是一間非常好的溫泉旅館飯店，飯店服務人員非常的棒前台更有會說中文的接待人員，飯店有金湯銀湯，銀湯是戶外的露天風呂，一泊二食的餐飲都非常的棒，尤其是晚餐的懷石料理，真是頂尖的整個一泊二食CP值非常高喔

近車站，很方便。一泊兩食很美味，小朋友的是兒童餐和果汁。可惜的是附近大部分的商店只營業到晚上5點。行程關係，5點後除了手順店外，我們都沒逛什麼。

The location is simply amazing, just at the doorstep of shopping street and staff service and hospitality is simply top-notch and sincere. The property is a little dated but it is clean and comfortable. Dinner and breakfast is also exceptionally authentic and delicious! Totally enjoyed a memorable stay here with the family!

Dinner and breakfast are excellent. Hotel is a bit aged. Spa is OK but no other facilities, e.g. game room for children. Parking is also a problem.

是一間非常好的溫泉旅館飯店，飯店服務人員非常的棒前台更有會說中文的接待人員，飯店有金湯銀湯，銀湯是戶外的露天風呂，一泊二食的餐飲都非常的棒，尤其是晚餐的懷石料理，真是頂尖的整個一泊二食CP值非常高喔

清潔感はとてもある。夕食と朝食は手がこんでいて丁寧に作ってはる感じが分かる味。仲居さん達のおもてなし、接客は抜群だが、ロビーの威厳のある男性はいなくてもいいかも。ちょっと圧があります。

地點方便，巴士下來上斜路第一間就是了，酒店旁邊就是商店街的開端，方便購物。房間內設施十分新淨和現代化。TV有netflix的傳統溫泉酒店真的不多。所有要求都可透過手機menu解決，十分方便不會日文的遊客. 食物一流，員工服務態度也十分好。

Very nice hotel. The half board option is great. The food quality is super for the dinner portion. The breakfast is alright. The onsen facility is good. The staff is very helpful and service is top notch. The hotel is very near to the bus terminal, which is very convenient.

직원들의 서비스가 너무 친절해서 인상깊었습니다. 역이나 버스터미널에서 가까워 위치도 좋아요! 두가지 온천물을 다 체험할수있었어 너무 좋은 추억이 되었습니다!! (숙소 사진을 못찍어서 온천마을 고양이사진으로 대체합니다)

We absolutely loved the kaiseki dining experience at this hotel. We highly recommend upgrading to in-room dining—we added around $30 per person, which allowed us to enjoy both dinner and breakfast in our room. The experience felt very special and complete, and we truly enjoyed every moment. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. When we arrived, the front entrance faces a small uphill street, and our driver was unfamiliar with the area and stopped on the roadside, which could block traffic. Before we could even react, the staff rushed outside, carried our heavy luggages, and guided us into the hotel seamlessly. Their quick response and kindness really stood out. Later, we realized there was a better drop-off spot just a short distance away, but we were extremely grateful for how professionally the staff handled the situation. The hotel is close to a popular tourist area with many shops, making it a great location for exploring. I used the public bath both in the evening and the morning, which I highly recommend. The in-room bathroom is small, which is typical for a traditional hot spring hotel, and the public bath was a much better experience. Overall, this hotel offers exceptional service, an authentic dining experience, and a great location. We would absolutely stay here again.
