I recently stayed at this property and unfortunately, the room was in significant need of a full renovation. The bathroom showed clear showed clear signs of wear, including cracked caulking around the tub. The water was hot, which was great and the water pressure was sufficient. The flooring in the bathroom also appeared to have been installed over on existing layer, creating an uneven transition where the bathroom floor sat about half an inch higher than the rest of the room. The refrigerator was not functioning upon arrival and had an unpleasant odor. It appeared the FGCI outlet had been tripped for some time, which raises concerns about routine room checks. Cleanliness was also an issue- there were visible stains on the sheets that looked like paint or something similar. Parking was tight and could be difficult to navigate, especially during busier times. The ice machine situation was inconvenient as well-it was very small and located in the lobby downstairs rather than on guest floors. Most concerning, I woke up with several bites behind my knee, which made for an uncomfortable stay. That said, the front desk attendant was extremely friendly and welcoming, which was appreciated. While the staff was kind, the property itself needs significant updates and better maintenance.
