Stylish 2BR City Escape on Collins with Views

We booked the place through Wotif, when we got there, we then found out all kinds of rules that was not listed in Wotif site. Check-in was at 2pm, the "cleaner" did not deliver the key to where we suppose to pick up until 4pm. Even when we received message at 12pm and the host said that he will call her to make sure the key is ready. When we finally entered the apartment, we found hairs on bed sheets. There are plenty of bed sheets but all dirty. We end up going to kmart to pick up new bed sheets and pillow cases. We found washing still in the dryer, messaged the host, he then post these "other rules" or things that we should know about, he said that it was from the web site, I double checked, it is not on Wotif. Besides these, the rest is okay, the heater is kind of semi- warm, the water pressure in shower is slightly passed dribbling standard. Broken vent in shower, doesnt work but the kiten is good. Oh from the "need to know" section, make sure you open the window and turn on hood range to "max", else it will set off the alarm. So cooking in winter like us is so much fun. Yeah, will not come back again. We'll stay in hotels next time.
