Easy parking, accommodating front desk staff, great spa, generously sized rooms.

Room was very nice and updated. They give a fancy little bag with shampoo, body wash etc. A Keurig, blow dryer, iron, fridge and a safe. Parking is outdoors but they have valet. Casino was very busy! It was a Saturday eve. Really enjoyed the Mixx bar. Great cocktails and a DJ playing good music and not deafening.

Staff was not as friendly as other casino hotels we've stayed in. Every request/question seemed to be a chore. When attending an event, consider booking the extra fee for a room in the North Tower. It's directly next to showroom, shopping, and casino and doesn't require getting car out. In our opinion, worth the price.

The only thing I will say is that I was there for 2 nights, and they did not clean my room at all. Very disappointing.
