Local de excelente localização e facil acesso. Tem maquina de lavar e de secar roupa para uso dos hospedes, o que excelente e ajuda muito. Apesar de indicar que tem estacionamento, a propriedade não possui estacionamento, mas precisa deixar o carro na rua. É certo que num raio de 3 quarteirões vai se achar uma vaga, mas é vaga na rua pagando a "parking fee" e não ha estacionamento na propriedade conforme indicado no anuncio.

Perfect small, no frills apartment to sleep up to 4 with kitchenette. Downtown, walk everywhere. 3 of us stayed 2 nights. I wanted the double bed turned into 2 singles. I phoned and the manager was there in 5 minutes to do it for us. Easy street parking in P1 and P2 on a one way street, free on weekends.
Perfect small, no frills apartment to sleep up to 4 with kitchenette. Downtown, walk everywhere. 3 of us stayed 2 nights. I wanted the double bed turned into 2 singles. The apartment is very clean, simple but functional. Beds were comfortable. Its right next door to the main shopping street and only a block away from a Bonus supermarket. Word of caution for those who wish to use the laundry facility, there is only one washer/dryer to be shared among all abd must be completed by 8pm so if doing laundry is not important, this is perfect but for us, it was semi so it was a bit of a hassle to be done in time.

Wonderful Stay at Alfred’s Apartments We had a fantastic stay at Alfred’s Apartments! The space was exactly as pictured—clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The host was kind and welcoming, making check-in and communication easy. The location was perfect, with restaurants and a grocery store just a short walk away. The apartment had everything we needed, including a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a very comfortable bed. Our teenager especially loved the cozy loft space. It was a perfect home base for our trip, and we would definitely stay here again!

Older style but fantastic location to grocery/shopping/food. The door locks a bit tricky as I had trouble and had to explain to 3 other people how to use them. It was clean and laundry on site which was great.

Alfred’s Apartment’s is the cutest apartment. Nice size for 4 people (2 adults, 1 teen, 1 child). 1 bedroom with 2 beds and 1 double pull out couch in the livingroom that teen said was comfy. Our beds in the bedroom were extremely comfy. Kitchen and bathroom. Equipped with everything we need, clean, and decorated with so much charm. Laundry is free, which has been incredibly convenient. The host has been both friendly and helpful. We are conveniently located next to all of the main downtown Reykjavik shops and restaurants and only a couple of blocks from pretty much everything else. Honestly, you couldn’t ask for much more. I would stay here a million times over. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Alfred's Apartments. 🇮🇸

Great location, decent price and overall a good option. Parking will be an issue if you have a rental car. Being so close to the main road, zone 1 is expensive.

What a find! This place was great, everything you could need, and so clean. Location was also fantastic. The host was most helpful, taking extra time to help us use the on-sight laundry facilities. Highly recommend.

The location is the best. It’s close to everything and super convenient. Very neat and clean. Loved everything about it. The owner is also helpful and attentive. If you find this place book it and you’d be lucky.

Everything was great! Our one bedroom had a very nice kitchen fully supplied with utensils, cookware and dishes. Everything was nit clean and well organized. The information was well prepared. The location is perfect: right next to restaurants and city attractions. The heat was easy to control. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everything put together, Alfreds Apartment was truly one of the best bookings we stayed in.

A lovely warm welcome. The apartment was great, very clean and enough room for 3 people. The kitchenette had everything you'd need and the bathroom was spotless. Beds were very comfortable. The apartments were close to the city centre and a two minute walk from Hallsgrimkirkja. Buses were close by to bring to Perlan if you wanted to go. Lots of bakeries, cafes and restaurants in your doorstep too. Perfect place for your holiday stay.

Alfred's Apartment's was everything descibed. Great value and in the centre of main shopping/ eating area in Laugavegur St. Very clean, great power shower. We had studio and was still spacious. Host provided room on ground floor which was what we requested. Also allowed to check in early as previous guests left early. Very helpful and friendly. Fisn n chip restaurant opposite, excellent food eat in and takeaway, nice staff . Bonus Supermarket 3 mins in Laugauver St. Prices not too bad. This is a good find, recommend. Michael AUG 24.

Nice clean apartment that was fully furnished. Initially had issues with the locks but the owner was onsight and quickly addressed the issue. Also great location as it is in the central part of the city and within walking distance to all the major attractions.

Alfred's Apartments was clean and in a great, walkable location. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby, as well as grocery and local attractions. The only thing the apartment was missing, which we wish we knew ahead of time, was shampoo and conditioner. They did provide soap, though. Because of the location, noise from the street was a bit loud overnight, but the ability to access so much during the day (and to walk only a few blocks for private, twilight views of the Skolavorduholt church was worth it. The host was incredible with communication, welcoming us shortly after we arrived, and making sure we had all we needed (except the shampoo and conditioner..but at least the grocery store was nearby!). Definitely recommend!

Very nice apartment centrally located and close to a host of restaurants and shops. The one thing we disliked was the walls are super thin, so it was not very quiet. We had an apartment located on a lower floor so we literally could hear everything from the apartment above us. Whenever they would walk around the apartment or up the stairs, it literally sounded as if they were stomping and jumping around. It made it very frustrating at night while trying to sleep.

Perfect spot in the heart of Reykjavik. Great coffee shop right across the street. Walking distance to many of the city sites. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Apartment was good. Reasonably well equipped with most things you would need for a stay. The only thing that we didnt like was the shower. This only had a curtain and put a lot of water on the floor. Our apartment was on the ground floor and suffered from a lot of noise late into most nights as people came home from night excursions. Saturday night also noisy from drinkers outside.

A lovely warm welcome. The apartment was great, very clean and enough room for 3 people. The kitchenette had everything you'd need and the bathroom was spotless. Beds were very comfortable. The apartments were close to the city centre and a two minute walk from Hallsgrimkirkja. Buses were close by to bring to Perlan if you wanted to go. Lots of bakeries, cafes and restaurants in your doorstep too. Perfect place for your holiday stay.

We stayed in 2 bedrooms with balcony on 2nd floor for 6 nights. Place is small and basic in central location. 2 blocks from bus stop 9. Owner lives at property. Bathroom was tiny. Shower space was small, we managed. It was a small unit. No extra space to put bags. We joined 2 chairs to put our 2 carryons. Nice cafe and fast food nextdoor for early or late night meals.

Alfred’s Apartment’s is the cutest apartment. Nice size for 4 people (2 adults, 1 teen, 1 child). 1 bedroom with 2 beds and 1 double pull out couch in the livingroom that teen said was comfy. Our beds in the bedroom were extremely comfy. Kitchen and bathroom. Equipped with everything we need, clean, and decorated with so much charm. Laundry is free, which has been incredibly convenient. The host has been both friendly and helpful. We are conveniently located next to all of the main downtown Reykjavik shops and restaurants and only a couple of blocks from pretty much everything else. Honestly, you couldn’t ask for much more. I would stay here a million times over. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for Alfred's Apartments. 🇮🇸

We stayed here as a family of five and it was a great fit for our needs. The apartment is on the smaller side, but it was thoughtfully laid out and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t have been better – close to resturants, shoping, the church, the older city of iceland, the water sculpture, etc which made exploring very easy. The loft bedroom is open, so it may not be ideal for families with very young children, but for us it worked perfectly. Overall, a cozy, well-located place that we would happily stay in again.

Wonderful Stay at Alfred’s Apartments We had a fantastic stay at Alfred’s Apartments! The space was exactly as pictured—clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The host was kind and welcoming, making check-in and communication easy. The location was perfect, with restaurants and a grocery store just a short walk away. The apartment had everything we needed, including a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a very comfortable bed. Our teenager especially loved the cozy loft space. It was a perfect home base for our trip, and we would definitely stay here again!

When I arrived the owner was on site and took me to my room. He had a local map, Iceland map, several different guide books, a printed sheet of all the info I would need all laid out on the table. He gave me some great basic overviews of the studio apartment, the local area, and was happy to answer any questions I had. The location was so perfect! Everything i wanted to see in Reykjavík was very easily walkable. The neighborhood was perfect, very close to at least a dozen restaurants, shopping and so much more. The price was better than many of the hotels. I will definitely stay here on my next visit! Very highly recommend!!!

Alfred's Apartment's was everything descibed. Great value and in the centre of main shopping/ eating area in Laugavegur St. Very clean, great power shower. We had studio and was still spacious. Host provided room on ground floor which was what we requested. Also allowed to check in early as previous guests left early. Very helpful and friendly. Fisn n chip restaurant opposite, excellent food eat in and takeaway, nice staff . Bonus Supermarket 3 mins in Laugauver St. Prices not too bad. This is a good find, recommend. Michael AUG 24.

Nice clean apartment that was fully furnished. Initially had issues with the locks but the owner was onsight and quickly addressed the issue. Also great location as it is in the central part of the city and within walking distance to all the major attractions.

This apartment was perfect for a 4 day visit to Reykjavík. It’s in a great location, 2 min walk to a grocery store (Bonus) and Main Street with shops and restaurants. Quick walk to the main church and rainbow street and 5 min walk to a main road with two bus stop pick ups for airport, blue lagoon and all excursions. The apartment has a mini fridge, hot plate and everything you need. Also very warm and the twin apartment has a balcony. Would stay here again and recommend. Easy check in and out as well!

Everything was great! Our one bedroom had a very nice kitchen fully supplied with utensils, cookware and dishes. Everything was nit clean and well organized. The information was well prepared. The location is perfect: right next to restaurants and city attractions. The heat was easy to control. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everything put together, Alfreds Apartment was truly one of the best bookings we stayed in.

Very efficient apartment perfect location close to downtown and bus stop. My unit was ready early which made my first day SO much better with being able to nap after an overnight flight. The host was friendly and helpful. My only two complaints were how hot the unit was even with all heat turned off. No AC so windows had to be open for some cool air flow but still too hot to sleep comfortably. And the sulfur smell in the water is a lot! I only read about the sulfur water at this apartment in the FAQ section after booking. If you are in anyway sensitive to smells or easily icked out this will be a problem for you. Everyone kept saying how the water is so clean in Iceland and you can drink right from the tap but I didn’t experience that. Showering was tough also as you are surrounded by that smell. Sorry to be negative but if I had read this in a review I would have booked elsewhere.

We enjoyed our stay at Alfred's. The apartment was in a great location. The bathroom, while very small, functioned well. The apartment was cheery and bright. It is right across the path from Reykjavik Chips, a burger and basics restaurant that had great shakes. Very handy for a quick bite. The manager was very pleasant. Highly recommend!
