The Hedistar Hotel Narita

There is a Family Mart convenience store inaise the hotel and nearby restaurants. The shopping mall is about 7 mins walk. Although quite a bit of a walk to the train station and uphill. Clean and friendly staff. You can have daily supply of toothbrush, hairbrush and shave just available at the front office. Availabilility of the coin laundry is convenient as you dont have to bring lots of clothes. Spacious room and daily change of bath towels. Change of linen can be requested.

Good location and cleanliness. Take note that bus from hotel to airport starts from 7.30am with a pause between 10.30am till 14.30pm. From airport to hotel only starts at 14.55 in T2. Outside of these hours, you can take the train, one stop to Narita Station.

値段はかなり安く、清潔ではあったけど、部屋が少し狭い印象でした。 車で宿泊する場合、駐車場が予約時に取らないと、ホテルの駐車場が使えず、少し徒歩で有料の駐車場まで歩かないといけないのが面倒くさかったです。が、彼女と良い思い出ができました。

No shuttle to Narita Station. Was on the smokers floor and room. Dont smoke and it wasn't a very pleasant smell. Im not a smoker and they couldnt change my room. There is a shuttle to Narita Airport and the cost of the hotel was awesome and cheap. Close to shops and Amenities. I didn't add breakfast menu when booking accommodation, but you can purchase a breakfast sitting at the main reception. Has a convenience store call family mart down stairs where you can buy food etc. Didn't watch TV as I don't understand Japanese. The staff are great as per the Japanese people, very polite and respectful and basically go about there own life. Apart from the smokers floor i enjoyed my stay very much.

近隣数分のところに飲食店(かつ、ラーメン、ステーキ、うなぎ店あり)マックスバリューのスーパーもすぐなので、何も困る事がありません。 ホテルにもコンビニがあるのも便利です。 空港までの送迎もしていただけて(定員あり)リーズナブルに宿泊でき、とても満足です。 スタッフさん、清掃の方、みなさん丁寧な接客でとても気持ちよく宿泊する事ができました。 成田山新勝寺にも近くお散歩気分で行けるのもこちらのホテルの魅力だと思います。 ベッド、エアコン、快適でした！ またお世話になります！

Free Japanese buffet breakfast was good - rice and curry, mini shumai, mango pieces, canned fruits, pickled veggies, salad, miso and corn soup, etc… They also have some western options, like cereal, sausages, eggs, croissants, toast, etc… Clean room, air conditioner, hot water kettle, 2 tea packets. No coffee was given. Free toothbrush that comes with a mini tube of toothpaste. Free comb and shaver. Robes and slippers were also provided. Free shuttle to airport is very convenient (runs every 30 minutes, from around 6am to 10:30am, and then again 2:30pm to maybe 10pm). There is a mini family mart in the lobby.

コンパクトツインルームを選びました。 大きなスーツケースを広げる事もできたし、狭さは感じませんでした。 何より、このお値段で空港までの送迎が付いているのは最高です。 欲を言えば、成田／京成成田からホテルまでの送迎があれば満点💯かなー

駐車場が不便な以外問題ないです

バスルームの汚れやカビが気になった。 また全体的な建物の古さはある。でもロビーにファミマがあったり チェックインの時に駐車場をお願いしたが対応して頂けて800円で停められたのも良かった。

朝食はとても良かったです。 水回りの古さが少し気になりました。

Room was clean, but there were dark spots on the walls that were left by the previous tenants.

翌日の成田便利用のため、成田空港から無料送迎バスがあるこちらのホテルを利用しました。 部屋は、家具やテレビだけではなく、備えてあるカップまでほこりまみれでした。清潔さはなかっです。 ただ、朝食だけは美味しかったです。茹でピーナッツや新鮮なスイカなどが頂けました。 フロントのスタッフさんの対応も良かったです。

After 20 hours of traveling, this hotel was exactly what we needed. We really didn’t want to add another hour-plus trek into Tokyo, and this place made arrival easy. The free airport shuttle was a huge plus. You walk straight out of the airport and the shuttle stop is right there at stop #16. The schedule sign is posted at the stop, so there’s no guessing or stress about when it’s coming. There’s a 7-Eleven about 350 meters away that’s open 24 hours. We grabbed coffee and snacks there in the morning, which was super convenient. There’s also a steakhouse right in front of the hotel that was surprisingly good. And a Korean restaurant close by. The train station is about a 10 minute walk. If you’re traveling light, it’s an easy walk and very manageable. The hotel itself is older, so you’ll notice things like chipped paint and some stained carpets. That didn’t bother us much at all, especially since the price was right and everything was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a buffet and cost about $12 Canadian. There were lots of options and it was well worth it. There’s also a shopping area about 9 minutes away called Omotesando. We had eel and rice there, which is very traditional for Narita and absolutely worth trying. Beautiful boutiques and small restaurants. Naritasan Shinsho-ji temple is right at the end of the shopping street Overall, a great choice if you want something convenient, affordable, and close to the airport after a long journey.

Comfortable beds, good price and location. Only some mold in the bathroom (a bit not much but still not nice to see).

The staff were amazing as always in Japan but the building is very run down. We were on the ground floor and we had a view of a retaining wall and a spider infestation. Carpets and furniture had multiple stains and the baseboards were in desperate need of repair/paint. Really shocking for Japan where they usually take pride in even the oldest and most humble buildings.

When I walked into my assigned bathroom, the used face towel from possibly previous customer was hanging from a shower rod. The room didn’t seem too clean, with dirty left over stuff in the sink, and hair all over. Otherwise, the staff were friendly and shuttle service from and to airport were good, on time and prompt.

Location is good, but the hotel room is poorly maintained. There were other peoples hairs on the bed, dirts on the chair...

冷蔵庫の音だと思いますが、カチッカチッという音がして、寝てる時に気になりました。

Room was just okay,

The hotel is very old and it shows. All the walls and corridors are banged up and everything feels very dated. We didn’t realize that we had booked a smoking floor (because why would anyone still have that) and the smell was terrible. The room seemed clean enough but there were multiple stains on the bed spread that made it feel dirty. There was a family mart in the bottom of the hotel which was nice and the shuttle bus to the airport was also a plus. It was fine for the one night we needed it but I wouldn’t stay here again. The member of staff that checked us out was lovely though and spoke good English.

I liked the close proximity of parks and shops . The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable as was the bed. TV, air-conditioning , bathroom - good. The noise from other rooms can be somewhat audible. Communication can be made better if Whatsapp were provided.

Friendly staff! They are awesome. Property is starting to show signs of aging. Time to freshen up.

仕事で利用しました。思った以上に寝室が狭く窮屈感を感じました。防音対策で近くのドアの開閉音が煩くて神経使いました。次の朝は5時半出発で早めに就寝したかったのですが、ドアの音が気になり午前2時頃まで不眠に悩まされました。

Rooms are outdated.

床很舒服單就一碗的住宿是可以的，但是走廊燈。廁所燈很暗。整體都很舊，還有蚊子，被咬了5個包

I had a very pleasant stay here. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The shuttle was convenient and fast. The room was clean and has everything I need. highly recommended!

I tried calling to accommodate the shuttle bus and it was very confusing, I called them again and the front desk receptionist started talking Japanese like he didn’t understand when we were just speaking English seconds ago..

Clean room, amenities, breakfast and service. Washroom a bit too small and tub is difficult to get in. There was some communication issues, staffs did not understand what we asked for, hope to communicate better. There is an excellent lunch place close by that open 10:30-2 pm daily.

Great place, right near the station and within a short walking distance from the temple.

The hotel is 1km away from Keisei Narita station where you can take Keisei line and then transfer to JR line to Tokyo. The shuttle to/from Narita Intl Airport is convenient, better to make reservation though. The lobby and the room are quite ckean, the carpet in the elevator and hall way is a bit dirty. My room seems smaller than 18 sqm (I booked 18 sqm room), the bathroom is a bit small as well, but function quite well. The high light of the hotel is the breakfast, which cost Can$13 per day for two person, there are more than 30 choices of deliciou and healthy Japanese food, the are some continental breakfast foods as well. The front desk staff can speak English and are willing to help out. Overall the value of the hotel is far more than what you pay for.

成田山新勝寺に徒歩でお参りできるホテルを選んで大正解でした。 住宅地を抜けて6分程で到着。あいにくの雨模様でしたが、傘も貸してくださり、ほんとうに助かりました。 1階にファミリーマートがあるのも便利。 また成田空港利用のときは、必ず宿泊させていただきます。

Super hôtel proche de l’aéroport Déjeuner délicieux

台風や雨なので前日から泊まり成田空港をりようした。部屋は狭いがベットは大きくてゆっくりと眠れた。夕食は近くで食事ができる。朝食ホテルのバイキングにしたの成功でした種類も多くて美味しかった。次回も早朝の便を利用する時に利用をしたい。

This was our first time staying here at we think it was a great place to stay. For the price you couldn't beat it. The breakfast buffet was sufficient to fill us up every morning, there were several restaurants and attractions within walking distance and the airport shuttle was convenient. The room was a little small and the sound proofing wasn't the best but we slept fine. We would stay here again without hesitation when we're in Narita.

この界隈の同クラスのホテルの中で一番優れた朝食を提供してくれます。一通り泊まり、今はこちらを定宿にしてます。 難点は駅から離れており徒歩10分ほど。ただ成田駅からは半分は下り坂となります。空港までの手配もありますし大きなマイナスとは思えません。 設備は古めですが、スタッフは感じよく、それを補って余りあります。 今回もありがとうございました。
