Shot in the dark…evacuating bc of Helene. Room not ready for check-in until 4:30 pm. Ironically, they were waiting for the floor to dry, which was filthy, so I’m not sure what they mopped with. They required a $100 deposit for “incidentals/damages”. This was strange. The window had a blind, no drapes, so the light from the parking lot lit up the room at night. Mold-mildew in several places on the ceiling and in the shower/tub. The room just felt dirty. Fortunately, I brought my own linen and pillows. The lobby also felt unclean. They were storing boxes of TP and other supplies in the lobby. I didn’t brave the “breakfast”. Water backed up in the tub during shower. The exterior of the hotel was a little rough. Checking in and checking out was painful; took way too much time. They literally called the housekeeper to check my room before returning my $100 cash deposit. Not sure what kind of activity they have had in the past to warrant this deposit process. all in all, super sketchy and dirty.

Fine for an overnight stop while on the road. Staff was super nice. Well lit and security in parking lot so you don’t need to worry about leaving things in your car overnight. Breakfast was decent with plenty of options. Room was okay, air conditioning cool, fridge and microwave handy. Clean enough.

I checked into the motel not realizing it was a motel where you had access to the rooms from outside. After I realized that, I let the front desk manager know that I would need a 1st floor room. She worked hard and was able to accomodate me. Her name is Hannah and I truly appreciate what she did to make sure I had a 1st floor room. Very nice hotel for the price.

The AC in our room was very loud and kept me up all night. There was mildew all over the bathroom ceiling, clumps of dust caked on the vents, and sticky spots on the floor of our room. On the positive side, the front desk staff were polite and nice and we found the bed comfortable.

Don’t waste your money if you are used to clean, comfortable, well designed, and accommodating place. Just pay a little more - it will be worth it. Rude front counter women, smashed elbow on poorly placed shop bar in a tight shower, water floods out of the shower, tv didn’t have remote - got that….found out why no remote - tv didn’t work. I used a towel on the floor to clean up some water and it was pitch black!

The floor was black with filth. It was terrible. Then the clerk said she could not do anything for me because I used a third party. They still owe me 100 credit back on card. They accused me of stealing towels before I even checked out.

One of, if not the dirtiest places I've EVER stayed. Floors were incredibly grimey, like they hadn't been mopped in weeks. My wife took a wet towel across the floor and it was BLACK. Wad of hair found in bed linens. Bath tub didn't drain well and the bathroom was overall dirty as well. Continental breakfast was alright, waffles were good. Would never stay here again though, absolutely disgusting floors. Couldn't let our toddler down.

It was very clean! The hotel clearly takes pride in keeping things tidy. It was a great spot for a night. Recommend if you are road tripping and need a spot a long the way. Service was very polite and friendly at check in.

Overall it was ok. The room was clean, the bed was reasonably comfortable and the water was hot. The staff were friendly and helpful. The AC didn’t get very cold, the TV didn't work and there was a ton of parking lot noise which made it hard to sleep. It served it's purpose for a good price.

As soon as we arrived we were nicely greeted by very friendly front desk employee Sara. The room was newly remodeled so everything seemed clean and big. Lots of pillows and a nice mattress. TV had a load of channels. Area around the hotel seemed clean and safe. The best part was their hot breakfast with loads of choices from poached eggs, sausages, biscuits and gravey, yogurt, waffles, orange and apple juice and even chocolate milk and once again Sara was very friendly and polite. By far the best Econo Lodge we ever stayed at. I almost never leave reviews but I had to leave one here.

I killed two small roaches while taking a shower. Pulled a long black hair out of the towel before using it. Pulled short black hairs out of the hand towel. A/C super loud and rattling all night. Didn’t cool the other side of the room.

Staff was awesome start to finish. The 2 girls that checked us in were smiling and welcoming. They found an Irish pub for us to go to for St. Patrick's Day. Renee at breakfast was so friendly Very happy with our stay!

I called 2 hours before getting to my reserved room just to confirm and they said it's reserved see you when you get here. Then i get there at 11pm tired and ready to sleep only to find out they gave my room to someone else. So i then had to go hotel to hotel finding a room in such short notice. Never again econo lodge.

The first room had some work done and the room was not cleaned . The 2nd room smell like smoke and the microwave was gross and dirty. The staff that checked us in charged me again when room was already paid off.

Our reservation was cancelled by the receptionist at the hotel by order of her manager. When I arrived the receptionist asked to see my license which I gave her for identification, she then asked me to make a copy of my driver license, which I did not want to do because I had recently had my identity stolen, I offered a credit card to be used for incidentals and also offered $200 cash to be held. The room was already paid for, and on the email confirmation from Expedia made no mention of requiring a physical copy of a drivers license. This being the start of Mardi Gras there were no rooms available anywhere close so I wound up driving an additional 6 1/2 hours getting home after midnight. Needless to say I won't be staying at an Econo Lodge in the future

Bed was comfortable, desk staff were not friendly, maid was friendly and helpful, toilet lid was broken, bath tub did not drain well, furniture was dinged up. Breakfast was better than I expected, but coffee was bad. In general, this place needs much updating and staff training in hospitality.

Motel was fine but the neighboring environment is awful. Nearby is a pogy fish processing plant... the smell is penetrating. Whatever good I can say about this accommodations, the smell was horrible.

Check in was awesome and very accommodating. Room was super clean and comfortable……BUT, since we stayed there last, there has been a new fragrance plant that has come on line and it uses ponies (small fish) as an ingredient in making their products and the whole area smells of dead fish. Won’t be going back to one of my favorite low dollar stays!!

Room was super clean and comfortable……BUT, since we stayed there last, there has been a new fragrance plant that has come on line and it uses ponies (small fish) as an ingredient in making their products and the whole area smells of dead fish. Won’t be going back to one of my favorite low dollar stays!!

Fine for an overnight stop while on the road. Staff was super nice. Well lit and security in parking lot so you don’t need to worry about leaving things in your car overnight. Breakfast was decent with plenty of options. Room was okay, air conditioning cool, fridge and microwave handy. Clean enough.

Was pleasantly surprised. Staff was very nice, room was clean with a fridge, hair dryer, coffee maker, iron and cold AC. Breakfast was good (sausage, eggs, biscuits/gravy, juice/coffee). Gas station and Wendy's right next door, and plenty of space to walk your dog. Room rates were excellent too

Bed was comfortable, desk staff were not friendly, maid was friendly and helpful, toilet lid was broken, bath tub did not drain well, furniture was dinged up. Breakfast was better than I expected, but coffee was bad. In general, this place needs much updating and staff training in hospitality.

It was an okay room for our few hours we stayed there. I chose it because of the breakfast advertised and was disappointed they did not have any of the hot options (waffles, eggs, etc) and no tables/chairs to eat. Apparently they were remodeling.

There were cigarette burns on our sheets. There were open tuna and sardine cans all over property and stairs to feed cats. I love cats, but this attracted a TON of ants and other bugs to open cans. As well as rats, which were seen. This is most likely why the staff is feeding the cats to assist with the rodents. Your rooms are very moist feeling, damp and dank. I don’t know if the sheets were clean but there were cigarettes burns in them and it was a nonsmoking room.

My mom and I stayed here for a couple nights so we could be at my niece's bday party since we live out of town and for the most part it was a good place to stay. We didn't have any terrible issues other than the air conditioner started leaking water out of it our last morning but that was an issue with several units due to how hot it is outside! If there was an elevator for people who can't walk/climb very well that would be beneficial as well. Unfortunately all they have is stairs seeing how it is only a 2 story building and I didn't think about saying we needed a bottom room. Other than that I have no complaints.

The staff was tremendously helpful even when we had an issue in the room and they had to transfer us to a new room. The new room had a similar issue as the old but it wasn't as bad.
