A Nilma, funcionária da pousada, é uma pessoa incrível! Super alto-astral, disposta a ajudar… Gostei muito dela! A pousada é simples, porém confortável. Tem um café da manhã bacana, com opções de tapioca, omelete etc. O ponto negativo é o horário do café, que vai só até 9h. Numa viagem de férias, tem dias que queremos dormir até mais tarde. A pousada também serve um chá da tarde, o que ajuda bastante. Senti um cheiro forte no quarto, parecia cheiro de creme depilatório. Deve ser de algum produto de limpeza. Fica na vila do 30. Da para ir andando para a Vila dos Remédios, se a pessoa tiver disposição. Próxima a restaurantes e a um mercadinho. No geral, gostei bastante e voltaria.

A equipe do hotel é extremamente atenciosa e prestativa, o que contribuiu positivamente para a experiência. No entanto, os quartos deixam a desejar. Por não receberem incidência de sol, apresentam odor de mofo, situação que é agravada pela decoração e pelos materiais utilizados. Trata-se de um ponto que merece atenção, pois impacta diretamente o conforto da estadia.
