The check in staff was professional. The beds were not comfortable. Not enough towels for people sharing a room. The ice machine was totally empty. The vending machine for soft drinks didn't work. The indoor pool was under temperature. The carpets were dirty. Not worth the rate charged.

This is a no-frills property, but was clean, quiet and comfortable at a reasonable price. It has a convenient location with a couple of restaurants within walking distance and much located nearby. Our stay was in the off-season so the indoor pool and hot tub were closed down, which was disappointing, but otherwise our stay was very pleasant. We would definitely return.

The property was average. Our king room had an unexpected adjoining king bed with a sink and balcony, which are rare here. The balcony was nice for our guests who smoke. There are no elevators so be prepared to lug your bags up and down stairs. There was a discrepancy between the website which said the pool/spa was under renovation so we missed the opportunity to bring swimwear. Overall a safe and clean space that shows signs of wear and tear located right on 54, convenient to many stores, shops and restaurants.

Our stat was ok one of the reasons we wanted to stay was for the indoor pool and hot tub. However we were told that they don't get enough business in the winter for them to keep the indoor pool open and I was rather put off by that. We also asked for two rooms and they were on completely opposite sides of the property.

Don't know how this property was rated as high as it was. The staff were good but the building was really old and in dire need of a major remodel. The large gap under the door made it impossible for the air conditioner to dehumidify the small room. The bedding was dirty and sheets showed obvious use before our arrival so I made them change them. Then that night my wife killed a bed bug crawling on her forehead and I had several bites on my legs and thighs the next morning. I should specify that I was on the pet friendly side of the hotel and the other side might have been better. The pet friendly side is a dump and I will never go back there for another stay.

This hotel has been here for years, and it needs to honestly be completely gutted and redone. The rooms are so outdated, and I didn't even walk around the room without my shoes off. The rooms smelly musty and I left with a stuffy nose from all the potential mold. Please look into updating every inch of this hotel.

Pretty run down rooms we had.Started at one on top floor moved downstairs! Beds sucked, were not comfortable at all I did sleep hardly at all for 2 nights! . Rug torn up in some areas, lots of stains on carpet, shower drained real slow, smelled damp and musty in the room, fridge wasn’t hardly cold at all. Dirt and grime in the corners

You get what you pay for I guess. The staff were really nice but we weren’t impressed with our room at all. Shower was gross, temperature was hard to adjust too. No fridge or microwave was a surprise we ended up buying a cooler and ice for some sandwiches to not eat out every meal. Never had to do that when spending over $100 a night before.

The staff was nice. The WI-FI did not work. The room smelled like mildew and was so damp that my paper receipt was even damp. If we had been scheduled for more than one night, I would have had to cancel. Everything else about the room was fine, but that was a major concern and needs to be fixed.

Our room look and smelled like some had a bad case of hangover carpet was not vacuumed semi fresh vomit satin on floor by the bed that was not cleaned up. Flies in the room that just kept appearing. We decided right then that we were not staying there I fed my baby and went to check out we where there less the 30 min go to the front desk to let he lady know she says she was going to go look at I fallow her show her and she reply’s that we can not get a refund bc we sat on the bed and it need to be redone. To which I replayed there is vomit on the floor you need disenfect this room. She just walk out and told me to have a good day !!

Very friendly staff. Clean room. My overall rating is 4.7 The first of three things I would suggest, is that you defrost the mini fridge. It was difficult to place items in the freezer portion due to the large amount of ice build up. The second is that the WiFi signal was only one bar, so see what you can do to enhance that. Third issue was curtains need work. Old and worn out. All easy fixes I would think. Still very good overall experience. I was there 1 day for work, and it served my needs well.

There was no fridge or microwave in our room. Those just seem to be standard at any other hotel we’ve stayed at. The doorknob to the room was so loose it could have easily fallen off. The water was off for several hours, unsure how long exactly because we just went to bed. It was on by morning thankfully. It took the AC a good 2-3 hours to cool down and it wasn’t even as hot out as it has been recently.

Decent hotel for the price. Bigger room but no refrigerator. Rooms could use some upgrades; very clean though. Bed was great. Couple of restaurants right across the street which is convenient. Office staff was very friendly! Overall, we would stay here again.

While our stay was not horrible, it was just not ideal either. But sufficient for a place to lay your head for 1 night. The bed was saggy and very uncomfortable. The buildings definitely need some renovating done. And the continental breakfast they said was served was a joke. We walked in to bagels & mini muffins along with coffee, juice & milk.

I am an iraqi war vet and was traveling with my service dog..they didnt want to accomodate my service dog whom also works as a fire rescue K-9. Didnt feel like we should have to take a 2nd class rating and make us stay in an un wanted room location.So we left

There was no continental breakfast only had donuts. Also rooms smelled and especially hallways and cleaning could have been a little better. Outdoor pool and indoor pool and hot tub was nice. Beds were comfy. Also customer service wasnt the best.

We notified the hotel that we would be arriving late. When we showed up late at night, we had no problem checking in, but when we went to our room the door was standing open and the room was a mess (bedsheets askew, towels on the floor, etc.). In short, it had not been cleaned since the last visitor. The concierge said she would clean it personally if we would wait an hour. We got a refund and left instead.

When we came to check in I read the sign about pets which read to let them know so I did. The lady attitude was very rude and nasty. She kept banging on the keyboard as she was talking to us. Never asked what kind of dog we had just saying rude nasty things. Then when she saw our dog was only 3pounds and tiny she tried to change her attitude. The room was not clean empty newport packages everywhere, sticky candy on the bed it was overall horrible experience

Fun town, comfortable motel run by super nice people. We had a room with a refrigerator and microwave, and a REAL coffee maker. It's about a 20 minute drive to Ha Ha Tonka park. There's a fantastic dog park less than a mile from the motel. We had a lot of fun and highly recommend this place for the money.

Decent hotel for the price. Bigger room but no refrigerator. Rooms could use some upgrades; very clean though. Bed was great. Couple of restaurants right across the street which is convenient. Office staff was very friendly! Overall, we would stay here again.

This is a no-frills property, but was clean, quiet and comfortable at a reasonable price. It has a convenient location with a couple of restaurants within walking distance and much located nearby. Our stay was in the off-season so the indoor pool and hot tub were closed down, which was disappointing, but otherwise our stay was very pleasant. We would definitely return.

The property was average. Our king room had an unexpected adjoining king bed with a sink and balcony, which are rare here. The balcony was nice for our guests who smoke. There are no elevators so be prepared to lug your bags up and down stairs. There was a discrepancy between the website which said the pool/spa was under renovation so we missed the opportunity to bring swimwear. Overall a safe and clean space that shows signs of wear and tear located right on 54, convenient to many stores, shops and restaurants.

We stay here because it is in a good location for us (near a family cabin), is not very expensive, and allows pets. Pet fee ($20) is very reasonable. Appreciate that it is family-owned. Beds are comfortable. Rooms have not been updated in probably 40+ years. Not particularly clean. We have stayed here more than a decade and keep coming back for the above reasons--for us specifically it meets our needs but it's not a very nice place to stay and we are there to sleep. Second day we had no soap, water lukewarm, etc.

There was no continental breakfast only had donuts. Also rooms smelled and especially hallways and cleaning could have been a little better. Outdoor pool and indoor pool and hot tub was nice. Beds were comfy. Also customer service wasnt the best.

While our stay was not horrible, it was just not ideal either. But sufficient for a place to lay your head for 1 night. The bed was saggy and very uncomfortable. The buildings definitely need some renovating done. And the continental breakfast they said was served was a joke. We walked in to bagels & mini muffins along with coffee, juice & milk.

Staff were friendly, room was more than adequate, very clean. Comfortable bed with actual thick pillows. The a/c worked well. The only downside was the breakfast-donuts and bagels. A hot breakfast would have been nice. The pool was also very clean. Overall-we’d totally stay here again.

After reading the reviews I was sceptical but I’m all honesty it was perfect, a little dated but what can you expect for the price, staff very friendly which is half the battle. Breakfast ok again but nothing special

Todo fue increíble! Si bien esperaba otra cosa, todo estuvo muy bien. Todo limpio, rico desayuno, súper súper súper amables los empleados. Además muy bien ubicado respecto de locales comerciales y restaurantes para cenar.

The motel is dated and does need some upgrades but for the money it was more than adequate. It's a place to save on money and be close to everything that's going on. We don't go on vacation to stay in the room anyway. It was clean and comfortable and I really have no complaints. Staff was great and I would stay there again!

This hotel is great because it has an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, and a hot tub. We enjoyed all of them. The breakfast did not offer much, but there is a big grocery store across the street. The room is very spacious and the staff is very friendly. I will definitely stay here in the future with the family when we come for a concert in Camdenton. The drive was also very easy from the concert.
