ゲストハウスには結構慣れていますが、ここはダメでした。かびっぽくて清潔感がありませんでした。お風呂が共有ですが、洗面所もお風呂なので誰かがお風呂を使っていると洗面所を使えません。お風呂場が濡れるので、洗面所を使う時に足も濡れてしまう。電子レンジはありましたが壊れていました。

⚪︎良かった点・10月三連休の土日宿泊で1泊1室12000円と、周辺の宿泊施設に比べるとお手頃でした。・東武日光駅前なので交通の便◎、徒歩5分以内にスーパーとコンビニありで利便性は最高 ⚫︎おすすめできない点・チェックイン前の時間に人はいません。荷物を預けようと指定された電話番号にかけたところ、「フロントの周りに置いていって」とのことでした。誰でも入れる飲食店の1階がフロントで、防犯上不安だったため、駅のコインロッカーを使用しました。・共用トイレ、バスルームのダブルルームは、2Kのマンションの1部屋ずつを2組でシェアする形です。壁は薄いため、生活音はかなり聞こえます。・冷蔵庫とレンジ、洗面台はバスルームにあるため、反対側の方がお風呂に入っている間は、これらの設備は使えません。

ホテルというよりマンションの一室になっています。その為、外の通路から部屋までが外なので寒いです。不満ポイントがフロントに電話がかけられません…。そもそも電話機もついてません。 1番嫌だったのが、浴槽に黒カビが繁殖してカビ臭かった事！！癒されるベットの布団はクリーニングしてないからかダニが居て痒かった…二度と行かない。

Les photos du logement ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité. Nous avons tenté de joindre par mail par 3 fois l’établissement 5 jours avant notre arrivée pour des questions supplémentaires, nous n’avons jamais obtenu de réponse. La "chambre" était sale, pleine de poussière, cela a déclenché des allergies chez nous : éternuement, gorge irritée, asthme... La porte d’entrée ne se verrouille pas automatiquement et les clients ne le font pas : n’importe quel passant peut entrer dans le logement comme bon lui semble. Sur les 4 nuits prévues, nous avons fait la première uniquement, et avons dû trouver un autre logement en urgence pour le reste du séjour car nous ne nous sentions pas en sécurité et en santé.

駅からすぐ近くてよかった。水も置いてあってよかったし、運よく部屋が空いてたので、少し早めにインさせてくれました。宿主さんは親切な感じでした。残念なのは部屋の電気が暗く、ベッドにランプがなかった事。もっと明るさが欲しかったです。

This is an apartment turned into hotel so with that overall it was fine. Positives are right across the train station, friendly staff, clean. There was a motorcycle noice early in the morning and you can hear people talking at night. I was happy to find that place.

駅からすぐ近くてよかった。水も置いてあってよかったし、運よく部屋が空いてたので、少し早めにインさせてくれました。宿主さんは親切な感じでした。残念なのは部屋の電気が暗く、ベッドにランプがなかった事。もっと明るさが欲しかったです。

good location other than that nothing too exciting about this place. Hallway was dark at night. rooms are sperate from shower and restroom. stayed 1 night and that was already too much.

日光マウンテンマラソン大会参加の為に前泊で利用しました。チェックアウトが簡単で目的に合った利用ができました。ロケーションも駅前で寝るだけでしたので十分です。また日光の観光に利用したいと思います。

It was the worst hostel I’ve stayed at so far in my life. The shared bathroom was the dirtiest ever. Mold everywhere. Looked like it had never been cleaned before. The towel they have was the size of a face towel nothing more and so thin I could see through it. The bed was not comfortable but the worst was the bugs in the bed. Not bed bugs I think but other bugs and many mosquitos everywhere. The sheets were not cleaned I saw some stains. The sides of the bed were not cleaned at all. Looked dirty everywhere. The only clean thing was the toilet that was okay. People were talking the whole night very loudly without respecting the rule of being respectful after 10pm. I couldn’t fall asleep with their noise. After staying there I felt dirty. I didn’t had a good time. The only good side was the price. Very cheap but at what cost: a terrible night.

シャワーの温水施設に不具合を感じました。駐車場とスタッフの対応は　とても良い。北海道からの乗用車の長旅だったので疲れが取れて、無事　山梨に帰ることができました。ありがとうございます。
