Better nothing , overall are good

Great freshly cooked breakfast. Fabulous position on the water front. Large rooms. Highly recommend

Wonderful room overlooking the beach. Outdoor balcony with seating. Limited undercover car parking, otherwise plenty of car parking available at front of hote. Quiet area, no night traffic or noise.

Dingy facilities, no on-site laundry or gym (as had been explicitly advertised on their Hotels.com page - perhaps y'all should verify this?), very limited parking available, noisy aircon, loud fighting neighbors at night - lack of overnight desk attendant meant that I had to call security to deal with neighboring room, and the security guard was unprofessional and took half an hour to arrive; loud fighting recommenced ten minutes later.
