I don't always give a full 5 stars on my reviews, just because I know there is always room for improvement, but because of our experience here at Hotel Rigas, I will give it a solid 5! Starting with the location. It is located not far from the port of Milos you can walk from it. It may be about a 10-15 minute walk; that was our plan, but when we arrived, it was so hot that we took a taxi. It is near restaurants, bars, and a mini-market where you can purchase snacks and necessities. The hotel is across the street from the water; depending on which unit you get, you may have a view of the water. The room we got was on the side of the front of the hotel with a balcony with a view of an empty lot, where I enjoyed hanging out and watching the sunrise and listening to the birds chirping. We are a family of four, including two children, ages 14 and 12. Our room has a queen-sized bed, a bunk bed, and, as I mentioned, a balcony. Even with the bunkbeds, the room was still spacious and had plenty of room for our four luggage. The room was clean and very cozy. They had some nice small touches, like having a white wine with two glasses on the table and water in the mini-fridge, which was refreshing when we arrived in hot weather. What stood out the most were the owners! Panos was always there to help us with recommendations, and so was his brother Kristoff and their sweet mother! They even gave us cookies before we left! Very nice hotel with helpful staff and nice food. Excellent location with restaurants and small supermarket within 300 meters walk. No noice from street. Easy to park rental car or scooter. Guys in reception helped us with rental of scooters and gave us tips for activities. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Hotel Rigas was so amazing. The hotel is in an amazing spot in the islands capital, just a 15 minute walk from the ferry port. Eight when we got there the staff made us feel right at home giving us everything that we needed. The rooms were spacious and clean and we had a nice big balcony as well. The breakfast was excellent everyday. It also had lots of parking so we could park our ATV outside. This hotel was perfect and we would 100% recommend it to everyone that goes to Milos.

We really enjoyed staying here! It was the perfect location for us. It is located near a beach and between the conference center and the port. Our room had plenty of space for us and we lucked out with a large bathroom and patio. The hotel is run by a very nice family. They were always around to help with anything. They offered clean beach towels every day, helped with taxis, provided delicious breakfast, and they were a pleasure to chat with. I highly recommend this hotel! Tip: "O! Hamos! Tavern" is a short walk away. It has the best food we tried in the area and is right across the street from a nice shallow beach with beach chairs (for a small feee) and beverages.

Great family run place to stay in Milos. Not the fanciest hotel but it was comfortable and clean. We would definitely stay again in a heartbeat. The brothers that run the hotel were very helpful and kind.

I split my time in Milos between two hotels. This quaint and very basic hotel was about a 10 minute walk to town/port. There is a beach with sun beds a 5 minute walk away. Our room was large with a comfortable bed, was clean and had a small kitchenette but no tea/coffee making facilities. The bathroom was a good size but the shower was exceptionally small. Only body/hair wash was provided. Breakfast was fresh but was below average in terms of choice. The only hot food was eggs - scrambled one day then fried for the next two days. The hotel offered an all day boat trip around the island but there are lots of other options in town so shop around. I was disappointed with this hotel, especially the overinflated price for a basic two star hotel with no facilities and a one star breakfast - my fault for booking it! I didn’t find the location to my liking either. There are better and cheaper hotels to be found in Milos town centre and I’m glad I stayed in one for my last three nights on this lovely island.

Panos made us so welcome and relaxed and we could feel the love from him and his sweet mama. He went out of his way to help with transport and recommendations. The rooms were super clean and the breakfast was delicious with home-made jams. 100% recommend for a stay in Milos! Perfect stay!

Panos gave us a warm welcome and provided valuable insights on local beaches, restaurants, and more. He arranged our transportation, car rental, and a fantastic full-day sailboat cruise. Our hotel room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. One area for improvement is the breakfast, which could be warmer, particularly the eggs & a toaster to toast your bread. Everything else was excellent.! Thank you Panos for a wonderful day.

Loved Hotel Rigas! Wonderful little family built and run hotel. Clean, safe and close to town! They had great breakfasts and helped booked our excursions. Felt like part of the family. Great value and we would definitely go back!

Overall we had a really nice stay. Was greeted by very friendly hosts they provided us with a map and suggestions. The hotel is less than a 10 min walk from the port, don’t follow google maps, but rather just take a left after the mining museum. Hotel is located between very nice restaurants that are within walking distance. Breakfast was great with a good selection of home cooked options. The room was nice and clean.

We had a wonderful stay! Our host was so helpful, genuinely kind, and always ready with great recommendations. The location was perfect — just a short walk to the port, shops, and restaurants. This place is a small family owned business and its like a bed and breakfast. Our room was a little dated but the service and home made food for breakfast made up for it. It's in a convenient area, a 5 minute walk to the port, shops and food. We would definitely stay there again.
This place is a small family owned business and its like a bed and breakfast. Our room was a little dated but the service and home made food for breakfast made up for it. It's in a convenient area, a 5 minute walk to the port, shops and food. We would definitely stay there again.

Our stay at Hotel Rigas was so amazing. The hotel is in an amazing spot in the islands capital, just a 15 minute walk from the ferry port. Eight when we got there the staff made us feel right at home giving us everything that we needed. The rooms were spacious and clean and we had a nice big balcony as well. The breakfast was excellent everyday. It also had lots of parking so we could park our ATV outside. This hotel was perfect and we would 100% recommend it to everyone that goes to Milos.

We really enjoyed staying here! It was the perfect location for us. It is located near a beach and between the conference center and the port. Our room had plenty of space for us and we lucked out with a large bathroom and patio. The hotel is run by a very nice family. They were always around to help with anything. They offered clean beach towels every day, helped with taxis, provided delicious breakfast, and they were a pleasure to chat with. I highly recommend this hotel! Tip: "O! Hamos! Tavern" is a short walk away. It has the best food we tried in the area and is right across the street from a nice shallow beach with beach chairs (for a small feee) and beverages.

I split my time in Milos between two hotels. This quaint and very basic hotel was about a 10 minute walk to town/port. There is a beach with sun beds a 5 minute walk away. Our room was large with a comfortable bed, was clean and had a small kitchenette but no tea/coffee making facilities. The bathroom was a good size but the shower was exceptionally small. Only body/hair wash was provided. Breakfast was fresh but was below average in terms of choice. The only hot food was eggs - scrambled one day then fried for the next two days. The hotel offered an all day boat trip around the island but there are lots of other options in town so shop around. I was disappointed with this hotel, especially the overinflated price for a basic two star hotel with no facilities and a one star breakfast - my fault for booking it! I didn’t find the location to my liking either. There are better and cheaper hotels to be found in Milos town centre and I’m glad I stayed in one for my last three nights on this lovely island.

I don't always give a full 5 stars on my reviews, just because I know there is always room for improvement, but because of our experience here at Hotel Rigas, I will give it a solid 5! Starting with the location. It is located not far from the port of Milos you can walk from it. It may be about a 10-15 minute walk; that was our plan, but when we arrived, it was so hot that we took a taxi. It is near restaurants, bars, and a mini-market where you can purchase snacks and necessities. The hotel is across the street from the water; depending on which unit you get, you may have a view of the water. The room we got was on the side of the front of the hotel with a balcony with a view of an empty lot, where I enjoyed hanging out and watching the sunrise and listening to the birds chirping. We are a family of four, including two children, ages 14 and 12. Our room has a queen-sized bed, a bunk bed, and, as I mentioned, a balcony. Even with the bunkbeds, the room was still spacious and had plenty of room for our four luggage. The room was clean and very cozy. They had some nice small touches, like having a white wine with two glasses on the table and water in the mini-fridge, which was refreshing when we arrived in hot weather. What stood out the most were the owners! Panos was always there to help us with recommendations, and so was his brother Kristoff and their sweet mother! They even gave us cookies before we left! I do not have enough space to write more.

Bémol pour la salle de bain, petite et très vite inondée car pas de douche fermée. We really enjoyed staying here! It was the perfect location for us. It is located near a beach and between the conference center and the port. Our room had plenty of space for us and we lucked out with a large bathroom and patio. The hotel is run by a very nice family. They were always around to help with anything. I split my time in Milos between two hotels. This quaint and very basic hotel was about a 10 minute walk to town/port. There is a beach with sun beds a 5 minute walk away. Our room was large with a comfortable bed, was clean and had a small kitchenette but no tea/coffee making facilities. The bathroom was a good size but the shower was exceptionally small. Only body/hair wash was provided. Breakfast was fresh but was below average in terms of choice. The only hot food was eggs - scrambled one day then fried for the next two days. The hotel offered an all day boat trip around the island but there are lots of other options in town so shop around. I was disappointed with this hotel, especially the overinflated price for a basic two star hotel with no facilities and a one star breakfast - my fault for booking it! I didn’t find the location to my liking either. There are better and cheaper hotels to be found in Milos town centre and I’m glad I stayed in one for my last three nights on this lovely island.

Genuinely the most amazing stay we’ve ever had! Panos and Christos made us feel at home and like we were family. They gave the best recommendations, set us up with dinners and went above and beyond in every room. The room is beautiful and comfortable and the location is perfect. Would come back over and over!

This was my second stay at Hotel Rigas, and I can’t say enough good things about it. In my opinion, it has one of the best locations in Adamas, close to everything but away from the busy streets and crowds near the port. Panos and Christos are great. They’re always friendly, helpful, and available if you have any questions or need recommendations. The breakfast is one of my favourites of any hotel I’ve stayed at in Greece. There’s a great selection every morning, and everything is fresh and delicious. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the hotel is the perfect home base for exploring Milos. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the island.

We had a wonderful stay in Milos, thank you to Panos. He was wonderful in arranging things, suggesting places to go and restaurants that were perfect. He went out of his way and it made our stay that much more enjoyable. He rents cars and electric bicycles too if you wait to arrange there with him. It is a better rate than online. Hotel was clean and in a good location. The breakfast was always good with a variety of things to eat. I would go back to this place if we come to Milos again.

Panos gave us a warm welcome and provided valuable insights on local beaches, restaurants, and more. He arranged our transportation, car rental, and a fantastic full-day sailboat cruise. Our hotel room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. One area for improvement is the breakfast, which could be warmer, particularly the eggs & a toaster to toast your bread. Everything else was excellent.! Thank you Panos for a wonderful day.
