Prenotato una depandance che aveva nelle foto una in cui era presente una finestra vista poggiolo. Al mio arrivo NON ERA PRESENTE IN STANZA NESSUNA FINESTRA. Stanza completamente chiusa. Sbalordita dal fatto (mai avrei pensato che un 4 stelle potesse offrire una stanza di così basso livello) ho chiesto di esser spostata. non avevano altre stanze con finestra. per cui ho dovuto cambiare hotel. Ho chiesto il rimborso visto la foto elusiva pubblicata. Non hanno accettato. Pessimi. Non è certo un comportamento da hotel 4 stelle. Non lo consiglio ne ci tornerò, ovviamente!

We stayed one night at Life Hotel Seaview & Spa and cannot recommend it at all. Charging over €130 for this room is unreasonable. Our room (Room 06) was located outside the main building before the lobby entrance, squeezed between the walkway, parking ramp, and active train tracks. Every guest with rolling suitcases walked right past our door, and trains passed by loudly all night. Sleep was impossible. The room felt like an old utility room turned into guest accommodation. There is zero natural daylight: the window has frosted glass to block views into the bathroom and is covered by a roller blind, leaving you in total darkness. The bathroom radiator was heavily rusted with peeling paint. The controls for lighting and AC barely worked. At check-in, we were told not to touch anything and never remove the keycard. Payment was demanded before we could see the room. When we complained, the receptionist dismissed us, claiming "all standard rooms are like this, book sea view if you want something better." I can't judge the sea-view rooms, but non-sea-view guests get an unacceptable closet. We left immediately after one night. Look elsewhere.

Hotel perfetto per un weekend al mare Collegamento alla spiaggia veramente fantastico - una scaletta di distanza Colazione nella media Punti da attenzionare - stile del bagno un po’ datato da rimodernare (soprattutto la doccia)

Hotel spettacolare attaccato al mare! Camere belle e spaziose, peccato il balconcino veramente piccolo! Molto buona colazione e anche al ristorante abbiamo mangiato bene!! Unica nota dolente il parcheggio: non cè un parcheggio per il check-in e se non avete prenotato il garage dovrete fare km per arrivare al parcheggio riservato agli ospiti che andrebbe almeno non fatto pagare visto il disagio (nelle vicinanze ci sono parcheggi gratuiti ma è quasi impossibile trovarne uno visto che ci sono molti turisti)! Il personale è sempr stato molto gentile e disponibile! Ho apprezzato anche ci fosse SKY gratuito! Essendo lato mare non abbiamo riscontrato il problema della ferrovia molto vicina!Ci ritorneremo!
