Kawaguchiya Kinosaki Riverside Hotel

服務員超級親切的，讓人感覺賓至如歸。

This hotel is gorgeous. The staff are so friendly and helpful and they were so kind and patient with me while I tried speaking in Japanese. I had fell and hurt my ankle, lost my train ticket on way and was charged twice and lost my travel adaptor and they were so kind with me as I was a little stressed. They gave me lots of help and instructions. The hotel facilities are great and the ryokan style rooms are beautiful. I can't recommend this hotel enough. They even had my 2 suitcases taken to the train station with only 1hrs notice for 400¥. This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

Amazing room sizes, incredible staff, and amenities

客室が凄くキレイで清掃も行き届いており スタッフの対応も凄く丁寧で気持ちの良い物でした 夕食に🦀が出てきたのですが、冷凍の物と生の物が混在しており味に差が凄くありました。 冷凍の物無くても良かったんじゃ？と思いました 総合評価としては良いで また行きたいと思っております
