They don't tell you they don't accept cashapp visa cards at the property after you book even though they'll let you book with the card online, or that you can pay cash (like i was trying to do) AFTER they charge the card on the booking site, then pay cash after you stay. So, since the card on file was cashapp, i had to leave and go put money in another account to come back and use that card, just to pay cash after the stay 🤔 kind of annoying. The hotel is nice though, room big and bed comfy. Pool is seasonal and hot tub (they're outdoors). Breakfast is 6am to 10am downstairs. Plenty of trailer parking.

Specifically asked for hotel with pool. Pool was closed. No room cleaning or fresh towels avalable on weekend. Staff just had a too bad for you attitude. Would not stay there again.

All the staff was amazing. The power went out from a storm but they still provided us with breakfast. They had muffins cereal and fruit . Do we was very appreciative of that!!!!

The shower was only luke warm the entire stay-was told that’s the way it is. The can lights fell out of the ceiling on two occasions. The Thermostat basically only operates the fan on the heat and ac. The room was a nice room with a lot of space and the staff was nice. Breakfast seemed a little understaffed and lacked keeping up with. The remodeling in kitchen was a little annoying on Sat morning when we would have appreciated some sleep. It was a decent place I don’t know I would stay again though. Hot water and quiet is a big deal for me.

The breakfast wasnt that great. Orange jucie was watered down. Apple juice gave my wife a weird allergic reaction and she has never had a reaction to apple juice. Beds were comfortable but pillows were small. Hot tub was more like a warm tub

I'm not sure if they had a water leak or if the first floor was under construction, but it was a disaster, including the elevator. The 4th foor, where we stayed, was clean though, and our room was comfortable.

Very comfortable. Would have been 5 stars but the renovation impacted my review. Pool could have been cleaner comfortable enough and looked clean enough but had some leaves in the pool. Over all would stay again

We had an early flight the next morning so arrived later in the evening around 9pm so we didnt get a chance to enjoy the pool which looked quite lovely. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows were nice as well.

Looks nice on a superficial level, but there were loose hairs all over the place in the room, in the bedsheets, all over the bathroom, on the chairs. I don't like paying for a space covered in other people's DNA. Gross and glad I brought my own blankets and pillow. Definitely bring footwear too. Also the ventilation was horrific and I woke up both mornings with congestion and breathing issues that went away within an hour of leaving the room.

The rooms were very nice and the lobby area was too. Front desk people were helpful and pleasant. However I was there 4 nights and only had maid service once. I had to go find a maid and ask for it. Also in the breakfast area, the serving trays for the eggs, sausage and potatoes appeared to be heated (plugged into outlet) but every day they were cold.

Size and accommodations of room were wonderful! Employees were awesome! Faucet in tub dripped for two days, light bulb was out in the bathroom and door hit the shower rod and floor every time you opened and closed it.

The closer we got to this place, the more we weren’t staying. With my background, I’m embarrassed I even booked this. We didn’t even bother to pull in the parking lot. We cut our losses and got out of there. The area is an unsafe.

Our overall stay was great. Clean rooms, very friendly, and helpful staff. Check-in was such a breeze that we were unwinding from the road within 10 minutes of getting there. The place is clean and quiet. All of the staff were professional and very helpful when needed. We did not get to swim due to the storm the previous night, but I will say that the pool maintenance guy was very efficient and had the pool ready and up and running before 10am😳 Breakfast was well put together with many options. The fresh eggs,sausage,and french toast were my favorite and the children loved the waffles with chocolate chip options.

All the staff was amazing. The power went out from a storm but they still provided us with breakfast. They had muffins cereal and fruit . Do we was very appreciative of that!!!!

The shower was only luke warm the entire stay-was told that’s the way it is. The can lights fell out of the ceiling on two occasions. The Thermostat basically only operates the fan on the heat and ac. The room was a nice room with a lot of space and the staff was nice. Breakfast seemed a little understaffed and lacked keeping up with. The remodeling in kitchen was a little annoying on Sat morning when we would have appreciated some sleep. It was a decent place I don’t know I would stay again though. Hot water and quiet is a big deal for me.

The breakfast wasnt that great. Orange jucie was watered down. Apple juice gave my wife a weird allergic reaction and she has never had a reaction to apple juice. Beds were comfortable but pillows were small. Hot tub was more like a warm tub

The location was good. The rooms are only serviced every 5 days, unless requested 24 hours in advance. Breakfast scrambled eggs are always cold and there was no prepared fruit. Will not stay there again.

Toilet didnt work properly and there was no ice available on at least 2 of the 5 floors. Clerk didnt seem to care. Poor attitude.

The breakfast was very good and the person was extremely helpful, she does an excellent job. The room that was assigned to us when we arrived was not made up and cleaned. Had to go back to the front desk and request another room. This should never happen. Also the ice machine on our floor was out of order. We stayed there a week earlier and it was out of order than. You should be able to get service in a week.

The room was clean and it was very quiet, The ice machine on the floor we stayed was out of order and also the one on the first floor. Plus the pool was green colored as compared to the hot tub. When we questioned it they said it was ok to swim, Did not trust the answer.

Waited 10 minutes before the service desk worker came out to check us in. There are no fans in the bathroom so when you shower it is full of steam and fogs up the mirror. The room is very dark. Only small lamps by bed. Made it very hard to read. Rooms need recess lighting. We were on the 2nd floor, ice machine didn't work. Sign also said vending machine but there was not one. Went to front desk they said only ice machines that work are on the 1st and 4th floor. I went to the 1st floor machine it was out if ice then went to 4th floor finally got ice. no signs or paperwork in room telling you what the guest Wi-Fi password was. I tried calling the front desk with the phone in the room, it didn't work. So again I had to go to the front desk for the Wi-Fi information. While there I told them about the phone. At 9:30pm they bring another phone. That phone didn't work either. Stay at your own risk!
