Lovely family run hotel. Close to train station and a short walk to town and lakeside. The booking site hadn't relayed our request for twin beds but this was addressed for us immediately on arrival. Very nice breakfast. We ate in the on site restaurant one evening, which was also good.

It was a great place to make an overnight stopover on the way from Switzerland to Malpensa Airport. Very close to the train station and just a few minutes walk into central Stresa and Lake Maggiore. The room was clean and the breakfast ample. Nothing luxurious and no view from our room but overall good value for an overnight stay.

Great hotel, nice area, just a short walk downhill to the shops/bars and restaurants. Friendly/ helpful host. Secure motorcycle parking in garage.
