Bed bugs!

We have stayed were multiple times throughout the years any usually it's good enough. I laidback on-the bed and it felt wet so i got up just to see that my clothes were ruined by bleach. My wife went to the office and they changed out our bedding. They refused to own their mistake and won’t do anything to make it right. They won’t replace the clothes or at the least just reimburse the cost of the room for a night. The front desk won’t speak with me and management won’t help. Please avoid the issues that we encountered and stay somewhere else. I wasn’t asking for anything extra just for what they ruined.

Dirty room, animal hair everywhere, dirty socks on floor, said breakfast was 7-930am, but note on door said was closed at 8am when we went. The staff "upgraded" us to a family room but it was actually a downgrade from 2 queens toba king with a pullout couch that was not comfortable or clean. Was cheap, you pay what you get sometimes.

There was no toilet paper or cups and when we called for it they told us to come to office and get it. There was a down spout by our door so in front of our door was nothing but a sheet of ice we almost fell twice you would think they would have put some salt down or rented a different room out. Was very disappointed
