Very nice staff, fairly convenient location. Use them for airport transfer service, it's cheaper than anything else. The pool isn't finished and it was a bit of an eye sore.

Nikos and Alex are perfect hosts, always willing to make your stay the best possible. If available, they are flexible with schedules, help with information about the island, act as concierge if needed, and offer airport transfers, charging a minimal fee per room—all to ensure you enjoy a perfect stay. Not to mention that the villa is charming, well-equipped, and everything works perfectly. Close to the center, with a super smooth route, in view of others I've stayed at. Everything was great!

Posizione top, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, che permette di essere lontani dal caos quando ce n'è bisogno. Camera appena ristrutturata e pulizia sempre impeccabile. Torneremo sicuramente!

I had a restful couple of nights at Villa Margarita after a hectic party trip to Ibiza with my girlfriends. I had to spend some down time planning further travel, and so I managed to do this with the great wifi, and lovely breakfasts supplied in the villa. The owners were very nice, and the set up was very professional. Luckily there was a short cut walk to town- took about 10 minutes, and you had to make sure you found the way back the first night. I did by taking a photo of the turn off to the shortcut on the way down. Modern, clean, yet very Mykonos.

I enjoyed a relaxing few days here, perfectly located near the beach and walkable into town for everything you could need, the local area is away from all the other tourists which is nice and peaceful. The whole area is very hilly so be prepared to walk steep paths and lots of steps to get places, although I enjoyed that, added to the adventure. A big bottle of water was provided for me on arrival as well which was useful, the room was cleaned daily and the AC worked well. I had no issues or concerns during my stay whatsoever. I would stay again for sure :)

Nikos, Alex, and their mother Margarita were attentive, friendly, and super accomodating.We arrived early in the morning and since it was the end of the season they allowed us to check in upon arrival. When we left, our flight was not until late in the afternoon and they allowed us to keep our bags in the office while we went out to the town one last time. Also, for a very small fee they will pick you and drop you off at the airport. If you're looking for a nice, clean, and comfortable place to stay with great people and is close to Mykonos Town then look no further.

Alex is the host w the most. This property is beautiful. Spacious room and very clean and comfortable! They bring your breakfast to you in the morning so you can eat on your little veranda. Wonderful! It’s about a 10 min walk to town but on your back it’s all uphill w steps but if the exercise isn’t for you then they arrange transportation. Everything was amazing! Alex was super helpful, friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend!

Our stay at Villa Margarita was amazing! Nikos and Alex were so welcoming from the moment we checked in until we checked out. They helped with everything we needed, and gave great recommendations The room was very clean and comfortable, the town is about 10-15 walk and far away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The beach is a 3 minute from the place. I’d recommend this place to anyone!

This is a family-run hotel located a 15-minute walk from the downtown and a 5-7 minute walk to the bus route rhat can take you to a number of different beaches. The property is quite pretty, with lovely views down to the sea. We loved having our breakfast brought to us on our own little patio. The family staff is incredibly friendly, and they provided good advice on beaches, transportation, restaurants, etc. They even provided our transportation from the airport on arrival and to the port for our departure, which was very convenient and for a reasonable charge. We really enjoyed our stay in this clean, quiet, friendly, pretty hotel.

Amazing property a short walk to Little Venice in the town centre of Mykonos. Loved the spot, the views that are nestled in the side of an hill. The staff are outstanding. Kudos to Nicos and Alex, wonderful hosts!

A very lovely location overlooking Mykonos with a walking path (stairs) down to a beach and to the road into the cute and busy town. The hosts, two brothers, make sure your stay is great and that you have everything you need. Breakfast brought right to your room is a treat.

Awesome stay! Villa Margarita is run by a family that goes above and beyond to help you with anything you need. Breakfast is prepared daily by the mother and the sons are incredibly sweet with anything you may need. Room was great as was the view. We paid a small amount extra for airport pickup which we recommend. Very short walk into town which has bus stop to beaches.

This was the most incredible stay ever! This hotel is operated by Margaritas family and they treat you like family! You feel so safe and their kindness is sincere. I will absolutely come back and recommend this to all my family and friends. The view from the hotel is amazing and waking to town is very easy.

This hotel proved to be extremely comfortable and quiet despite being close to the main town. Nikos and Alex are great hosts, always available to provide guests with suggestions and infos about Mykonos, and give logistic support. Definitely recommended !

Nikos and Alex are perfect hosts, always willing to make your stay the best possible. If available, they are flexible with schedules, help with information about the island, act as concierge if needed, and offer airport transfers, charging a minimal fee per room—all to ensure you enjoy a perfect stay. Not to mention that the villa is charming, well-equipped, and everything works perfectly. Close to the center, with a super smooth route, in view of others I've stayed at. Everything was great!

I enjoyed a relaxing few days here, perfectly located near the beach and walkable into town for everything you could need, the local area is away from all the other tourists which is nice and peaceful. The whole area is very hilly so be prepared to walk steep paths and lots of steps to get places, although I enjoyed that, added to the adventure. A big bottle of water was provided for me on arrival as well which was useful, the room was cleaned daily and the AC worked well. I had no issues or concerns during my stay whatsoever. I would stay again for sure :)

This was the most incredible stay ever! This hotel is operated by Margaritas family and they treat you like family! You feel so safe and their kindness is sincere. I will absolutely come back and recommend this to all my family and friends. The view from the hotel is amazing and waking to town is very easy.

Alex and Niko very nice. Guided us through public transport kapari beach is secluded and lovely. Walk to downtown is 10 minutes picturesque walk (100 steps). Very very windy and only few beaches not windy. Unlike Santorini or Crete not that much to do. Non windy beaches super crowded. Sunsets gorgeous like all other islands

Amazing property a short walk to Little Venice in the town centre of Mykonos. Loved the spot, the views that are nestled in the side of an hill. The staff are outstanding. Kudos to Nicos and Alex, wonderful hosts!

I had a restful couple of nights at Villa Margarita after a hectic party trip to Ibiza with my girlfriends. I had to spend some down time planning further travel, and so I managed to do this with the great wifi, and lovely breakfasts supplied in the villa. The owners were very nice, and the set up was very professional. Luckily there was a short cut walk to town- took about 10 minutes, and you had to make sure you found the way back the first night. I did by taking a photo of the turn off to the shortcut on the way down. Modern, clean, yet very Mykonos.

Alex is the host w the most. This property is beautiful. Spacious room and very clean and comfortable! They bring your breakfast to you in the morning so you can eat on your little veranda. Wonderful! It’s about a 10 min walk to town but on your back it’s all uphill w steps but if the exercise isn’t for you then they arrange transportation. Everything was amazing! Alex was super helpful, friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend!

Awesome stay! Villa Margarita is run by a family that goes above and beyond to help you with anything you need. Breakfast is prepared daily by the mother and the sons are incredibly sweet with anything you may need. Room was great as was the view. We paid a small amount extra for airport pickup which we recommend. Very short walk into town which has bus stop to beaches.

It’s a 10 to 15 min walk to center at your own risk since the roads have no sidewalks. During the day it’s not so bad, but at night is another story, be very careful. Otherwise, good place to stay with nice breakfast for 10 euros per person if not included in hotel booking. Hosts are nice.

Had a wonderful time - Nikos and Alex were beyond helpful, the pool was great and perfect for relaxing, and the room was clean and lovely. We were two people staying here in September 2026, and we had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and well maintained, and located just outside the town, which means it is peaceful and quiet in the evenings while still being close to all the restaurants and bars you may want to visit. The bus stop is also nearby, making it easy to get to the popular beaches. The owners, Nikos and his family, were incredibly kind and helpful. They gave us lots of great recommendations for beaches and restaurants on the island and also recommended a great ATV rental place. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily come back!

If it was possible to give 11/10 then we would! Villa Margarita is an amazing property in a wonderful location just outside of Mykonos Town. The layout and position of the whole complex is stunning, with amazing sunsets from the terrace and pool area. We stayed in a superior studio which had a separate sleeping area on a mezzanine floor. The outside terrace was private and overlooked the town and the bay. Even before we arrived, the communication from Nikos was brilliant and, once we got there, he and his brother, Alex, couldn't have done more to help and advise us on how to use our time on the island. Breakfast delivered to our private terrace was an absolute luxury and the choice of breakfast items on offer was incredible. They also offer a lunch/dinner menu up until 9pm at night. On our last day we walked down to town (10 minutes) and Alex then picked us up, bringing our cases, to take us to the ferry port. We would recommend Villa Margarita in a heartbeat - thanks Nikos & Alex for everything!
