EcoCharme Pousada Netuno

First of all I would Like to say that since the beginning of My reservation, in the chat service, before coming to Fernando, they were super helpful with a Perfect English. I also made a mistake by booking an extra day and they refund me even if they did not have to. We arrived and the pousada, compare to other, is really nice. Staff is friendly but soeaks equal to zero English so they could not explain to us anything Like to leave thhe key at the desk in Order to get the room cleaned. We never had the room cleaned and they never proposed to us to clean it. I asked 3 times new towels and that's all. So after 5 days was really dirty. Rooms are small and you must use airconditioning because you do not a Windows unless you Wanna lose privacy. Room full of humidity on the walls and mold which really pissed me off ti breath that air for 5 days. You can see picture updloaded Breakfast home made and was wonderful

Equipe muito simpática, ar condicionado gelando bem e silencioso, café da manhã simples mas muito bom, com omelete e tapiocas feito na hora.

Quarto e equipe especialmente Milena são um sucesso !! Recomendo demais. Café ótimo e localização massa .

A equipe do hotel é extremamente atenciosa e prestativa, o que contribuiu positivamente para a experiência. No entanto, os quartos deixam a desejar. Por não receberem incidência de sol, apresentam odor de mofo, situação que é agravada pela decoração e pelos materiais utilizados. Trata-se de um ponto que merece atenção, pois impacta diretamente o conforto da estadia.
