Extremely disappointing experience. We arrived at approximately 9:30 PM and later discovered that check-in was only available between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. While I accept that we should have noticed this policy, the way the host handled the situation was completely unacceptable.Upon arrival, we made every effort to contact the host and even asked people nearby to help us get in touch. When we finally reached the host, they refused to come and assist with check-in. I even offered to drive and pick them up myself so they could help us access the property, but they declined.The host claimed they had sent me a message regarding the check-in policy, but I never received any such message. When I requested a refund due to being unable to access the accommodation, that was also refused.What shocked me most was that when I explained that I was travelling with elderly family members and young children and asked whether they were seriously suggesting that we sleep on the street, the host's response was simply, "Yes."I understand that accommodation providers have rules and policies, and I accept responsibility for missing the check-in window. However, a good host should show at least some willingness to help, provide alternatives, or demonstrate basic empathy. Instead, we were met with a complete lack of assistance, flexibility, and customer care.Based on this experience, I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property to others.

Great location, nice clean comfortable apartment, good price. We were requested to separate the garbage (which is good, and was done). What we didn't know how to separate we put in a small plastic bag next to trash cans, and left a msg to owner about that. For that we got a fine-ticket and had to pay extra 1500 yen. I understand from him it is the policy in Furano, so maybe not related to the property, still important for next guests to understand this

A comfortable stay in a relaxing, quiet area. Hiro was extremely helpful from start to end. We can’t wait to come back. .

First of all,great location in relation to Ski lifts ..short stroll to Convenience Store and a couple of restaurants.Newly renovated apartments with spacious living area/kitchen/dining.No drying room ,however the central heating did the job. The only drawback was the host seems to think that not being at the property at the nominated check in time of 4.00 PM was not important,this happened to nearly every guest that arrived after us for the other rooms. My suggestion would be to contact the host prior to arrival and confirm that he will be there upon arrival.The other drawback was we paid almost 30% more p/n ,however this is not the host's fault ,rather mine because different accom platforms have differing rates and I did not shop around.If the host is not spreading himself too thin and can greet his guests upon arrival,I'd fully recommend staying at TSURU apartments
