Quel dommage. Quelle déception. La beauté de l’hôtel et l’amabilité du personnel est gâché par la musique de 11h à 18h autour du lieu central, la piscine (95db quand même). Quelle frustration également de ne pas pouvoir profiter des transats le long de la piscine, car ils sont tous réservés par des personnes les ayant réserver pour la journée (hors hôtel). Au niveau prix, c’est cher!

Alles super, sehr schönes Hotel! Wirklich Empfehlenswert! 2 kleine Kritikpunkte: Frühstück jeden Tag gleich (dennoch in Ordnung), und das Gym hat keine Gewichte für Sport. Ansonsten alles perfekt!

Amazing! Super generepus hotel with everything high end in the rooms. Location is perfect the food and the vibes too! The gym is small but super high end machines and it is open 24/7. The spa is great and the in house shop too! Nikki beach never disappoint in any country! I would def return! LOVE it!

Great hotel, some of the facilities are now very tired and in need of repair (broken tiles in swimming pool, broken kayak (there is only 1) etc. Hotel is very distant from anywhere and restaurant in the evening is appalling (food on 3 occasions was badly cooked and burnt). In need of some TLC and a new chef for the evening restaurant

We had a wonderful time, it exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a garden villa and were happy with how private it was, especially as the surrounding villas weren’t occupied. We almost booked the ocean view villa but the garden villa has more privacy and actually we could still glimpse the ocean from sitting on our font deck. Food was good! A great buffet breakfast with A la carte options. There was a thai food restaurant across the road that we really liked to eat at as well. One thing to note is that the main pool is a beach club daily so has loud house music playing from noon until 7pm which can be heard throughout the entire hotel. There is a quieter pool that we could enjoy. Before the beach club music the hotel is very quiet and peaceful, we had the loveliest mornings and evenings relaxing by the ocean and swimming in the pool. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Our 1 year old enjoyed playing with the toys in the kids club room as well.

Zuvorkommendes Personal, hat sofort auf meine Beschwerde einer bis in den Morgenstunden Lärmenden Unerzogene Russischen Kindern reagiert und mir ein Upgrade auf die private Villa V1 angeboten. Diese war perfekt mit eigenem Strandabschnitt und eigenen Pool. Was war nicht so toll: die Musikauswahl vom DJ der von Mittags bis Abends die Poolliegearea beschallt hat. Und was gar nicht geht das Liegen in der ersten Reihe zum Meer reserviert werden für auswärts zahlende Gäste. Das heißt Hotelgäste haben dann das Nachsehen. Ok vermeidbar wenn man die Poolvilla V1 oder V3 bucht. Diese hat auch 2 Bedrooms so das Famile mit Kindern oder 2 befreundete Paare Platz finden!

Nikki Beach is in the calmer, more enjoyable, western part of Koh Samui, from which you can enjoy amazing sunsets. The hotel design is very nice, and curated, both in indoor and outdoor areas. Common areas are really beautiful, and the room we stayed in was very spacious and kept very clean. Bonus points for the balcony, that was also very spacious: an amazing place to chill and recharge. Breakfast was very good and varied, and service was of very high level: all the staff was helpful and kind. We also tried the spa, which was a good experience. The only annoying part for me was the dj music in one of the pools, from around midday: you could not hear it from the rooms, but in the breakfast and restaurant area it was a bit too much for me. The other, calmer and longer pool was amazing also to swim.

Als Hotelgast muss man trotzdem einen Mindestverzehr für die Sonnenliegen zahlen. Strand am Hotel sehr bescheiden. Ansonsten schöne Zimmer und toller Service!

Breakfast is exquisit! Very many options from home made jam to sweet treats, hot food items, canapés, healthy shakes to wrap options. Food and drinks in the restaurants however are overpriced but there are dining options around that are absolutely worth a try. Rooms are spacious with a beautiful view of the pool and closeness to beach. Staff could be a little less on their phone and more knowledgeable about the hotel and its offerings/ happenings. First night we booked a table in the escape restaurant on the beach with fire show and nobody knew anything about it. They even told us that there was no fire show until we asked about the 3rd person! We also never received an email reply for airport transfer on the way here. We then just took a taxi from the airport (about 40min drive)! The hotel organized us a scooter - definitely recommendable. That way you can explore the island by yourself! The hotel itself could use some renovation especially maybe during off season. Sanding the front porches or repairing the wood on the sun beds/couches would be good. That looked a little worn out! Overall nice stay on a beautiful island :)

Some of the housekeeping staff were rude, there was a number of geckos not that it was the staff’s fault, sometimes the food I wanted wasn’t available, and I slept horrible one night because of the lack of AC. But, the food was very good and the pools were very clean and nice. Additionally, the staff working at the restaurants were very easygoing and lovely to spend time with. Props to them for elevating the experience of my trip.

The Nikki Beach Resort is in a beautiful location. We were lucky enough to have a two bed villa that overlooked the sea, had its own pool and it was fabulous. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Upon arriving at the hotel, I have to stay it didn’t fill me with confidence, the curb appeal isn’t the greatest for a five star hotel, there seems to be no service entrance so workers are constantly in and out. The check in procedure was far too long, especially considering we arrived at 3:30pm, and we were growing impatient, plus the welcome drink wasn’t the best (1st world problems!). Cleaning and servicing the rooms was also long and often occurred in the afternoon, so turn down and cleaning were not separated, however they did a good job and kept us stocked up with water. Breakfast was good from a food perspective, the staff were friendly but slightly lackadaisical and the coffee and ordered breakfast items could take a while to come out. I can’t review lunch, cocktails, dinner etc….as the prices were astronomical and I didn’t want to ruin the holiday by paying well over the odds for a drink you could get across the road for less than half the price. Overall, I’m really glad we had a villa but drinks are ridiculously expensive and don’t expect anything to be quick…. Go out for food and drinks or stock up at 7/11.

The hotel is beautiful..I stayed in one of the ground floor rooms that surround the long lap pool. Room was comfortable, clean, chic. Shower had great water pressure and the a/c worked great. Service was excellent, all staff always met me with a yes and a friendly smile. I loved the rice snacks they offered every night for turn down service. I would stay here again despite the following feedback: the food at the beach club was good enough for having a fresh meal during the day. I booked dinner at the separate restaurant hoping to be wowed, but it was more of the same..I tried various dishes on the menu and nothing left an impression (except for the coconut creme brulee). There are not very many other options nearby so was a bit disappointed by the mid food. Restaurant definitely needs a menu refresh. Other comment is that even guests have to reach the minimum spend per day for a daybed at the beach club..I was alone so found it hard to hit the limit each day (even with the min spend being 50% less for guests). Pls consider eliminating this for guests esp during low season. I would have gone to the beach club everyday and had lunch there but didnt bc of this (the beach club was completely empty for my entire stay).

Vi upplevde boende som mycket bra ! Städning helt ok men kunde vara mer kvalitet! Ojämnt och night service första kvällen var ok men sedan övergick i meningslös godis och vatten runt 17 och sedan inget mer ! Toalettpapper saknades mm ! Ojämnt och night service första kvällen var ok men sedan övergick i meningslös godis och vatten runt 17 och sedan inget mer ! Toalettpapper saknades mm ! Nikki Beach is in the calmer, more enjoyable, western part of Koh Samui, from which you can enjoy amazing sunsets. The hotel design is very nice, and curated, both in indoor and outdoor areas. Common areas are really beautiful, and the room we stayed in was very spacious and kept very clean. Bonus points for the balcony, that was also very spacious: an amazing place to chill and recharge. Breakfast was very good and varied, and service was of very high level: all the staff was helpful and kind. We also tried the spa, which was a good experience. The only annoying part for me was the dj music in one of the pools, from around midday: you could not hear it from the rooms, but in the breakfast and restaurant area it was a bit too much for me. The other, calmer and longer pool was amazing also to swim.

The Nikki Beach Resort is in a beautiful location. We were lucky enough to have a two bed villa that overlooked the sea, had its own pool and it was fabulous. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Upon arriving at the hotel, I have to stay it didn’t fill me with confidence, the curb appeal isn’t the greatest for a five star hotel, there seems to be no service entrance so workers are constantly in and out. The check in procedure was far too long, especially considering we arrived at 3:30pm, and we were growing impatient, plus the welcome drink wasn’t the best (1st world problems!). Cleaning and servicing the rooms was also long and often occurred in the afternoon, so turn down and cleaning were not separated, however they did a good job and kept us stocked up with water. Breakfast was good from a food perspective, the staff were friendly but slightly lackadaisical and the coffee and ordered breakfast items could take a while to come out. I can’t review lunch, cocktails, dinner etc….as the prices were astronomical and I didn’t want to ruin the holiday by paying well over the odds for a drink you could get across the road for less than half the price. Overall, I’m really glad we had a villa but drinks are ridiculously expensive and don’t expect anything to be quick…. Go out for food and drinks or stock up at 7/11.

On the quieter side of the island. Close to the Lipa Noi Port, which is great if you are going to the mainland by car and Raja Ferry. Fantastic room! Great pools. Nice beach.

We had the honeymoon suite which looked directly over the water. The view was amazing. 30 meters from the beach, which is tiny, but lovely to swim in. I should have done my research a bit better as this particular suite is the closest to the 'Day Club' and loud music plays from noon until sunset. The service was friendly and attentive.

It is not ideal that the fridge is next to the head area of the bed, as it is very loud and disturbs, when sleeping. The next supermarket ist very far away and also, the area itself is quite lonesome.

Some of the housekeeping staff were rude, there was a number of geckos not that it was the staff’s fault, sometimes the food I wanted wasn’t available, and I slept horrible one night because of the lack of AC. But, the food was very good and the pools were very clean and nice. Additionally, the staff working at the restaurants were very easygoing and lovely to spend time with. Props to them for elevating the experience of my trip.

The hotel is beautiful..I stayed in one of the ground floor rooms that surround the long lap pool. Room was comfortable, clean, chic. Shower had great water pressure and the a/c worked great. Service was excellent, all staff always met me with a yes and a friendly smile. I loved the rice snacks they offered every night for turn down service. I would stay here again despite the following feedback: the food at the beach club was good enough for having a fresh meal during the day. I booked dinner at the separate restaurant hoping to be wowed, but it was more of the same..I tried various dishes on the menu and nothing left an impression (except for the coconut creme brulee). There are not very many other options nearby so was a bit disappointed by the mid food. Restaurant definitely needs a menu refresh. Other comment is that even guests have to reach the minimum spend per day for a daybed at the beach club..I was alone so found it hard to hit the limit each day (even with the min spend being 50% less for guests). Pls consider eliminating this for guests esp during low season. I would have gone to the beach club everyday and had lunch there but didnt bc of this (the beach club was completely empty for my entire stay).

Zuvorkommendes Personal, hat sofort auf meine Beschwerde einer bis in den Morgenstunden Lärmenden Unerzogene Russischen Kindern reagiert und mir ein Upgrade auf die private Villa V1 angeboten. Diese war perfekt mit eigenem Strandabschnitt und eigenen Pool. Was war nicht so toll: die Musikauswahl vom DJ der von Mittags bis Abends die Poolliegearea beschallt hat. Und was gar nicht geht das Liegen in der ersten Reihe zum Meer reserviert werden für auswärts zahlende Gäste. Das heißt Hotelgäste haben dann das Nachsehen. Breakfast is exquisit! Very many options from home made jam to sweet treats, hot food items, canapés, healthy shakes to wrap options. Food and drinks in the restaurants however are overpriced but there are dining options around that are absolutely worth a try. Rooms are spacious with a beautiful view of the pool and closeness to beach. Staff could be a little less on their phone and more knowledgeable about the hotel and its offerings/ happenings. First night we booked a table in the escape restaurant on the beach with fire show and nobody knew anything about it. They even told us that there was no fire show until we asked about the 3rd person! We also never received an email reply for airport transfer on the way here. We then just took a taxi from the airport (about 40min drive)! The hotel organized us a scooter - definitely recommendable. That way you can explore the island by yourself! The hotel itself could use some renovation especially maybe during off season. Sanding the front porches or repairing the wood on the sun beds/couches would be good. That looked a little worn out! Overall nice stay on a beautiful island :)

Common areas are really beautiful, and the room we stayed in was very spacious and kept very clean. Bonus points for the balcony, that was also very spacious: an amazing place to chill and recharge. Breakfast was very good and varied, and service was of very high level: all the staff was helpful and kind. We also tried the spa, which was a good experience. The only annoying part for me was the dj music in one of the pools, from around midday: you could not hear it from the rooms, but in the breakfast and restaurant area it was a bit too much for me. The other, calmer and longer pool was amazing also to swim.

The hotel and resort are impeccable, really top quality. I stayed here for a couple of nights of luxury and that was plenty because there isn’t that much to do outside of the hotel. The prices are extremely high for Thailand for food and drink, but I guess that’s to expect when paying for the name of Nikki Beach!

L’hôtel est très bien, mais quand on réserve pensant avoir une baignoire, et au final nous sommes obligés de payer en plus pour être upgrade pour pouvoir avoir une baignoire, je ne trouve pas ça correct. The Nikki Beach Resort is in a beautiful location. We were lucky enough to have a two bed villa that overlooked the sea, had its own pool and it was fabulous. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Upon arriving at the hotel, I have to stay it didn’t fill me with confidence, the curb appeal isn’t the greatest for a five star hotel, there seems to be no service entrance so workers are constantly in and out. The check in procedure was far too long, especially considering we arrived at 3:30pm, and we were growing impatient, plus the welcome drink wasn’t the best (1st world problems!). Cleaning and servicing the rooms was also long and often occurred in the afternoon, so turn down and cleaning were not separated, however they did a good job and kept us stocked up with water. Breakfast was good from a food perspective, the staff were friendly but slightly lackadaisical and the coffee and ordered breakfast items could take a while to come out. I can’t review lunch, cocktails, dinner etc….as the prices were astronomical and I didn’t want to ruin the holiday by paying well over the odds for a drink you could get across the road for less than half the price. Overall, I’m really glad we had a villa but drinks are ridiculously expensive and don’t expect anything to be quick…. Go out for food and drinks or stock up at 7/11.

Great hotel, some of the facilities are now very tired and in need of repair (broken tiles in swimming pool, broken kayak (there is only 1) etc. Hotel is very distant from anywhere and restaurant in the evening is appalling (food on 3 occasions was badly cooked and burnt). The hotel is beautiful..I stayed in one of the ground floor rooms that surround the long lap pool. Room was comfortable, clean, chic. Shower had great water pressure and the a/c worked great. Service was excellent, all staff always met me with a yes and a friendly smile. I loved the rice snacks they offered every night for turn down service. I would stay here again despite the following feedback: the food at the beach club was good enough for having a fresh meal during the day. I booked dinner at the separate restaurant hoping to be wowed, but it was more of the same..I tried various dishes on the menu and nothing left an impression (except for the coconut creme brulee). There are not very many other options nearby so was a bit disappointed by the mid food. Restaurant definitely needs a menu refresh. Other comment is that even guests have to reach the minimum spend per day for a daybed at the beach club..I was alone so found it hard to hit the limit each day (even with the min spend being 50% less for guests). Pls consider eliminating this for guests esp during low season. I would have gone to the beach club everyday and had lunch there but didnt bc of this (the beach club was completely empty for my entire stay).

Breakfast is exquisit! Very many options from home made jam to sweet treats, hot food items, canapés, healthy shakes to wrap options. Food and drinks in the restaurants however are overpriced but there are dining options around that are absolutely worth a try. Rooms are spacious with a beautiful view of the pool and closeness to beach. Staff could be a little less on their phone and more knowledgeable about the hotel and its offerings/ happenings. First night we booked a table in the escape restaurant on the beach with fire show and nobody knew anything about it. They even told us that there was no fire show until we asked about the 3rd person! We also never received an email reply for airport transfer on the way here. We then just took a taxi from the airport (about 40min drive)! The hotel organized us a scooter - definitely recommendable. That way you can explore the island by yourself! The hotel itself could use some renovation especially maybe during off season. Sanding the front porches or repairing the wood on the sun beds/couches would be good. That looked a little worn out! Overall nice stay on a beautiful island :)

Nikki Hotel Samui, is far away from a 5 star hotel. Staff member: Receptionists are friendly and welcoming. Waiters, unprofessional manners. Far from Nikki standards. A group of them are cohesive and they don’t give any attention of the customer’s needs ( while i paid top dollars ). Hotel conditions: The hotel need a renovation. Doors cracked in the room. Showers doesn’t work properly. Wood floor damage. Facilities: The hotel doesn’t offer any particular activities to make their customer spend their days. Only house music in the pool area. Outside of the hotel, there is absolutely nothing, rather then some restaurant. Hotel restaurant: Food quality is poor. Cuisine is a mix from Mediterranean and Thai. Breakfast terrible, poor choices . Even a cappucino was awful. Drinks at the pool, are made without any skill. I believe they learnt by themself, otherwise a simply Mojito, can not be that terrible ( while they asking up to 15 dollars ). Price: Everything is extremely overprices. There is a lots of work to do for the new Manager.

We had a wonderful stay at Nikki Beach Resort and would gladly return. The property is beautiful, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone was friendly and accommodating and made our stay so enjoyable. One of the things we appreciated most was the location. The resort was within easy walking distance of several local restaurants, including Tammi's, and there were also two massage parlors nearby, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy great food and relax without needing transportation. Tours and excursions also picked us up directly from the resort with no issues, making it easy to explore the island. The only downside was the resort's food. While the breakfast was acceptable, the remainder of the resort's food selections didn't quite match the exceptional quality of the accommodations and service. Thankfully, we discovered Tammi's on our first night, and it truly felt like a hidden gem. The restaurant was air-conditioned (a welcome escape from the tropical heat), and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They took our food orders seriously and made sure everything was prepared exactly as requested. The bartender was exceptionally meticulous, and every drink was consistently excellent.
