WoodSpring Suites Tucson-South

The building is quite new, so everything is super functional and up-to-date. It was fairly full but also very quiet.

This was my first time staying at a WoodSpring Suites, and it is about as basic as it gets. There are no extras—no cribs, no shampoo or conditioner, and no body wash, so definitely bring your own toiletries. That said, the room was perfectly clean and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I was in a pinch.

Well maintained property, secure room access, new, convenient location with stores, theaters, Dave n Busters in the same parking lot and great nearby restaurants made this a great experience. Slight drawback was the fitness center but I’m glad there was one.

The rooms were clean and spacious for these types of hotels. Beds were decent and not too worn out. I liked the kitchen with the fridge. Only detractors were that i've never stayed in a hotel where the essentials were bare minimum. They give you two shower towels and two wash towels, no hand towels. They gave 1 shampoo and 1 bar of soap. No conditioner. You had to give them back the used towels to request a clean towel downstairs. Very strange. We stayed here because of my daughters graduation weekend. Probably won't stay here again. Front counter staff was super nice though.

Not bad, but could use small amenities like hand towels, better toiletries, Kleenex in the bathroom, etc.
