I'm satisfied for what I paid for from a low budget hotel. I needed something cheap that was near Barber Motorsports. Hotel was clean, quiet, A/C worked well & didn't smell, and ice machine worked. Breakfast was a "light" one, so includes coffee & a honey bun. I'd definitely come back.

Staff was very rude and we were not allowed to have any guest over the fire alarm kept going off in our smoking room they are probably the worst ran hotel and should be shut down charged me 30 extra for booking on line but he just typed it on all and I'm pretty sure made that fee up the hotel was terrible and dirty and I will never come back there

The door to our room didn't seal all the way. The lock was barely attached to the door. A gaping hole with springs exposed in one of the box springs. It did not look like the pictures online. The "breakfast" was just honey buns and an open box of frosted flakes.

I can not understand how these hotels get excellent ratings or are even on this website when you walk in a non smoking room and the bedsteads have cigarette burns. Nicotine stains are dripping down the walls. We pulled the chair out from under the desk and crumbs covered the seat. We convinced ourselves it’s only for a few days. A place to sleep and then get up and go. I will say they didn’t have bugs but they did have two people that actually lived in the hotel that were workers. That is no big deal to me but please do your job. We did not stay and relax due to the circumstances but on the last day of packing our stuff up, we found a vape while we were looking for my kids marbles. The saying is true… DO NOT MOVE THE FURNITURE! The terror of grossness.. This hotel has so much potential but paint and clean the rooms up would be a huge accomplishment.

For the price and meeting my basic needs: cleanliness, comfort, conveniency, friendly staff, I found American Inn an excellent place to stay. When the TV did not work it was fixed without delay. I will definitely stay with them again.

The room seemed clean , had to get a smoking room . There’s a $80 deposit for a nonsmoking room that isn’t stated in the website . The towels are small , the wash cloths look old And worn out . The bed is kinda hard , pillows are small And not enough of them for 2 people . The shower seemed to leak in the floor , which is slippery . The sign didn’t have the the hotel name on it . I don’t recommend this place and I won’t be back .

This property is definitely not as bad as some of the reviews say. It is older but we do not stay at hotels for the decor. The bed was comfortable and it was clean and did not smell like smoke. For ⅓ of the price of hotels in the area, it was good enough for us for the weekend at MotoAmerica. We will definitely stay again. Staff was friendly also.

We needed a place to stay over night while traveling and this motel sits upon the hill above Buc-ee’s in Leeds, AL. Definitely reminded me of the motels we stayed in as a kid… everything was very nice and well maintained.. Front desk was very friendly and professional, this will become our half way stop when we travel to Virginia every year.. you can’t beat the fact Buc-ee’s is literally right there too!

We needed a place to stay over night while traveling and this motel sits upon the hill above Buc-ee’s in Leeds, AL. Definitely reminded me of the motels we stayed in as a kid… everything was very nice and well maintained.. Front desk was very friendly and professional, this will become our half way stop when we travel to Virginia every year.. you can’t beat the fact Buc-ee’s is literally right there too!

Room was not cleaned well. Bed was clean and in fair condition. Bath and vanity was clean, also. Floors needed vacuumed and all needed updating. No hot water to even wash hands, let alone take a shower. When the desk clerk was told, he claimed it was due to too many people.

We were in town for the INDY race at barber n this place was about 1 mile away. Also literally across the street from bucees, about 2 miles from an outlet mall with good food options. Room smelled just cleaned when we arrived n didn't come across anything gross. Plan on staying here again next year for the race.

I have stayed here many times over the years because it is right at the track and is cheap. The breakfast is a joke but for the price of the room you can get breakfast elsewhere.

The door to our room didn't seal all the way. The lock was barely attached to the door. A gaping hole with springs exposed in one of the box springs. It did not look like the pictures online. The "breakfast" was just honey buns and an open box of frosted flakes.

I'm satisfied for what I paid for from a low budget hotel. I needed something cheap that was near Barber Motorsports. Hotel was clean, quiet, A/C worked well & didn't smell, and ice machine worked. Breakfast was a "light" one, so includes coffee & a honey bun. I'd definitely come back.

The carpet in the room was very bad and the smell made it hard to sleep. It also appeared people were actually living there. Sitting outside there rooms and smoking. It was just not a good experience.

Checked in there was no shower Curtin or shampoo next day, returned and instead of two bath towels only one. back to the office the clerk was reluctant but a lady came out with a towel. I made a remark that I wasn't trying to steal a towel. Besides the towels were quite thin and weren't the best for drying. If the rates weren't doubled I wouldn't care but the place IS a dump.
