There is no breakfast on offer The description said there was a rooftop terrace, there was not, and when I asked about it, I was very rudely rebuffed, saying it is only for certain rooms and not mine. The manager was surly and acted as if it was an imposition to be dealing with guest. He was there for check-in and then disappeared. Check out is at 10 and he will not keep your luggage later than 12 as he will not be there. There was no information about the password for the free Wi-Fi anywhere, and when I messaged him about it, I got no response. Finally, I was unable to get the key out of the door in the evening and so we’re stuck in my room, again no response to my urgent plea for help. I had to contact Expedia, and then he arrived in a very bad mood and treated me like an idiot for having trouble with the key. A very bad experience. Thank goodness Expedia stepped in and helped. Excellent service from Expedia. Glad I booked through them. Apart from that, if you come by train, be aware, it is a long uphill walk to the hotel on bumpy pavements. The room itself was OK, I especially liked the fluffy very clean, white towels.

Ya sé que lo pone cuando haces la reserva pero eso de que te cibren más si llegas más tarde de las 20:00... Lo siento pero no puedo estar de acuerdo. Lo demás, bien. Sin nada que reprochar.

It was ok. Just seen the guy only to pay. A banket was not clean. The dark blue one. But clean for the rest and a good shower.
