Kobe Kitano Hotel

I don’t usually write hotel reviews, but our stay at the Kobe Kitano Hotel was so exceptional that I felt compelled to share our experience. From the moment we arrived until the day we departed, every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. The level of service was truly world-class—nothing short of what I would describe as a seven-star experience. Every member of the staff was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring that guests felt welcome and cared for. I would especially like to recognize the hotel manager, Mr. Amin Jabari, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. His kindness, attention to detail, and commitment to outstanding hospitality made a lasting impression on us. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and impeccably maintained, making it the perfect place to experience Kobe. It is rare to find a hotel where every detail is executed so flawlessly. 朝食はお腹いっぱいになります

朝食をホテルから北野テラスに無料で変更して頂き、景色も朝食も美味しくて最高の朝となりました。

有名な世界一の朝食を、六甲テラスに移動してもらって頂きました。数種類のパンがとても美味しく、特に苺の生コンフィチュールがお気に入りで、パンと一緒に食べるのが美味でした。テラス席からの神戸の港や街が絶景で、これも大御馳走で満足の朝食でした。
