Front desk and staffs very accommodating. Place a bit old but still big enough for 3 of us. Need to fix and upgrade the bathroom and shower. Old and have a mildew smell. Otherwise all good. Lots of walking. 1-1/2 block away to all the bus stop

Great place to stay. Very reasonably priced good location. My granddaughter loved the pool.

Nice kitchen for traveling. Grounds and areas around the Hotel are pretty. Some of the furniture at the pool needs to be replaced, it’s broken down. Our luggage rack was broken and the bathroom mirror wasn’t cleaned. Otherwise nice room and air conditioning!

I had a really disappointing experience at this hotel. While the location near the beach (and being in a generally nice area) was a plus, it does not make up for the condition of the property. There was mold all over the walls not just in the bathroom, but even along the bedside walls. The wallpaper was peeling, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The hallways had a heavy, moldy smell that made it clear this wasn’t just an isolated issue in one room. It felt like a larger maintenance problem throughout the property. The laundry situation was also frustrating. The laundry area was essentially outdoors, and there were mosquitoes and bugs all around. To make matters worse, we had to wait for staff to finish using the machines before we could even start our own load. There was no breakfast offered, which added to the feeling that the amenities were very limited. Overall, the hotel felt like very low-quality accommodations despite being located in what is otherwise a higher-end area. To be fair, the staff seemed to be trying their best with what they had, but that doesn’t change how disappointing and misleading the experience was. Another frustration was the lack of transparency about parking. It was not clearly stated that parking is not included with the room. Instead, you have to pay extra and park about 0.2 miles away, which was very inconvenient. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations at all, and I would not recommend it unless major improvements are made.
