What guests think

AI-generated summary based on recent guest reviews

At Skepparholmen Nacka, guests praise the scenic waterfront and friendly staff, while feedback on compact rooms and ongoing renovations is mixed, and the popular spa impresses for views but can feel basic, crowded, and constrained by strict time slots.

Stayed 1 night

We stayed for one night and overall the stay was a bit disappointing. The spa itself was pleasant, although we found it a bit unusual that all three pools were heated. It would have been nice if the indoor pool had been cooler, with the outdoor pools kept warm instead. The biggest downside was that there was construction work throughout the property. We weren’t informed about it before our stay, and it really took away from the relaxing atmosphere we had booked the hotel for. I think guests should be made aware of ongoing renovations in advance, specifically for the price you pay. The room wasn’t cleaned properly, we saw a lot of dirt and dust throughout the room. Maybe once the construction will be finished the hotel will get its spark back, but for now I wouldn’t rebook.

This was my second stay at Skepparholmen and I can’t recommend it enough. The food, the scenery and lovely service by Wåge and Andrey made for a wonderful stay. We hope to visit soon again!

Decent overnight stay. Roooms are smal and cold, not possible to change temp. Found a pill in the toilet wich wasent cleand properlly. Restaurant was overcharging if you consider what you got served. Same with the "spa", glas och juice for almost 5 euro is insane when the juicepackage they had was from the store that sells it for 1 euro. Spa was 1 pool inside and 1 pool outside wich were crouded. Not sure how you can call that spa hotel. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone and i wont come back. Only good thing was the breakfast.
