Old villa. Easyjet self check-in. Great location just outsider the city centre. But there was mold on the walls in the room.

Do NOT book here, ever even if you are on a budget. I would have given 0 stars, if I could. I am still in shock at how awful the place was . I don’t actually think it’s legal. First, I accessed the building although most the time the door is just open . No staff present and doesn’t seem secure. My room (number 3 downstairs) smelt really bad of mold and damp . There was mold in every corner of my room and it was very small and hot. I had no where else to stay on that night, but I met a girl that was trying to check in and I showed her my room and she said it was disgusting so was the shared bathroom and everything in general . The owner doesn’t even live in Ljubljana and has a Portuguese number and doesn’t answer. Me and the girl met up with someone else who had booked in to this hostel and she left and booked somewhere else because she couldn’t even open her door fully ! The door must have been 1m x 2m (Lavanda Room). She was kind enough to let me have her room because it was slightly better as it had air conditioning in that room and didn’t smell as bad. I don’t usually write reviews but I really think anyone considering this hotel , please think again. You are better paying an extra 10 pounds, than step foot in this health and safety hazard. I’ve stayed in a lot of hostels and this is the absolute worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in and not fit for people (or animals)

They have bed bugs!! There is no reception and the place is completely run down

This is one of my worst experiences ever with a hotel. The space is basically a scam, with most things under construction, unsanitary conditions, no drapes (with sunrise here at like 4:00am). I felt that if I slept in one of the super dirty spaces, I would have catched an eye infection. No staff to help, but only a chat on WhatsApp that never replied. No Wifi. The place was so unacceptable that I am requesting a full refund and for the place to be dropped from Hotels.com. For the price, you can find better and closer to the city centre.
