Bathroom shower tile had mold that came out from around the tub fitting when we showered. Giant oil stain on the floor beside the bed. Shower head in the bathroom is very outdated - would be great if it was updated so the water pressure wasn’t so crazy. There is no where to get fresh water except for the water fountain in the pool area - which is locked when the pool is closed. none of the sinks are deep enough to fit a waterbottle. this was very very inconvenient after a couple days!! Really non-ideal to be in Bryce on the furthest side of the wing if u didn’t know to bring a luggage cart - it took us more than 6 minutes to wait for both elevators from the Parkade and then to walk two long hallways. This wasn’t a big deal for us but for older folks this wouldn’t be very accessible. Also the fact that not alll rooms come with bathrobes seemed unfair given the high price we paid for our room. Food in the restaurant was too high priced to be worth not driving a short distance into town. the staff, however, were so amazing. Pool and hot tub, and all the general amenities were very clean and well kept. Parkade is safe and clean. Staff were all very friendly and kind. Would not choose this place over an airbnb for the price point though, unless your booking the lofted bigger rooms - those all looked worth it.

Elevator was down on checkout which meant a lot of heavy bags and gear needed to be carried by hand. It was difficult to load and unload our vehicle as there was congestion at the front of the hotel.

Toilets need replacing, along with common area carpets, beds are way too firm. Pool are is amazing! The gym is so tiny and equipment also needs replacing. Great place to stay but it’s really needing some updates.

Very attractive well-maintained property. Lovely indoor & outdoor pools & hot tubs + fitness room. Had a very good dinner in their "Elements" dining room. Location is convenient to the highway, but 4.5 kms away from "downtown" Invermere.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was super convenient and close to town. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were great, and the water temperature was perfect. The only downsides were that the pool restroom wasn’t very clean and only had one changing room. It would also be a nice touch if the rooms included conditioner along with the other toiletries. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

I’ve stayed here a few times in the past and it was always a good experience… this trip was not great. We got in late at night and got a room that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. There was dust and cobwebs and stains in the toilet. The state of the room was exacerbated by the amount of spiders we found in the room. As someone who is scared of spiders I hit my last straw when a massive one appeared out of nowhere Saturday evening. To the hotels credit, when I asked for a new room they did provide us with one which was much better and actually clean. The hotel itself is looking worse for wear and in desperate need of a refresh… I don’t think I would stay here again

Staff were friendly. Lighting in rooms was poor. Carpet in hallway on second level was quite stained in places. Needed a good carpet cleaning. Furniture in room was scuffed and dated. Would be nice to see complementary coffee in front lobby in the morning, rather than water.

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights while golfing in the area. The room I booked was a standard queen courtyard view. The courtyard view was of the parking lot and road. When initially entering the room it smelled of cleaner. When that wore off there was a lingering smell of stale smoke. We assumed that it was likely an old smoking room and that the smell had permeated the carpet and furnishings. It was mentioned to the front desk but there was no offer to move us. The room is very small and cramped and had a door to an adjoining room. In addition the road was busy with gravel trucks at 7am, so it was not a restful sleep. The shower did not work with 90% of the water flow going downwards and only 10% to the shower head. When mentioned to front desk this issue was promptly resolved. The hot tub and pool areas were nice and kept very clean. There is a seasonal cabana to purchase drinks but was not open during our stay. The “towel cards” were strange. Like a Mexican resort you had to present them to receive the towels from the front desk and also had to be returned there after leaving the pool. Unlike the Mexican resorts I have been to which provide large beach towels with a concern of theft, these were thin small bath towels which no one would want to steal. Every hotel I have ever stayed at in Canada had towels that are self select at the pool itself. It brands itself as a “resort” and maybe with a different room it would feel that way but that was not my experience.

Rooms really need a refreshing. Stains on all carpeting, room's and hallways. Furniture is chipped and damaged. Lamps, all of them, physically broken. Plumbing and toilets sometimes flush. If your room is next to a stairwell, you will hear everything. Staffing was reduced, maybe due to it being September? I was informed that I couldn't be moved as the resort was completely booked for the week. After this experience, I won't stay here again unless compensated or situated in a newly renovated room if that ever happens!

We had a fantastic stay at Copper Point! Everything about this resort is fantastic. We upgraded to a one bedroom suite, and it was the best decision. Very clean property throughout, comfortable beds, and the staff are exceptional in all areas. Looking forward to returning.

This was our third stay and first time in the "standard" room, which we found not spacious enough. Our previous stays were in the 1 and 2 bedroom units which are very spacious. The balcony was a needed and enjoyed feature. The room was very clean and well appointed in storage, particularly the large bed drawers. Service (after check-in) was excellent. We had a small hiccup at check-in but Marjorie made it right. The hotel texted us to see if we needed anything and an employee came to the door the second day to check again on our needs. He very promptly delived fresh towels. We had breakfast in the on site restaurant where the server was incredible. He seemed to really enjoy his job. The in room coffee stations are a bit out of date. An upgrade to a Kuerig or Nespresso system would be a big improvement. The hotel is far enough off the highway to avoid any road noise. The pools and hot tubs (2 of each!) are wonderful. There is a lovely walking path around the hotel and a close by Tim Hortons and market/gas station that is walkable. You will need a car to get into town however. Wonderful hotel and worth visiting again and again!

The balcony was a needed and enjoyed feature. The room was very clean and well appointed in storage, particularly the large bed drawers. Service (after check-in) was excellent. We had a small hiccup at check-in but Marjorie made it right. The hotel texted us to see if we needed anything and an employee came to the door the second day to check again on our needs. He very promptly delived fresh towels. We had breakfast in the on site restaurant where the server was incredible. He seemed to really enjoy his job. The in room coffee stations are a bit out of date. An upgrade to a Kuerig or Nespresso system would be a big improvement. The hotel is far enough off the highway to avoid any road noise. The pools and hot tubs (2 of each!) are wonderful. There is a lovely walking path around the hotel and a close by Tim Hortons and market/gas station that is walkable. You will need a car to get into town however. Wonderful hotel and worth visiting again and again!

Loved this property! Tons of pros, pool and hot tub area were great. Only con was that this property has very thin walls. Can hear everything in the hallway, and if you are in a conjoining room with randoms beside you you can hear everything even if they’re being quiet! Other than that it was great.

Right outside of Invermere on the other side of the road to the Copper Point Golf Club. Hotel has indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs and the view was fantastic. We booked the two bedroom unit and everything was great and comfortable.

We love Copper Point! We've stayed here several times and the rooms are clean, quiet and very comfortable. The one- and two-bedroom suites are very spacious and really feel like home. We always know that we will be rested and ready for our next stage of travel.

We were honestly disappointed with this property for the price. The one bedroom queen room was very small and cost over $300 for one night. In comparison to rooms we had in Whistler, and downtown Calgary, which were both nicer and bigger, this experience did not meet expectations. The outdoor pool also was in need of a major clean/vacuum as it looked pretty dirty. Staff was nice, but overall we were expecting much more from this property based on the pictures and price.

Overall, really liked the room assigned, and the in room and dining room staff and service. Food in the dining room and patio was excellent!! Rooms could be made a little brighter as it was very dark (lightbulbs out), and also the streaming service did not work on the TV even though the staff tried. the bedroom hallways certainly need refurbishment. Overall, though, I'd go back anytime! Many thanks to the GM and Staff!!

The hotel and front desk was fine but the dining experience was awful. I showed up for dinner at 7:20 pm. It said wait to be seated so I waited patiently. At least 4 staff saw me standing there but no one acknowledged me for 10 minutes. Finally someone came to me. I said I was alone so she directed me to the bar. I sat on the bar stool for 10 more minutes before someone finally gave me a menue. After I placed my order for a beet salad and chicken supreme I waited another 30 minutes before someone remembered that I ordered the salad. All this time there were at least 4 or 5 staff milling about and only 3 tables being served and 4 patrons at the bar. I was temped to leave and go to McDonald’s but as I had given my order I stayed. You have a lovely hotel but if the service is crap people will not stay there. I gave my feedback to the front desk when I checked out as the manager was unavailable, even though I had asked to speak to the manager the night before. I had an appointment with the manager for 10 am. If you have leased the food services to an operator you need to speak to them as their lack of service will reflect poorly on your hotel. If the hotel manages the food services, hospitality training is required, starting with the manager as they are not doing their job well. I give this feedback for your benefit as I do not plan to use this hotel ever again. As it is I decided not to have breakfast at your hotel given the very poor service the night before.

Sabina checked us in and was SO helpful during our stay. She was friendly and kind and overall amazing customer service. We adored the restaurant staff as well- they made our restaurant trips easy and the food was yummy. Malcom was our server the first night- he and the bar tender made our first dinner relaxing and they were just super helpful and friendly. The hot tub was overcrouded as it is a small hot tub but the pool was nicely heated so it wasnt really needed. The room was clean and perfect size- We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite and overall such a wonderful experience. Balcony had a beautiful view! This is a really nice property, but not well looked after. the elevator was not working for 2 days, not acceptable when we a moving ski equipment food ect. The lighting is so poor in the rooms, so dark.Our checkin was at 4:00 PM, the front desk said that they would call uas when the room was ready, by 6:30 we still had not heard. Front desk neglected to call us. A 4:00 pm checkin is already super late, with kids in tow it does not make it a pleasant experience when everyone is hungry. Copper Point you need to do better!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The bed was super comfortable. The shower was huge. We had a beautiful view from the balcony overlooking mountains and the golf course. The outdoor pool water was comfortably warm. Elements restaurant was a highlight. The food for breakfast and dinner was delicious! We loved sitting on the patio for dinner. The service was excellent! My husband is blind and Wade, the assistant manager, went out of his way to help us with unloading and loading our car. When he found out we were on our honeymoon, he gave a complimentary small bottle of Prosecco and dessert. We highly recommend this resort.

The staffing shortage is very apparent. There was only one staff working breakfast and limited tables. We waited about 10-15 mins and no one even acknowledged us so we decided to go somewhere else. It’s a beautiful resort and we used to love coming here so it’s sad to see this.

This Resort is beautiful and a perfect location for both Hotsprings, Kootenay National Park, Panorama Ski Resort and of course the stunning community of Invermere. If we were to go again I think we would get a larger room with more of a private balcony as the neighbour's could see our deck and into our room quite clearly. We spent our nights confined to the room with the blinds closed. And we did feel a little cramped in the standard room with the Queen bed. The pools and hot tubs came in handy after a day of exploring. The outdoor pool had a Cabana where you could order drinks and some food throughout the day when the Restaurant was not open. The Pool was busy the whole time we were there with a lot of young kids. So be prepared to be splashed in the face a lot! 😂 there was also an indoor pool which was colder than the outside one, indoor hot tub and an outdoor hot tub. If you want to eat at the Restaurant, highly recommend reservations. Down the road and to your left if leaving the resort is an Esso Gas Station and General Store which had everything and anything you may need. Lots of premade food, slushies, coffee, etc that can be purchased and brought back to the room. We were not aware of the quiet time policy of 11pm so if we do go back I would probably go in the fall when kids are back in school. Summer months have lots of families staying there and things can get loud at night, especially if you go to bed before 11pm. Overall we really liked the Resort.

I think they should have complimentary coffee in the lobby for people who wake up early in morning and not want yo disturb everyone in the room by making coffee then going down to lobby to read while their partners sleep. We travel quite a bit and there is always coffee in lobby.

Stayed for 2 nights. No house keeping after the first night. Contacted the front desk manager about the lack of service. According to her records, the room had been serviced. She said it would be done immediately. After 3 hrs, no house keeping was performed. Hallways were dirty.

Staff greeted us warmly, great start. Room was really close to the lobby and cleaning staff storage doors. Paid extra for a room with a view, I would have liked a room on a higher floor overlooking the golf course but our room overlooked the pool directly below. Nice spacious outdoor balcony. Kids having fun and dads entertaining them. The carpet in our room needs to be replaced. And a strange riser in the middle of the entry from bathroom to bed caught my foot a couple of times, strange place to put a strip of plastic/rubber. Just a okay stay, nothing overly bad or great. It could be a much better resort if they updated the rooms. 202B

What an amazing stay we gad. Gorgeous resort so clean and beautiful. The view of the mountains and the golf course was beautiful. The pool could have been warmer though. The rooms were clean and smelled great. We used the bath robes when we went swimming and asked for clean ones - they were delivered to our room within the hour, same with our request for more towels. We will definitely come back next year. Thank you for an amazing stay.
