hotel guests arrived and were able to let us into the building. Once inside, we discovered that there was no member of staff at reception. Instead, there was a sign displaying another telephone number that guests were instructed to call. We called this number repeatedly as well. Once again, there was no response. After approximately one hour of waiting in the hotel lobby in the middle of the night, repeatedly trying to reach someone, we finally had no choice but to give up. Despite having paid for a room, we were never able to check in, never received a key or access card, and therefore never had access to the room we had booked.
